This was a fun experience. Going into the Low house at night was well worth it. Cheap Jack was a great tour guide. We have a 10 year old, 9 year old, and 7 and they loved it. My kids were a little scared during the second half; however, they were not scared later as the whole experience was positive and fun. This tour provided history on the buildings as well as dark stories related to them. My only complaint is not having access to a restroom the entire tour. This is not a great thing with kids or if you have had a few drinks before.

Very disappointing! I have done many ghost tours in Savannah and other places. This was the worst one yet! We chose the Davenport House tour because the lady selling tickets told us it was creepy. We were looking for a bit of spooky fun since it was the weekend before Halloween. We literally drove to the house listening to fast paced stories about not so scary ghost tales that ended up being difficult to follow because of so much information being given that you couldn’t keep up. Once we arrived at the actual house, we looked in 3 rooms (which were set up different than normal due to some other tour going on during the day) and then we left. What?? Literally nothing scary, creepy or spooky. We then drove to an escape room and was given 5 minutes to solve (which we did). We were then told to hang out at the bar while the other group went in. We gladly got a drink there and decided that since this was the best part of the whole tour, to skip going back on the trolley and have drinks. So mad we rushed through dinner to take this tour which cost about 280.00 for our group of 8. Pick another tour people!!

I enjoyed that the tour was sitting on the trolley instead of walking around after a day of walking around the city exploring. However, this comes with its disadvantages also. The tour moves pretty fast, because they are on a strict schedule it just moves quickly and the stories are told more as you drive past the places than really stay in front to admire and enjoy, this I believe, takes away from the creepiness of looking at the places, through the window and picturing what you are hearing in the story. Aside from that the guide and driver had high energy, spoke clearly, and were fun story tellers. The best part is of course getting to go into the Low house which is Incredible and the second stop which is really a lot of fun! Because of the two stops I would recommend it and it certainly stands out from others that don’t get to go inside and be immersed.

We attended a tour on 10/16/20 @8:40pm. From the start I got a bad feeling due to the young lady running the program. She more than once threatened to have people thrown off the bus if they didnt have their masks on fully. While I understand peoples concerns and local policies, I am not a child and do not like being treated as such. Again when we reached the house tour the next young lady again threatened to have people thrown out for touching items or not wearing their masks. Both young ladies told the stories like they were talking to little kids with such high pitched voices it was hard to follow. Now the last part of the tour which took place on river street in a building was most enjoyable and entertaining. That guy told stories as one would expect and that room was set up nicely. There is no doubt the two young ladies were knowledgeable but the threatening to throw people off was a major turn off. I would not recommend this tour based on their actions. Again the last part of the tour was very good though.

Very disappointed. Would have been ok if it was half the price, we paid $130 for a family of 4. The drive was way too fast to actually see anything and the tour guide wasn’t synced with what we’re supposed to be looking at because she just kept on talking (not at all organized...it was like one big run on sentence). It was very hard to follow her. The content was very amateur and not very scary at all, our guide spent a lot of time attempting to make jokes and make sure everyone was wearing masks. We were torn between a sightseeing trolly tour during the day and this...I’m disappointed that I went with this tour.

Decided to try this one. Speakers work thats for sure. If you sit in the very back its like you are being screamed at. The visit to the house short and sweet and very warm especially if in a large group. Our guide was repetitive on many occasions with what she said. I dont care how happy you are to have History torn down, nor do I care to hear about your 5 layer dress that you think you look darn good in. Not professional. Best part..Richard the driver. Oh and the end. Skip this one seriously. Not worth the price.

When I initially booked the tour, I was not aware that you would be getting in and out of the tour. My family member is not able to move very well, so we missed all the extras, and when we were trying to get to the takeoff location (its really far down, and for someone who has mobility challenges, its miserable trying to get there), the manager had to bang on the side of the bus, running along side, as the bus was taking off before we were boarded. We didnt get to sit together, but thats because it took us forever to get there and we needed to quickly board and sit, so they could take off. Bus is decorated in a fun, festive way and the host is dressed up to match the ambiance of Ghosts and Graveyards. As we went around the town, we missed almost 90% of the stories, as the host, while incredibly sweet, either had the mic too close to her mouth, or needs to limit the inflections in her stories, as it severely limits the audible clarity, rendering the tour pointless. Many other guests around me verbalized the same sentiments, and were yelled at by the bus driver for being rude, but the bus driver did not know what or why things were being said. It is frustrating to pay as much as we did for a tour and to not have been able to understand a full story. While I love the idea of this tour, I dont think I would do it again, unless they can improve the audible aspect, so that you can hear all the fun stories and rich history of Savannah.

