Helpful staff. Beautiful stone building located in the Historial Railroad Square area. Conveniently located close to the freeway. Careful you need to pay parking at the well marked kiosks. Aroma Cafe, quaint shops, unique cafes, antiques close by. Well worth the visit.

Came here to take a picture with the Lucy statue from the Peanuts gang and ended up walking into the visitors center for more information on the Peanuts statues around town. The lady was super nice and helpful! The place is very very neat and clean inside with lots of information not just about the town but all of California. You can also buy little gifts and souvenirs. The place is so cozy and cute inside!

This is the most awful visitor center I have ever been to in my life. The staff did not want to provide any information and didn’t offer any information about the area. They didn’t know anything about anything it seemed, even in this area. I arrived 15 minutes before closing time and their only concern seemed to be to close up and get everyone out.

Great info. Attendant was knowledgeable about the area. Very kid friendly, with a small room for interactive train memoriabia and a working model train. Bikes outside to rent and train schedules inside.

Located in the middle of town. Lots of information and maps. The ladies that work there are very friendly and helpful. I needed information to provide to my out of town wedding guests and they were more than willing to help. They also said to refer our guests to them to help book tasting tours. Great customer service!!!

Was very disappointed in your volunteers. We arrived at 4:45 and were immediately asked if we needed help. We said No thank you we are just looking, we are staying the night and wanted to look. The two ladies proceeded to pack up and start turning off lights. My husband asked what time do you close? They said 5. We looked at our watch we had 15 minutes so continued to look around, where I found a real cute heart key chain I wanted to purchase. The first lady rolled her eyes and did not respond. After 3 to 4 minutes the other lady finally came over and rang me up. We did not feel welcome. Other wise it is a very cute town to visit, lots of friendly shop owners and a very nice time at Chevys.

This is pretty good use of a lovely place that once was the economic hub of a vital agrarian economy that fed the whole Bay Area and beyond. SoCo still does to an extent, but this now a more a fine historical place to learn and enjoy a good energy and place.
