We went here on a school field trip. Super cool place to go. The employees were very nice. It was super clean. We had so much fun. The rink is pretty big.

I went to the weekly toddler skating time a couple of weeks ago. I couldn’t have been more impressed with it. There were staff members engaging the children and many thoughtful activities to get the kids comfortable with the ice. The staff was very encouraging but also respectful and didn’t force children to do anything they weren’t ready for. They had special shoe covers so that it would be easy for parents to walk next to their skating toddler if we weren’t up to skating. The atmosphere was positive and inviting and my girls loved it.

Of Course its great..Ive been going to this historic place ever since I was in grade school and thats been 45yrs ago...Now I go to watch my granddaughters father play league hockey for THE GROWLERS..THEY ARE AWESOME..

I love this place. I dont skate, but my son is taking lessons here. The staff is great, his coach is wonderful, and the rink is retro charming. Plus Im a Peanuts fan, so I like the decor (which is not over the top thankfully). One of the major reasons that this place stands out to me, is that they paid attention to the acoustics of the room regarding music. Most kid-centered places play the music so loud, with zero thought to sound, EQ, speaker placement, etc. I cant stay in a place like that, I value my hearing too much. Snoopys Home Ice did a great job, they play good music at a proper volume. Skate on!

I have been coming to Snoopys since I was a little girl. Amazing rink. Fantastic Ice. Charles Shultz has put his touch throughout - enjoy snoopy throughout this place. There is a gift shop and a snoopy museum, seperate structures that flank either side of the ice rink. The snoopy cafe is warm and inviting - locals come in for the food and to watch the skaters. All in all - a great family rink that is a joy to go to!

I came here in 2016 from Italy with a cultural exchange with Santa Rosa High School. I have the most beautiful memories there, I still remember the magical atmosphere, the warmth of the fireplace while eating something right before skating. The place was empty, only my class (20 people) on the ice and it was surreal and peaceful. I hope to come visit this place again very soon!

The ice skating rink is big so the crowds never felt oppressive. Snack bar. We didnt eat there so I have no idea what the good is like. They do have vending machines for snacks and drinks. The skate rental was easy and the staff super efficient and patient. And they have a skate return cart right next to the rink so you dont have to stand in line to return the skates. They played great music. The ice skating guards on the ice were professional and thoughtful. Several womens bathrooms which is nice as women usually have to wait long time.

Not the cheapest outing if you need skates but ....go ice skating here with friends and family and snap some photos to make great memories!

Friendly, community oriented, and has newly updated ice surface and glass finally installed all around the rink for hockey. Offers great programs for skaters from beginners in figure skating and hockey, teen nights, and partnerships with the Santa Rosa Figure Skating Club and the Santa Rosa Flyers Youth Hockey Club. Late night adult hockey leagues also play here, as well as Santa Rosa JC. Its got a great cafe, is busy with activities from early until late, and is a real treasure.

Had a nice visit to the ice arena with the family. Watched the zambioni drive around cleaning and preparing ice a couple times. They have buckets and a practice area for those who do not have skating down yet. The hot coco and food is good, although they were out of a lot of things when we got there.

Great ice rink! Family friendly and Swiss chalet decor. Especially at Christina time, a family friendly outing. Little one have the end of the ice, and the cafe has a big fireplace to warm up with a hot cocoa.

Large rink . Good food. Hot chocolate and a really cool gift shop. If you like Snoopy and peanuts I strongly recommend you visit here after a trip to the museum.

The rink has very nice decorations. Plenty of parking. They have different prices for different ice sessions, depends on the time of the day, which gives figure skaters more time to practice. Friendly and helpful staff.

I have going to Snoopys Home Ice since I was about 8 years old. I remember as a child visiting with Charles Schulz there. So many great memories. Now, I go with my children and grandchildren. True blessings!

The ice is so fast and smooth. The boards and glass are SO clean. All of the redone things are so great but still keeps the original Charles Schultz rink feel.

Very cute and homey ice rink. Prices were reasonable. I especially like that they keep a section of the rink coned of the those just learning to skate. I cant speak to the crowd typically as we visited on Christmas Eve (bonus points for being open) which Im sure is somewhat responsible for the mass of folks on the ice that day. Well worth a visit.

This place has always been my home away from home. There is no other hockey rink like Snoopys Home Ice. Its a very unique building aesthetically and you just have to skate a session or play a pick up game to understand that this place is one of a kind.

Ice Skating is one of my most loved pastimes. I used to skate at Ice Capades in Southern California when I was young and I have had a love for it ever since. The fact that we have a great rink here makes me happy.

Great way to have fun in the neighborhood. My only complaint is that the ice skates are very tight and I know that they need to be, but when I got home I discovered that my skin was peeled and I had a blister on the back of my foot.

Had a lot of fun skating with my granddaughter for her birthday party here. Thank goodness for the chairs! I hadnt been on skates in 20+ years so pushing her on a chair helped me a lot. So glad Snoopys is still here after so many years. I remember open skate times years ago and Charles Schulz would be there skating with everyone. His daughter, Amy, was my skating instructor through a SRJC class, too. Warm Puppy still serves great hot chocolate and snacks. This is a great place for a family outing.

Great rink. Nostalgic. A shame that my daughter does not know and have the appreciation that my wife and I do for the Peanuts. Here for a hockey tournament. Not necessarily set up for hockey but they do well to accommodate the players. The best DJ of any rink Ive been to. Just a fantastic environment for a game.

