Superb hospitality from this resort. We booked through Airbnb for a quick getaway with a couple friends. They offer tons of amenities for guests including putt putt course, pool, and a wristband for discounts around town. Our 2 bedroom condo had all the amenities one could ask for with an outstanding fall view from our balcony! We definitely will keep this place in mind when we bring our 3 boys back for vacation in the future.

Was very pretty and main room was huge! We were very comfortable the balcony was great and the whirlpool tub was very relaxing. The grounds are nicely landscaped and meticulously cared for. Madison the young lady in the front that gave us our room bands and was so very helpful in giving us places to go and easy ways to get there, she was so informative and had a great attitude! Would give 5 stars but there seemed to be a disconnect with the online and text things I filled out, when we arrived I was asked all the same questions I filled out before. Other than that it was a very nice place.

Was very skeptical signing up to be a Wyndham owner. Our first vacation was to the Smokey Mountains. This resort is very nice. I really enjoyed the feeling of staying in an apartment rather than just a hotel room. Our single bedroom had a fully loaded mini kitchen, as well as double stacked washer and dryer. The living room couch is a pull out sleeper. I am definitely enjoying my first Wyndham vacation.

We, 4 adults and a toddler, attempted to stay here September 17-20. We checked in and got to our room. One cabinet had a piece falling off it and a light bulb out in a bathroom. Maintenance came and fixed those right away. The carpet was dirty...left our socks very soiled. But other than that, pretty nice. We went out for the evening, came back, put the toddler to bed, chatted for awhile and then we all went to bed in two different bedrooms. My husband and I had been in bed a few minutes when our daughter knocked on our door and said they’d found BEDBUGS on their bed.We immediately called the front desk to tell them, and said we were leaving the premises immediately.We were told someone would be in touch the next day, Friday, but no one contacted us. On Monday, my husband called them. We were told that an insurance representative would contact us to go over the details and gather info for any reimbursement owed to us. We have never heard from the insurance company. My daughter has been in contact with the resort, and some things were reimbursed by them, but things like the groceries (an entire weekends worth) that we had to leave there because there was no fridge in the hotel we ended up going to or reimbursement for the inconvenience of cleaning everything, finding another hotel on a very busy weekend, etc, have not been addressed.Very disappointed in this resort.

Smokey Mountains..Dollywood! Shopping...tons and tons of restaurants..all at the tip of your finger...indoor and outdoor hot tub and swimming pool. Rooms need a lot of updates...but the bed was comfy. Sofa not so comfy....towels are cheap...but over all it has what you need. Staff are amazing for sure. The grounds are very nice.

The room we had was very clean and very spacious it could easily accommodate a family of 4 to 6 people. It had a swimming pool, hot tub, and even a mini golf course you can do if you dont feel like driving into Pigeon Forge or going to Gatlinburg.

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay at Wyndham Resort. We played miniature gulf and went to a few restaurants recommended by the sales people. Our apartment was roomy and clean, it felt just as comfortable as being home. Thank you!

Great location for visiting attractions. Units are outdated and dirty. Need to stop using pandemic as an excuse not to scrub the shower with some comet and allow dust to build up everywhere. Bath vanity cabinets in my unit were filthy.

Nice place to stay. Second time here and it is convenient to outlet mall, stores and restaurants. Very clean.

We have a 3bdrm unit in bldg 27. Very nicely redone. Beautiful views off balcony.

It was great! Clean and comfortable. I dont sleep well in hotels but I slept great here!

We were blown away by the cleanliness of the unit! We pivoted our vacation plans after fleeing the 2020 hurricanes in the Gulf. Arriving at 12:30 am, after driving for 8+ hours I was quickly and efficiently checked in.Our 2 bedroom unit had a king room and two full beds room. Master suite had a jetted tub and was bigger than most hotels weve stayed at before on its own! Four total bathroom vanities made parents and two kids happy!The kitchen was well equipped for home cooking - with Cuisinart small appliances. Coffee, popcorn, Crystal Light, and tea were waiting for us in a little basket. Paper towels were at the ready and cloth towels and washcloths were plentiful. Dishwasher detergent, dish soap, body wash, and more were also in the room.The tv was easy to use and we were able to hook up a Wii. Three tvs were also a blessing .We enjoyed the outdoor pool and indoor pool - @ 5pm both were basically empty:). We also did the mini golf and had fun.Weve been to many times share locations by many companies over the years and this may very well be our favorite.

