Great fun for kids. Its so much better to get it by the minute card 30 min. 9.00 bucks all they can play. 2 kids had a blast for 9 bucks we were there for an hour. On the way home they fell asleep. have fun

We never did eat here so cant review the food. We went to just play the games. They have lots of good games for the kids. The best part about this place is when you pay, you pay for the time you want to play and its unlimited games till your time runs out. Works great for kids. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Very helpful people and a great price for the experience. The timed play cards are a great way for the older kids to get as many tickets as possible and the points are great for the little ones to do the rides and games for the fun of it. My kids had a great time.

I tried to do a call in order at 7 pm on april 4th with some girl named Brianna. it says online on the google site that you guys close at 8 pm. she told me since she the only person there that she could not make orders cause she was the only person in the store. she told me she was the manager and there was nothing that she can do about it. i call up to the national city one and they stay open until the right time. Only reason why i go to this location is cause it is closer to my home. national city has better pizza.

I was surprised. I enjoy rating on Google. Im rating this because I was surprised. I rate the restaurant standards: Food 4, Price 4, Service 3, Atmosphere 4. Food was surprisingly good, clearly not amazing but I gave them serious props. Price is actually really great. Service was better than I remember from when I was a kid. That team was on it. Atmosphere is a 4 because lets face it, a place like this is difficult for some people to be in, its loud and crazy and little ones running around, considering you know what youre getting yourself into I was very comfortable. Its difficult to keep these places clean, that was only ok, but seriously. Im dating a woman w 2 kids, I havent been to a play place like this in over a decade, this place was way above expectations. The reason they didnt get a 5 is because I am extremely serious about my 5s. They earn a solid unwaverable 4 from me.

Very poor customer service. I came here for my sons birthday and had a horrible experience. I ordered 5 things off the menu and only received 4. I immediately went to the cashier and told them politely that they accidentally missed an item. They told me, theyd bring it out immediately but 30mins later they said they didnt make my item because I didnt pay for it initially. Long story short, I waited over an hour just to get my order of wings. I only added one star because the kids had fun but all the adults were mad and left waiting.

Super ..WOW !We both, my significant other and I, fresh describes the cotton candy, pizza and winds.Especially love that the icecream sandwiches were not freezer burned. They were not haphazardly (storage )cared for, not mangled but shaped perfectly like a sandwhich . .a rectangle with consistently textured icecream not ice milk! !Pizza too as wings can not be beat fresh hot, no freezer taste every little, none first order.Definitely this place of pizza and family cares .Great customer care, also the inside with its family fun geared atmosphere looks like slot of fun.Keot very well inside makes you want to play there their games ..and pize pks too value.Enjoy.Vicky and Billy

I went in last minute and I was helped by wonderful people. When I arrived at our party our table was set up and it was an amazing experience we got the mega package and it was just perfect along with the Amazing cheese crust pizza love it.

Im really loving the new approach to Chuck E Cheese. The lighting was up, the volume was down, had to find something to occupy my two littles in a safe environment and not once did the attendant leave the checkin area. Very quiet Wednesday night at a place Im used to leaving with a headache.To top it off they closed at 9pm and at 8:58 pm my 3 year old had an accident. We didnt leave until almost 9:15 and the employees were kind, patient, and even chatting us up and helping my freshly changed daughter at the prize counter (even though I tried to usher her out) which just really made our night. Been to several CeC around the county, this one absolutely is the best.

It is a fun place for children and young teenagers. The place is fairly clean and organized. Adults and children get a stamp on the arm, so that children cannot leave without their parent.The reason for my 4 stars is that at least 4 of the games were out of order, taking your credits but not allowing you to play. This games were not tagged as out of order. Overall, it is a great place to go and have fun with the kids.

A remarkably efficient way to teach your children to gamble and waste money! They see toys they want to win, you fill a card with money; they play games to win pts, exhaust the money, and still dont come close to winning enough pts for the toy of choice. We figured a toy we could have bought on-site for $12 (and overpriced, at that) cost us $50. The childrens frenzied determination to win at mindless games, coupled with the palpable disappointment of failure to attain their goals was disturbing and sad. I suggest finding an alternate way to spend your day.

Definitely buy the points instead of the time. My daughter is 4 and doesnt play enough games to make it worth while. Good selection of little rides and some of the games are even for adults.