Me and my wife attended the ghost tour on May 21st. What an experience. Very theatrical while still being very educational. We had a blast viewing the Andrew Lowe house and various other historical gems throughout the city. Ive uploaded a bunch of pictures of that house below which I took in the hopes of finding orbs, but I didnt find any unfortunately! Oh well, cant win them all. I highly recommend this tour agency as they really made it a blast to learn about the history of Savannah.

We had a great experience with our kids. It was a good mix of spooky tales, jump scares, and good humor. Remi was a great host and your guide. Fyi- we thought a later time around 9pm would be more scary, but we had to do an earlier time at 7:20pm. I actually thought it was much better to start the tour in the daylight but end with the dark. It added a lot to the increasingly darker story telling.

This was a fantastic tour! We were a party of 2 adults, and 4 boys ages 14, 13, 10 and 9. We loved the historical information, as well as the ghost stories! My favorite part was touring the Andrew Low house, which is decorated in period pieces. Its beautifully extravagant. The tour guide was wonderful. She was excited about her stories, which made her a lot of fun to listen to. She was also very knowledgeable. The driver was fantastic, too. Thats a tough job! All in all, we had a wonderful time, were perfectly scared, and wonderfully entertained.

Our tour guide was what I would describe as a mean old teacher. Masks were an issue with some of the people on our trolley and she was very harsh in reminding them to wear their masks properly. It put a damper on the tour. It was also not a paranormal based tour hardly at all. Mostly history related and we had already done that earlier. I thought it would be more paranormal based and that was very disappointing. They also put masks on the dolls in the play room in the Low house and that was unnecessarily creepy.

This a great, all-be-it a bit kitchy, tour that is best done at night. Dr. Bell was our guide and he did a great job telling the hallowed history of Savannah and its largely morbid past. The only reason I gave this tour four stars instead of five is because it does not last long and the tour of the Andrew Lowe house is short. The stories and facts all seemed credible and plentiful. The host was engaging and entertaining. The trolley was fun to ride. The tour around the city and the view was wonderful. I would not have paid $30 a person though. Maybe more like $20 a person for an hour and a half tour around the city.

Started off by not being greeted for check in. Staff was socializing with another couple who completely ignored us. Not sure if it was because of our age? Finally got acknowledged and was able to check in. Sat on the curb waiting for the trolley. A male worker (same one chatting with the couple) came up and told us to get out of the way and stand up because the trolley was pulling up. Well 15 minutes later it did pull up. Once on the tour it was ok. Best part of the tour was riding the trolley around and seeing the city. I personally would not recommend this tour and had I known what I know now I would have saved my money and done something else. I have been on haunted tours in other cities and have enjoyed them a lot more.

Dont expect to be SCARED out of your mind, but this is definitely a cool tour to take. While riding through the historic district, you learn about grizzly stories from the past. This was definitely different than what we expected. We liked that the girl guiding our tour was dressed in period appropriate attire. She was basically acting as a farmers daughter in the city looking for a rich man to save the family farm. It was more stories than going to haunted places like we all expected. It stops at the Andrew Low House which was neat but nothing to shout from the rooftop about. The part that was awesome that made it worth the experience was the second stop at Perkin’s & Son’s Ship Chandlery. The guy who was doing that bit was truly a performer and the special effects they used were great! We really enjoyed this portion but the rest what not what we expected.

My family loves ghost tours and we have taken many around the country. I will say if you love the paranormal as we do, this tour will not excite you. It is a tour with a little over the top, theatrical entertainer, telling a few stories of Savannahs past residents. It was not spooky, nor that entertaining, we actually found our tour guide annoying. The Low House was hotter than heck and the smell of other tourists was the scariest thing. This tour was full and we were jammed in the rooms like sardines, that does not make for a pleasurable time. Overall, it was just bad. I am so sorry as I never like to give bad reviews but going to tell you to save your money on this one.

This was a total surprise. I thought it would be another hokie, low rent city tour putting a ghost spin on average buildings. Not even close. The trolley was decorated inside like a graveyard, the host was campy and hilarious, all of the stops were either interesting on their own or made so by the tour staff. The escape room at the end was the perfect end to the evening. Great acting and staging. We took the last tour of the night and I was glad we did. The city streets were not as busy, it was nice and cool, and of course the night time made everything look more mysterious. Best tour in Savannah.
