The development needs upgrades add a fitness center, renovate the old club house and chairs around the pool.

Parents live there. Seems like a nice little place.

Decent little trailer park, but some of the old ladies at the pool seemed to have nothing better to do than complain about all the neighbors.

This place is great. Quiet. Beautifully manicured lawns. Just take a cruise through you will see what I mean. small dogs allowed.

Park is always clean and good looking. Very nice and quite.

Try dealing with the management whatever his name was just kept laughing when asked any question. He also answered questions with questions very nosy.

Craig you and your girlfriend were the only ones praying on our elderly... Place is so nice without you here

People and Current Manager is very mean and unkind to disabled small young children. If you have grandkids and want then to visit you are out of luck, dont let the pool fool you.

Older manufactured homes and huge lot rents, also lots of old nosey neighbors that complain about every little thing because they have nothing better to do.
