Terrible experience with very poor customer service! Watched loaded trolley after trolley go by. Finally told 2 of the 4 of us to get on so someone could enjoy it only to have the driver chastise them for not immediately having their ticket handy (they also give you stickers to ride which is where the confusion happened). Would have taken 20 seconds to grab the tickets and trolley driver knew this, yet as soon as they stepped off he took off almost hitting one in our party. And all this for only $134. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!!!
