Awesome. Michele was really good tour guide . She told us about the historic downtown and her scary past. We took the night illumination tour and it was so much fun riding the open air trolley listening to historical stories.I have lived in Savannah for a long time but never knew about the history of the city. It was so refreshing. I highly recommend this company and the tour even if you’re a local. You deserve to know about the city you live in and what an amazing to do it.

What a great way to get around Savannah in a time when cleanliness is everything! Not only were the tour guides so knowledgeable but each of the shuttle drivers were funny and could answer all of our questions. We had a blast!

Such a great tour of Savannah! Kathleen was a great guide. She was very funny and showed us some great spots throughout the city. The trolley service after the scheduled tour was very nice. We did a Saturday morning tour and then went for a stroll through Forsyth to the farmers market. We called when we were ready for a pick up and they sent a super comfy bus to take us back to the visitors center. We will definitely use Kelly Tours again!

Our tour guide, John was very knowledgeable of the local history! The tour kept us very interested and answered every question we could think of. We were also amazed at how well he was able to drive the tour bus in the city! Very talented man! Thank you and we will definitely be coming back!

Their drivers make the whole tour experience really wonderful, entertaining, and informative. So much to see in Savannah and this is the best way to start. We will be back in the future and expect to use this service again.

We did not have the privilege of going on this tour but we accidentally double booked and I promptly called and spoke to Jamie. She was so understanding and offered to contact the booking company to get me a refund. Customer service above and beyond! We will definitely book with them next time.

We had the opportunity to take a tour of Savannah with Gray Line and love it. John was our driver and shared so much information with the group that we thought he was reading it from somewhere, but how if he was driving? He has a great knowledge of the history of the town, and take upon himself to find about the local restaurants so he can tell you more about them. He was also funny and kept us engaged the whole time. Thank you, John for such a great 90 minutes around the town.I want to mentioned that we tried to take the tour in the morning and my husband felt sick and we have to go back to the hotel until he recovered from his stomach ache. It was not the company’s fault so we thought we missed the opportunity, but Walter at the desk was kind enough to allow us to take the tour again without paying twice. He and Mary were super helpful. Kudos to the company for having such a great staff and for offering such a great service!!

Kathleen was a great tour guide. She seemed very knowledgeable and it was evident that she loved Savannah. The buses were clean. The reminder call and their desire to make sure we were in the right place at the right time was nice for the weary traveler. The service was prompt.

Took the Explore Savannah Trolley Tour. Got on the last one of the day. COVID rules were enforced. Kathleen was our guide, she was animated and entertaining. Love the fact they shuttle you from your hotel and you get a second day to hop on and off. Highly recommend.

Had an amazing day with Dennis on my tour to the Wormsloe historic site. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and made it a very enjoyable day. The bus was cool, with a glass top and great view of the lovely homes and landscape we saw on the trip.

We took the tour for Bonaventure Cemetery, absolutely amazing. Our tour guide was Dennis, he filled our heads with so much information. There’s nothing he doesn’t know about Savannah and it’s history. Some tours can be boring, but not Dennis. He kept going at a lively pace, and we were anything but bored. I highly recommend this tour, positively the best money I spent.

Me and some friends hit up the illumination tour which was really cool. I had never even heard of a panoramic sprinter, but it was an experience. We all had the best seat.

My fiance and I took the shuttle down to Tybee for the day. They picked us right up at our hotel! No driving was a plus as there are a lot of fun watering holes in the area. They even cut us a deal on two chairs and an unbrella which was perfect for us out-of-towners. Definitely recommend.,

Make sure you go with Joan! Her southern flare and insider stories made for a fun & interesting tour even for a native Savannian. It was ghoulish enough to be fun but not at all scary.

I don’t remember the name of our Tour Guide however the tour was very informative. She allowed for questions and made the tour enjoyable! I highly recommend the early morning tour due to the one and a half hour time. The time flies by!

90 minutes with Stephanie was AMAZING! She is very knowledgeable about anything one wants to know about Savannahs historic district! She is personable, friendly and interactive with the passengers.The bus itself was comfortable. It was a half open and half closed so it was interesting. I guess if it rained then it turns into a completely closed bus.If you visit the visitor center first, they have a special summer savings deal for this company which was very helpful and the reason we chose this company over the others originally.The parking at the visitor center was not free like you get with some other tour companies but on Sundays parking is free. The other days, the first hour is free and then it is one dollar each hour thereafter. So if you did this 90 minute tour then hopped on the free bus service even after you pay for the parking you still are getting a good deal.

A tour is a must to understand this town. We caught the 9:30 am tour. We were the only group on the trolley. Early bird catches the worm. Ninety minutes only gives time to scratch the surface of this historic town. It is worth it. Max was an awesome guide. Pointed out the sites and told a story for each one. He was entertaining and informative. No this is not hop on/off like the other two companies we saw. Even though Max was great. We think we should have done the hop on/off instead.

Miss Joan was an amazing tour guide! She was a great storyteller and really brought the Secrets of Savannah to life on my Illuminations tour with a touch of sass and humor that was entertaining and delightful!

The only reason I have this tour a one is because of this. Never on a tour have I been dropped off and NOT informed that there was no transportation back to our car. Make sure you have a plan before booking.

Great way to tour the streets of Savannah. Driver guide was very knowledgeable about the many historical sites that we passed. Ability to get off at any established stop and freelance before get on another one of their trolleys was awesome. Once we called for a needed pickup and they were there very soon thereafter.

This was my first time touring Savannah in 12 years and they did a excellent job keeping my attention and very informative. Once I checked in the receptionist was excellent with and answering my questions and helped me find cool places on the map to take the kids... Peggy was my guide and I learned a lot and the sights were awesome she pointed out intricate details about the architectural structures and great historical facts even the fact once the tour ended they offered on and off service meaning you can get off the bus after the tour ended and visit various places seen on the tour and once you were ready to go to the next stop simply call or text and they will come pick you up and escort you to the next location all this was included with the SERVICE. Which is when they closed.. All this COST 20 for adults and 10 for kids.. Not to mention if you call and book in advance they will pick you up from the hotel your located in as well no extra charge!! Thanks trolley tours I enjoyed your service..

Tour was a little boring and was a little longer than I would have liked but they did show a lot of impressive sites and you can get off whenever you want and they pick you up later. Very convenient.
