Horrible horrible horrible. If you are looking to rent, RUN. They dont fix renters mobile homes. And they evict for no reason.

Very friendly people. Although its very disturbing that the Amish community has moved in at a rapid pace and has been noticed by myself and many other residents, that there has been an odd and aggressive approach at wanting to get together and push the non-Amish residents out at what seems like a plan to create available space for likewise people. Before I voiced this, I made sure to look at myself to ensure there was validity and no opinion. Many other residents have noticed this before my view was mentioned to them. I will not let this continue. I will push back and had better be taken as no worse than their current push.

Aloha Trailer Park is a real dump I dont suggest a recommend anybody buying a trailer there the people that own it and run it aint worth a damn for one thing and if you will go in there it looks like a dump trailer its all brand down Ive seen better trailer parks up north in Detroit Michigan then where this park looks people live here look like The Walking Dead dont buy a trailer there

Under new management. They are really trying to upgrade park by switching out old trailers with new nice trailers. Also getting rid of undersireables giving place a bad name. Place is quiet at night.

I weant there to help a sick friend clean there house i got kicked out and they lost there house couse i was there for a week thats crasy i think it couse the way i look NOT RIGHT!!!!

This is the upcoming NEW Pinecraft MHC Park of Sarasota. They are very centrally located and the area is nice and quiet. Last street borders the Phillipi Creek (sometimes stagnant and smelly). Some homes are old mobile homes that have been updated and refurbished, and made structurally sound, and a few are brand new.

Needs a LOT of work...Alot of good hard-working people that should have a nice place to call home. Misunderstanding between the woman in the office and residents should NOT end up in an eviction! This happens far too many times!

New Ownership and Management in place improving the Community. Old trailers are being removed and new homes are being brought in. It is the new Pinecraft in Sarasota.

Park is in the process of getting cleaned up by a new owner. Still has some work lots of old run down trailers mixed in with a few new trailers.

Very old and run down mobile units. Most of which look to be condemable. Cops are constantly going in And out of this place.

They have Nasty run down Trailers in here, dont Move there!

Good manager,friendly staff but under staff, I like it.I think it can be beautiful if people, start cleaninthen own mess and act like like normal tenant.This tenant dont want upgrade them home,and probably and probably they complain because maybe they dont want pay rent(free Loaders)I strong belief that in Need for law enforcement help with homeless people they r a security itsue we dont know why they hidding n breaking in empty home.

Tenants in this.neighborhood are quite strange. Other than the occasional tweaker roaming around, this place is nice.

Avoid at all cost. Dirty with trash everywhere, backed up sewage with human waste puddled around septic tanks. Groups of people sitting around slummy trailers getting drunk... just plain Yuck.