While the resort is convenient and nice, we discovered a severe case of BEDBUGS in our master bedroom when we went to go to bed the first night of our stay. We caught two in bags and took photos. I called the front desk who offered us another room, which I declined due to the fact that bedbugs are gross and spread like wildfire. She assured me that a refund would be processed and that someone would contact us the next morning, but that was 48 hours ago and still no contact. When we stripped the bed to see what we were dealing with, we also found a nasty stain on the mattress cover which had clearly not been washed. Especially given the situation with covid, I am disgusted. This was not easy to miss — neither the stain nor the resident bedbugs. The fact that no one has reached out is unacceptable.Not only did we have to pick up and leave at 10:30pm (including waking a sleeping baby), we had to find somewhere else to stay at the last second, spending about $150/night more than we planned at this resort for the weekend, PLUS we had to dump almost $100 in groceries that we had gone out that evening to purchase for the condo.It would appear that management does not care about bedbugs or covid protocol, even if it looks great on the surface and the guest service people are nice. I will never be back here or any other Wyndham resort.

Nobody wore masks. Even in the office masks were frequently below the nose. There were no tables on the balcony to eat outside.

We loved our room. It was peaceful and relaxing. Just what I needed!

I stayed here at under an owner and I would say that for a minute I thought it was great you know but once I looked at the sheets that threw everything off. They had stains on them I would not think that a company like this would put stained sheets back on the bed. I dont know what happened with that but thats just not a good look to me. I think someone tried to hide it because it was on 2nd set of sheets.

The condo was very clean and well equipped. The check-in was hectic. We had to go to 3 people who each have a different itinerary. We were told that the cleaning staff doesnt enter the unit until 48 hours after checkout but we saw a crew enter and start cleaning before we finished loading the car to leave which was disappointing that we were misled. Other than that we enjoyed our visit.

We were disappointed in the resort, having stayed here many times. Floors were so dirty I had to throw away non slip socks I wore while there. Black finger prints on the bath doors, easily seen, we cleaned with disinfect wipes we brought. One faucet was broken. WiFi came and went. Every thing needed updating. Think Wyndham is buying up everything and letting original properties go to pot. We are booked to stay at Wyndham in Nashville next month, hope it goes better. Items I reported were not resolved. Will say that the staff was very friendly and personable. This was sad for us because we have always felt we could count on Wyndham properties to be clean and updated.

First room smelled like cigarette smoke. Second room was musty but they said they have no more rooms! Skunk smell down the outside corridor. When we questioned maintenance, he said the skunk lives under the ramp at building 30...the one we were in. I would have thought Wyndham would have wildlife control safely remove the skunk and re-home him in a natural environment. Epic fail Wyndham!

The unit was spacious and clean. Location was convenient to all the attractions. Had a rude family above us who allowed their kids to run and jump constantly after 11pm. Sounded like a herd of elephants.

Great location to Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. Stayed in a newly refurbished one and it was nice. Pool was open but no activities. Love having a full kitchen and laundry in unit.

If you want to have great family vacation or just like to explore East Tennessee, this is a great place to stay. There is so much to see within 2-3 hours driving distance. Be careful when you drive through the Knoxville area, because the local police does plenty of speed checks. Christians have a good choice of churches not far from the resort. Unfortunately a lady from their timeshare sales team came to my room at 8.30am on Sunday morning while I was getting ready for church. When I told for whom Im working, she called someone on her cell phone and left immediately. Wear the mask. Protect Tennessee.

Great handicapable suite. How-ever, rodent droppings on beds, bathroom counters. Lg. Roach in bathroom. Did not choose to upset my 94yr. old mother so we managed.

This resort is located very near the Tanger Outlet Mall as well as several good restaurants. The grounds are very attractive. We had a ground level, 2 bedroom unit. It was very comfortable.Ample parking near front of each complex. The scenery was restful and inviting. There is any number of recreational activities nearby including Dollywood. One of the entrances is very near. Highly recommended.

Good time here. Great lodging that sure beats a motel. Update renovation badly needed on the mini golf.