I write my history the first time to visit this place was good on Sunday the food was great and on time but now on Tuesday the place was not too busy and the nuggets and fries were too toasted I said the employee and he told me that all the food is the same and I said not is black color by the corners and he insists that all food is the same if I order again the food will be the same??? And the manager comes with us and he told me that is going to fix it and he gives me a soda free but...... I wait for my food more the an hour???? and the food didnt come so I decided to leave and I went to IN & OUT I MADE A LINE FOR 10 MINUTES AND FINALLY I GET MY FOOD!!!!!

The pizzas are made by other people’s pizza pieces that were eaten and serve those pizza to others. What if someone was sick? No one go there for their own safety!

Games didnt work, tickets not printing, took 15mns for someone to come out and fix issue, did not attempt to do anything to replace lost tokens asked to speak to the manager and he/she never reached to us, a little more attention to games will help this location to stay open because we are definitely not going back!

This chuck e cheese does not have a lot of games. Its smaller than the one we usually go to in Lemon Grove, did not get food just played games. Not many candy options for prizes and they cost a lot of tickets! More than usual.. ill stick with Lemon Grove

This place is great for the kids. I like the pizza its good, drinks here are reasonable price. Most kids will love this place. Its safe and clean and fun 4 all.

I’m sad to say that after a really great and helpful phone call with customer service planning my last minute party, it all went very sour the day of my daughters party 8-11-19. Upon arriving, as I did per the “arrive 15 minutes early” rule, my daughters name was nowhere to be found on any of the reserved tables, when somebody finally helped me, they had said that the table was being cleaned. After that, they seemed bothered by the fact that I had to update the number of guests since some were not able to make it anymore. I understand that they had to set up for the number of guests that I had originally stated, but I can not control that things in life come up, and they should not have acted so bothered by this. I appreciate that our party host was remaining calm, but you can see the obvious look in her eyes that she was annoyed by my party. I believe her name was Jessica. She also never brought out any plates nor cups along with the food or drinks when she brought those out. My mother had to keep requesting those. Some of my guests were eating on napkins!!! When the party beside us had plates and cups with the Chuck E. Cheese design on them so I know for a fact that those were given to them in a polite manner. Also, when my mother went to the salad bar, her change was received on top of a plate, and when she had asked for a new plate, since they had placed here dirty money on it, they even seemed annoyed by that. All staff at this location, even the ones working the prize counter seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Upon leaving, since my daughter arrived with her friends, her safety stamp did not match ours, and would let her leave with her own parents. I understand this as well, safety concerns. Ok. But I offered you legal documents such as a birth certificate with both parents Present and they chose to see a picture from my phone that I had with my own kids instead. Really?? A photo? That is your way of verifying this type of thing? Do you know how many folks have photos with my kids, any one of my party guests could have left with her. I will not recommend this location, and will never return.

It took quite some time to be helped and the bathroom was very dirty. However, the little guy had a lot of fun playing the games.

Absolutely terrible. We ordered as a group, everyone got their food except us. When we asked about our food, they told us it was on its way, but still took an hour and a half from when we ordered to when we finally got it. Everyone else was done eating before our food came. Before we even got our food, the manager told us we needed to start leaving because they were closing. When I told him we hadn’t even got our food yet, he didn’t even offer an apology, just an excuse that the kitchen was swamped. Finally got our food, chicken Alfredo pizza, but it had marinara sauce on it instead of Alfredo. At that point I had had enough and let it be. Bottom line, terrible customer service and wrong food with no apologies.

This is one of my favorite locations. It is rare that a machine doesnt work. They also have a 3 story parking lot building right next to it.

Been to this location about 8 times now, least I know what to expect. I mean, its chuck e cheese. They were never known for great service or food over the years. Back in the 80s 90s they were known for their arcade but those days are long dead. Just a place to get some quick easy fun in.What to expect every time:4+ games getting error messages/not working/no tokens4+ games that are out of tickets (but working)2-3 of the ticket feeders jammedStaff which whom you can tell make minimum wage and hate their life (blank stares, no personality, I would too for that pay so I understand to an extent), the people in the back room peek their head out but ignore even when the lines are backed up for prizes or food. Basically, you will see no one here go out of their way, ever, for anyone.Mediocre but edible frozen foodBut, my kids are having fun (albeit disappointed some games arent working) so I keep coming back to kill an hour. Your kids wont notice these things at least. They also put some new games in the past 6 months so at least there is some effort going on at this location. Its a shame though, you can tell the uppers are letting this franchise die with no fresh ideas. Sticking to their original formula. #blockbuster

This place was really messy compared to other Cheeses that ive been to. Kids were very disrespectful and so were the parents. Employees were not attentive and just really dismissive on service and fixing games. There were about 5 games not working in my area and no one came by to try to fix them. Bathrooms were dirty as well, it was just an overall bad experience here.

