This is definitely a must when you visit Savannah. It gives children an appreciation for all of the lives that have been lost for their freedom today. Children have the option to complete a scavenger hunt on the self-guided walking tour for a prize at the end. My children loved their prize. I could spend hours in this museum looking at all of the artifacts and pieces of what makes us the great country that we are. Very informational and engaging experience.

The most wonderful museum I have ever been in! It is the perfect museum for every level of interest! The tour is self guided so theres no rushing through all the little details everywhere, and there is no long-winded docent that throws off your days schedule. The owner/guide has dedicated his life to military history and knows everything there is to know about the items in his museum. Seriously, ask about an item and he has a story about it! Be sure to make this a priority stop the next time youre in town!

Very nice collection of military objects and the veterans rate is hard to beat! My wife and I would have like to talk to Mr. Webb more about similar items that we had but he seemed to be giving two ladies in front of us a private tour. Excellent small museum. As other reviews state, its owned by one collector who has accumulated these items in various ways during his life. It may be a small museum overall, but the quality and stories behind each item is what is amazing. Despite the museums size, its easy to spend at least 30 minutes to an hour looking at everything.Highly recommend this museum if you are at all into military history. The owner is very friendly, and is more than willing to show his enthusiasm for everything in the museum especially if it isnt busy.

One of the BEST museums of military artifacts!! The owner, Gary Webb, is so gracious, incredibly knowledgeable, and so informative with the corresponding stories. Gary is the most PASSIONATE military historians I’ve ever come across and has some of the most incredible collector artifacts in the world. He should be featured on military documentaries if he isn’t already. Well worth the $10 ( less for veterans and seniors)!

We meandered to the Webb Military Museum and found a gem of a site. The lady at the front was warm and welcoming and started us off with stories that personalized the wars through the eyes of the Webb family. The fact that this was Gary’s personal collection made it even more amazing. We had the chance to meet him and he was as unique and kind as you would expect someone to be with a collection like that. We will send anyone who visits Savannah to the Webb Military Museum. The world needs more people in the world that appreciates and dedicates his life to those who have served.

This place was the highlight of our trip to Savannah. The curator of the museum, Gary Webb, is one of the most knowledgeable people we have ever met. He was an absolute pleasure to talk to and learn from as he has a steel trap for mind when it comes to all of his artifacts. The muesum is made of Garys personal collection which he delightedly told us was only partially represented. All of the pieces were deeply researched and Gary had binders on binders of information. Listening to the stories associated with the pieces and how they were found was both fascinating and enthralling. If Gary ever expands or redoes the muesum we will make the trip to Savannah again to visit this amazing place. Thank you Gary!!