This weekend was our first visit; we went based on reviews. After a hiccup with our room, Wyndham quickly resolved the matter and accommodated us with an upgraded room that was awesome. Friendly, professional and quick staff. I left an expensive piece of equipment in our first room, after calling about retrieving it someone dropped it off within 30 minutes to our new room. The resort is located at an area with everything around it and only 10 min away from pigeon forge.

Very hard to get into pool with the covid 19 as far as making an appointment or getting an appointment that fit your schedule. Some things that were advertised was not available due to covid such as the other pool, play ground, and a few other amenities. It was hard to reach someone for assistance you had to call a couple of times before actually reaching someone. The condo was clean and the staff was nice. It was also very close to the attractions and outlet malls.

Liked all except bathroom. No hand rails. Very low toilets. Shower needs rails or holds of some kind. Even if you are not disabled or elderly.

Nice resort, convenient to activities. Amenities curtailed due to covid-19. Lots of traffic. Since we are more outdoorsy than amusement park fans, once was enough for us.

Close to food and Walmart. Shopping center in case you need shoes or want to scrapbook. A Baskin Robbins in case you love ice cream. Not far from entertainment like miniature golf and cars to race. Wax museum and Titanic replica to visit. Too many things to mention.

Great place to stay, always has been and always is. The pool and spa were great, the room was great, the balcony was peaceful. We had a pretty view. Wifi was free, plenty if channels on the TVs for when youre in the room hangin out.

Friendly staff, and the units are really well maintained and clean. I wish there were more hot tubs and one more pool, as the hot tub was often full.During COVID they made check in and check out extremely easy.

My family and I really loved staying here. With all the covid-19 restrictions it still was fun, they had a reservation system which was nice if your the type to plan your tomorrow out in advance. Also the room was nice, it was clean, the beds was comfy, and the jacuzzi bath was very nice. Plus we was right down the road from all the activities and restaurants. Me and my family hope to come back here again because we had a nice relaxing time.

This was my 2nd stay and it was just as pleasant as the first time. The staff was so friendly and courteous. I just love staying here.

This was the first time that our 83 year old Grandmother got to go with us and she said well this is better than a hotel. We are enjoyed ourselves very much.

Awesome place to stay! By far the best Wyndham stay yet. Great location to get around the traffic and close to everything. Nice pools and hotub. Booked another trip when its less busy in that area. It took 4 hrs to go around Cades cove loop due to ignorant people stopping thinking they are the only people in the world.

Nice space but very dated. Furniture, flooring, paint needs updating. Good location. Easy access in and out.

This company went ABOVE AND BEYOND our expectations!!! They were so great we checked into our condo and just happened to mention that we were wanting a balcony and they upgraded us to a deluxe suit complementary that was absolutely wonderful!!! Thank you so much for making our vacation extra special!

Overall, the resort is nice. Housekeeping couldve been better. The refrigerator was dirty and the microwave had unpopped kernels. Also, food was left in the sink.

The resort is nice and well maintained. We stayed in a 3 Bedroom Deluxe and it was very spacious. The resort is starting to show its age and could do with an update but it is still very comfortable and welcoming. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Stayed a Mon-Sat in November in a 3BR bottom floor and enjoyed the stay. Will definitely be back for another stay. Staff was friendly and very responsive. Heated outdoor pool was a hit with the kiddos. The resort is in the perfect location being only 20 min from Gatlinburg, nextdoor to tanger outlets, and access to the back roads of pigeon forge and gatlinburg.

Unit next to road, Very noisey. Internet not secured, very hard to log in. Positive, unit is nice and clean. Staff is very receptive to your needs.

Pictures say it all. Beauty out the deck window, and beauty AND comfort inside the condo too . A place to pamper yourself and have lots of fun too!

I really enjoyed our stay here last week.We had a room on the 4th floor with a view of the mountains.This resort is very big.we didnt have time to use the pools .Nice big 2 bed room unit.We hope to visit Tennessee again in a few years.we really like Wyndam resorts .

When we arrived everything looked good until at night when my kids went to sleep, we pulled out the pull out bed to found crumbs and a big piece off cookie on top of the mattress very disgusting, also my bed had stained sheets, this is the second time We went to this place and it has been very disappointing . We were moved to a different unit and still the sheet of my bed was stained, they don’t take the time to clean this place as they promoted, I notified Wyndham of everything that we encountered. We will never stay here again

We always have a great time at Wyndham Smoky Mountain resort. We will definitely be back. We usually come at least once a year.

