Im happy to say Oakwood Manor is a very active place to live. Theres so many activities that no one gets left out. Its a very Pleasant place to live. People are very friendly. Ive lived here about 18 years and Ive seen many changes for the better. I could go on and on about Oakwood Manor. But I tell you what drop by look us over. Im sure youll like us and you want to stay.

Senior Mobile Home Community that is relatively friendly. If you are going to visit a friend, there is one woman who works at the gate in the evening and weekends that acts as though she is responsible for guarding the nuclear weapons button. As long as you pander to her demands, shell do you a huge favor and let you in. Once inside, its a mix of old and new homes, with fairly well cared for lots. Obviously they have rules that need to be followed, just as any decent community must.

Wonderful park! Friendly people and lots of activities. Landscaping is beautiful and maintained. Always something to do, or just relax and enjoy the scenery. Low HOA.

When I get to be 55 This is the place I would like to live. Great community, lots of rules but its for everyones own good. I dont like the fact you cant walk in or out because of the gate but other then that its laid back and alot of fun!