We absolutely LOVE skating at Snoopys Home Ice. Its a wonderful environment to bring the whole family. The only reason they do not get 5 stars is the cafe. They have added a few healthier options, but they could do so much better. We live where there is a very high standard for food being delicious and healthy. They should at least start with the hot chocolate. Its of the standard you could buy in any gas station...full of chemicals! I highly recommend skating at Snoopys where your children will have a blast, but bring your own food and hot choc and eat outside, as we do.

We were visiting my parents in San Rafael and looking for something different to do. Our 10 year old had never been ice skating and wanted to try it so we headed over for the open skating hours. It was a pretty busy day and there were a lot of skaters who were obviously experienced. It would have probably been a better idea to do the kid/parent lessons before launching off on the ice. This is a BIG rink...used for hockey. Mainly we just hugged the rail and tried to stay out of the way but it was fun to have the old skating rink feel with the disco music and some hokey pokey! The price was reasonable and they were very nice and accommodating when we needed to switch skates.

Grew up skating here, great memories and good fun

We just celebrated our sons 9th birthday there. We just love this place. Weve been going for years and we often bring visitors. The skating is great, the cafe serves great food for a reasonable price and you cant beat the fireplace. Its never too crowded and both of our sons really enjoy going there. A real gem.

Great place for fun with the family

Weather you go for some skate time or to watch a show its always a good time at Snoopys Home Ice Arena. An inexpensive way to keep the kids busy for a few hours. They also have a nice Cafe as well.

This place is the best at Christmas! I come here to enjoy the holiday season with the Christmas show, the Christmas tree on ice, and the adorable cafe with amazing jot chocolate.

Warm atmosphere, the cafe is a great place to be warm and watch the action on the ice. They off public skating, figure skating, and bedt of all HOCKEY!!Home to the Santa Rosa Flyers youth hockey club, the Santa Rosa Junior College Polar Bears, and the Santa Rosa Growlers, who are our new minor league hockey team.

I play here and driving an hour every week to play hockey is the highlight of my familys week. my son loves the peanuts theme. the staff are great same with the players.

I have been visiting from out of town and came to the ice skating rink with my nieces. I recently had surgery and require medical grade liquid protein for food while that heals. Unfortunately I had a very snotty food worker approach me and demand I leave the facility with “outside food”. Not only was she unprofessional and rude but her attitude and eye rolling was childish. I am appalled that this facility would be so callous and demand someone leave due to a medical condition!

Its the only ICE SKATE gig in town .. and .. it is great. If you like - get in the local HOCKEY club/league. Have some more fun, but, put your dentist on retainer . hahahahahaha

Did not skate here, but went to the gift shop as it was touted the best selection of Charles Schulz character items. Not a deep a selection as I had hoped. I expected a standard selection of items for each of the primary characters, but not so. Worth a quick walk through to see if the character you are looking for is there.

Havent been here in years, but its just as I remember. My kids have so much fun skating and my nephews visiting from Chile, and hes loving the ice rink. Not too expensive, and its fun to watch the skaters.

It is a wonderful rink with a wonderful atmosphere. Went to watch the annual Hockey Tournaments. Took my 4 yr old grandson. Had an awesome time!! Were lucky to have an ice arena in our town.

Purchase a hamburger and it was raw. Sent it back and it was burned on the outside and it was still raw in the middle. I sent it back and got a refund

Good old fashioned skating rink that the kids loved. Newer rental skates were a bit hard on the feet so if you have your own, definitely bring them. Not too many places left like this to have good clean fun. Thank you Charles Schultz!!

The prices were spot on, the staff were polite and helpful, and the entire arena had a charming atmosphere. My girlfriend and I stumbled on this place while in town for the weekend and were very pleasantly surprised. 5/5, would definitely recommend!

This place is a a local treasure. A warm climate with an Ice Arena open year round!! There are all kinds of activities here to participate in and have fun. Watch hokey games and not be too cold!The Warm Puppy Cafe is there and not a bad place to meet, but the food and service leave much to be desired these days.Lots of parking and nice grounds to walk around. The Snoopy Gift shop a vast selection of all things Peanuts. It is a good place to take kids for a reward and watch them have fun.

Reasonably priced, clean, cool kitschy Peanuts decor. Right next to the Charles Schultz museum and gift stores. Cool cafe with hard working people who keep things very clean. Food is typical price for bowling alley, skating rink, type places. Not bad. Bonus fireplace you can sit next to in the Warm Puppy Cafe. Excellent music to skate to. Helpers on the ice are very observant and helpful for beginning skaters. All of my kids loved it.

Tremendous time watching our grandson fly across the ice and crush an opposing player against the walls of the hockey rink.These kids are tough and resilient!!!They crash in to each other or the ice and keep on going!!I just wish it wasnt quite so COLD. It reminds me of Illinois winter weather.

Great staff and a fantastic atmosphere. Only 4 stars because the building needs work (ceiling panels missing or damaged), but I understand this will be fixed soon.

The ice is nice and smooth, way better than the Oakland ice skating rink. I would Defintley recommend this place for hockey players, beginners (they have their own section!), regular, and figure skaters. I even made a friend there

Nice cold ice rink. Great place for birthday parties and other group events. The warm puppy Cafe has your average assortment of fast food. No alcohol.
