I can’t say enough good things about The Villager, from Branda the manager a great help, fountain of knowledge of the area, and she’s on the ball. From owner always upgrading the place new streets, laundry rooms revamped, whole new mailbox area, and freshly painted homes. The community is great and friendly, very good area close to great restaurants and shopping, but it’s within a mile or two of probably the best beach in the states. Love the Villager and thanks for the great upgrades

We love this park so much. The upgrades have been phenomenal. What a wonderful place to settle in to! The community and staff are top tier people. The park is immaculate and very well kept. They always offer the best options and amenities for their tenants to enjoy. Brenda has been an absolute gem all across the board! My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Brenda last week. She was very friendly and helpful. She answered all our questions and took us for a tour of the park. Wow! Villager Resort has a lot to offer and everything is Bright and Beautiful! Love the Entrance Sign! We could tell that the residents took pride in their homes. So many homes were freshly painted and landscaped beautifully. The park looks great and has a neighborhood feel to it. Residents waved to us and a few stopped to chat for a minute. We love the way it is nestled back from the main road and yet close so many conveniences including restaurants, food stores, pharmacies, medical facilities, parks and the WATER. Villager Resort is definitely on our “A” list for our future relocation. Thanks again Brenda, we will be talking to you soon!

Ive lived here 8 years, but since new owners and management came in about a year ago there have been vast improvements in the look and feel of the property and the living conditions. There are newly paved roads, wonderful new fencing, and many of the damaged and overgrown trees have been removed making it not only more attractive, but safer should major storms come. Brenda is our new manager and she has a friendly personality and is always willing to work with us to accomplish goals or improve conditions. I am very pleased to be living here and looking forward to the future in these pleasant surroundings.

Have never had a better manager than Brenda, she treats everyone the same, is fair yet she is firm on what the park should look like to improve the appearance.The roads are wonderful specially since I sprained my ankle very bad before the asphalt,. I’m so glad the fence is put up on the east side of the park as we have more privacy and love the color. I’m appreciative of the colors my trailer was painted. The colors are soft.

Sarasotas best kept secret, its not the same place that it used to be. We have new roads, new landscaping, new mailroom, newly remodeled clubhouse, new laundry, and great management. Shout out to Jim and John on the maintenance crew theyre very helpful. Thank you very much to the new owners. Its nice that someone cares, looking forward to the future!

I am quite pleased at all the improvements that have been taking place recently in the park, new paving, new fencing, fresh paint, remodeled laundry room and clubhouse. Very friendly staff and manager, Brenda Glinitas, who is concerned and actively working with residents to resolve problems and make things better for all who live here. Im looking forward to even more improvements in the future and enjoying the quiet and peaceful neighborhood where I live in the woods. Its much safer with the trees they have removed and all the clean-up they have done.

For over twenty years, I have seen people go and come through Pine Ridge. The past management was pitiful: it seemed that nothing was ever done the right way. The park looked like a dump with residents’ junk piled up in their yards, crowding the pot-holed roads. In the last several months I have seen dramatic changes in Villager Resort. The look of the place has really improved. Brenda has been marvelous at getting things done and she has been a true asset to the park. I have seen a lot of people try to get it done through the decades that I have lived here. Brenda has been a wonderful manager. She has a lot of tact when dealing with individuals and she solves problems and resolves issues in a reasonable time. Her leadership is outstanding. This lady has what it takes to get things done – and done with enthusiasm! She is a very pleasant person to be around and a real blessing to this park. You go girl! Keep it up!

If you are looking for a 55+ Community that is quiet with affordable rent this is a great place! The park has made many improvements and the many trees give it a park like setting. Brenda, the park Manager has been friendly and great to work with when we made upgrades to our trailer.

Ive been a resident here since 2012, and recently had a brief encounter with the new owner and his family. I already knew he was someone who was true to his promises, as evidenced by the recent changes which he stated would happen... Newly Paved Roads and Signage, Renovated Clubhouse with Internet and Cable, Improved Laundry, New Fencing, Dangerous Trees Trimmed or Removed, Additional Staff Onsite, New Mail Room and Mobile Homes being painted, Overgrown Foliage Removed, etc... Im not easily swayed, but after seeing these changes, hearing his vision, and expressing my concerns, I left thankful that we have an owner who, I believe, genuinely cares about our well being. Ive now decided to get out more and join newly energized residents and participate in fun activities... Five Stars !

I would like to commend Brenda Glinatsis, The Villager Resort property manager, on implementing such positive changes to this area. I first met her in 2016 when my father passed away. I could not have asked for a more compassionate and patient person when I sold his property, answering my concerns in efficiently with a no-nonsense approach. Now when I visit my Uncle, a long-time resident, Villager Resort feels like being in a real community. In the years past, Pine Ridge carried the stigma of “trailer park”: unkempt homes, neglected roads, aloof tenants. In 2019, it is more than a fresh coat of paint! The whole area is welcoming, bright, and friendly. There are no potholes to avoid, and I noticed immediately the boat and trailer parking which makes a huge difference navigating the roads. Everything feels cleaner, the yard debris eliminated, and people wave and smile. It’s as though everyone has a little more pride in their homes. Pine Ridge Mobile Home Park has undergone a huge transformation. Villager Resort is like driving through a real neighborhood. This is the best thing that could have happened to this area, especially in such an attractive part of Sarasota. There is no doubt that Brenda had so much to do with these changes, and she should feel extremely proud of the way The Villager Resort presents itself to both residents and visitors!With compliments,Becky Richard

This community is really coming together nicely. Love playing cards with the ladies and movie night on Tuesday! I hear they want to start Bingo! The large clubhouse is perfect for all these.

We spent over thirty years vacationing in Sarasota and knew this is where we would retire to. As our retirement date was approaching we visited many retirement communities one being the Villager Resort MHP. Just last week we drove through the Villager Resort again and were pleasantly pleased to see many changes. The new sign caught our eyes, the new fencing was a remarkable improvement, the overall park seemed larger, cleaner and neater due to much tree trimming, over grown bushes trimmed or removed giving way to seemingly wider streets for easy of maneuvering through the park. The improvements that have been completed in the office, laundry, clubhouse and new mailroom were all absolutely beautiful! We noticed many homes had been painted very tastefully adding to the overall park beautification!Lastly, Brenda the park manager is dedicated, professional and always welcoming! For these reasons, this park deserves top rating!
