Some of the people who live there where friendly and kind. Felt like I was being bullied by one of the men who rode around on his American flag cart. He just made me feel very uncomfortable.

Beautiful park. Very quaint community room with occasional activities, nice pool. Construction out front on 41 right now so THATS kind of a pain, but it wont last forever!

Nice quiet little spot (mobile home / rv park) this location is in a great location in south Sarasota you are a hop skip away from the beach. You are next to the mall and other things to do. Some of the sites are a little tight to get into but that should not be an issue.

Its ok... The park is nice, theres some nice activities but some of the residents can be rude.

Great place to live low on crime and close to beaches

I moved in about four months ago and I cant get over how kind people are here! I had a leaky faucet, I reported it, and had a brand new one with a sprayer in just a few hours! It really is wonderful living here, and Im one of the younger ones!

Its very quiet and well kept. This place has the best sunset views around. The only better views would ve on the actual beach itself. I love that this place is right on the edge of town so its very peaceful even though it is right next to us41. They offer free wifi to all residents and they have a really nice club house and pool. There is also an on site laundry mat which is great because ecerything you nees is right in the park and all pf the store are in close walking distance.

Sucks ppl are nosey dont buy a place here

Its wrong its a rundown overpriced place to live they keep going up with the lot rent every year but yet we see no improvements the people that own this place are just lining their pockets with our hard-earned money people here are on a fixed income and sure they wont be able to afford it because of the increasing lot rent that goes on at once a year everyone says oh its only 14 $15 a year so what yeah well that adds up year after year after year