Dull in comparison to Wyndham Vacation Resorts Great Smokies Lodge if your traveling with children. No water park here. Units are updated with all the amenities you need for an extended vacation. Has indoor and outdoor pool, small outdoor play area, small game room for cash that could use some updating. This is great for a more relaxed vacation. It is near Tanger Outlets, many restaurants, and Walmart.

Lovely accommodations and the No Contact service was on Point

Have been coming here for quite a long time. This time just okay. People above us must be acrobats with all the jumping and banging. Rooms definitely need updating and showers could stand a tad better cleaning. Not all that bad, just not up to the standards I have seen in the past, still enjoyed it and nice view.

Only amenities open is pool by appointment. Unit has roaches and is in need of refurbishment.Maintenance staff and guest services will do what they can to help.Picture of front door shows 1/2 gap between door and floor

Didnt spend a lot of time here, but the bed was comfy, and there was a nice view from the patio. Shower was a little weak.

Well to start with check-in was well organized even in these pandemic times,and with the fall foliage crowds in Sevierville Tennessee, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg . You know as the Smokey Mountains . Dolly Partons home town (Sevierville)and her theme parks in neighboring Pigeon forge. Gorgeous fall foliage which by the way were just awesome.We did wear our mask and social distancing . Lots of people viewing the mountains and colors. The Wyndham was clean and well furnished in our 2 bedroom condominium. Tons of things to do in the area. Theme parks,dinner theaters end shopping. Will continue to visit this awesome place in the Smokeys .

Love the amenities they have to offer for family fun. The staff there were all very friendly and eager to help you discover what to do while on vacation. The views were breathtakingly beautiful I walked away with so many pictures that I couldnt choose which photos I wanted to post.. I only wish we could have stayed longer on our vacation.

Its 10:20 pm and it sounds like a gang of horses above my room. Im disappointed I ever invested in Wyndham which is a shame because the facility is awesome. Great staff and awesome rooms but I will not be back to this location. I work 6 days a week 24 hour shifts and was hoping to be able to sleep in some but it was impossible with the noise from above us. My wife has a trip booked later on this year but will probably go elsewhere. I should have never invested in this place! Hopefully when we stay elsewhere I might get so.e sleep.

Cannot get better anywhere. 5 star at every level of the 12 days spent here.

Rooms aren’t bad but are a bit dated compared to other Wyndham resorts I’ve stayed at. The jacuzzi tub didn’t work to well and the WiFi was really spotty. The website for the pool reservations was down most of the time and the text line to make reservations didn’t text me back. Not to be all negative so I will say it is close to town and entertainment and has a decent view of the mountains.

Nice place to stay. Just beware they will be trying hard to sell the timeshares.

Great condos and cabins at a good price. There clean fully furnished and comfortable just take your clothes and kick back.

Just off the main parkway between Sevierville and pigeon forge, a great location.

Wyndham is a place that I love. As previous owners, Ive spent a lot of time in many locations, thanks to Wyndham. This place is typical Wyndham set up with a cabin feel. Outstanding service & friendly faces throughout the resort. If visiting the area, I would definitely choose Wyndham again!

In a time when vacationing is viewed as dangerous, Club Wyndham was sterile, clean, and an enjoyable resort.

Absolutely breathtaking drive from Niagra Falls on the Canadian side, down through the Appalachian Trail... more or less... all the way home to Texas! The drive was much more spectacular than the flight up there.

Excellent stay. Clean rooms, spacious, comfy beds, great shower. Hot tub was wonderful too.

Wyndham Smokie Mountains is really great place. Near every place in Piegon Forge.

The place is showing its age but still offers nice accommodations and great views.

Due to COVID-19 you must book pool and activities in advance. When we got there everythings was booked for the entire week. Receptionist said that some guests booked all times for entire week. Resort is in great location, but the reservation system for activities sucks. Dont expect to be able to use the pool until they update their system.

Experience was amazing! They are very nice and easy with complicated recommendation! We had a 3 bedroom suit and it was oh so perfect! I highly recommend!
