I have been here 7 years. Today we received the annual extortion letter raising our lot rent to $860.00 on Jan 1, 2021. The park is owned by a private company who have no connections to the park other than bleeding its residents. The board is useless and the rent is outrageous. Youll be sorry you moved here.

My mom is here and is happy with the area. The amenities are nice and it is great that they have 2 pools.

Property is very well maintained and clean

Our rental was very comfortable and the people in the park were so welcoming! They included us in everything that we wanted to participate in-pancake breakfast, St. Patricks Day dinner, couples golf and dinner, etc. We just love the complex and hope we can find a rental for next year!

My father lives there.... Great club house and pool. Lots for him to do.

You cannot sit in the parking lot by the club house even for 2 seconds and you have hillbilly rednecks coming out hollering at you they will call the cops for no reason even at 2 in the afternoon shity people junky homes very noisy there are some older folks there that are decent people but the drug dealing white trash ruins the whole park

The lot rent is way too high and just keeps getting higher. I would never buy a mobile home where you dont own the land.

People there are rude and want to know your business all the time