The games are good and its a bigger location. Unfortunately, the food and the place itself was a disaster. When I first walked in it smell funky. There was only one person working on everything. Food took forever to come out. Soda Machines had no ice or water. Bathroom were disgusting with no soup or towels. Just because my kids love chuck e cheese but I prefer another location next time.

Good stuff great for the kids. Very family oriented, and you are definitely on beer watch there so you do not have to worry about belligerent people ruining your family experience.

Favorite location my son loved to climb and all the games you have to play he can win a good amount of tickets from the staff is always friendly and prompt at service

Yaaaa fun for kids and yummy stuffed crust pizza

Just returned from my grandsons birthday party. The event coordinator didnt show up to work, so the cashier had to be the event coordinator and do her cashier job as well. My daughter who booked the event from Chuck E. Cheese had to do the work of the event coordinator and tell them what to do. We had the party there last year and it turned out OK. Of course they charged the full price. They didnt even put candles on the cake and my daughter had to point out what foods were missing. Also, they had about half the party fanfare as last year. Needless to say, we wont go back. They should be ashamed of such shoddy service.

It doesnt matter if its empty or busy, the staff takes its sweet time. They have no urgency and its pretty frustrating.

This particular location is kept clean and the staff are pleasant. There are plenty of games to choose from and the pizza isnt bad. I think the food is overpriced for the quality, so its wise for budget-conscious people to eat prior to arrival.

Great place for non sunny days in SD. The place def has some sanitary issues, and there is always a game or 2 down. Otherwise, is not all that bad to kill some time with the kids.

I had the worst experience when I went in there first of all the cashier was rude to me and then when I asked for his manager, the manager reeked of cigarettes and then when I finally received my food one of my chicken wings had a bite taken out of it. When I brought this up to Dan, I believe it was, he just said there was nothing he could do about it because I probably ate it myself. This really offended me because he thought I was just trying to rip you guys off. So I decided to go to another location. If YELP would let me put negative starts best believe this location gets a -5/5

Its always clean here and the games are well maintained. Management really seems to care. The food is typical CEC, but what do you expect? Lots of parking in the lot with a separate garage. Also, In And Out is right there so you can get a good bite close.

It was pretty alright. They had lots of games but just a few that didnt work. It would be nice if they would wipe down the games that are touched with various hands; especially its a kids place. The staff didnt seem friendly for my first visit as the other Chuck E Cheeses Ive visited. Manager needs to step up! ONE GREAT THING THEY HAVE GOING....The greeter at the door that evening :) He would be the reason why Id come back; a friendly face and greeting.

Usually enjoy when we go but last night was not a great time. Food took an hour to get and when it arrived it was wrong. Had to wait for a fix. Worse part was when my daughter won 1500 in tickets and after waiting patiently for her turn in line she picked out a shopkins pillow that was clearly marked 1500 tickets. The guy at the ticket counter told her that it was a mistake that the pillow was placed in the wrong spot. She would need 4000 tickets. I pointed out that it’s wasn’t her fault it was marked wrong so why can’t it be honored he said no. I’m pretty disappointed in the B team experience we had.

Half the games didnt work, took our game credits but didnt let us play or we just didnt get any tickets from playing them. The food was cold and tasted like its been sitting out all day. The bathrooms were disgusting and the carpet was wet. Honestly not worth the money or the time

Semi-contained chaos! We went to an early morning birthday party and there were still about 3 or 4 other parties going on at the same time. Talk about loud and chaotic. I remember this place from when I was a kid and not much has changed. They have updated the games to use a preloaded card and put together lots of videos to entertain between appearances by Chuck E. Cheese. Great way to show up, have food and entertainment, and then leave, just be prepared for the atmosphere.

First I would like to thank the organization for their gesture on Veterans Day. The pizza I had was very good.

This particular location is one of the better Chuck E. Cheeses. The food has gotten alot better than what I remember as a kid. One of the few arcades that will still take tokens.

Veterans Day deal is a no go. The second I pulled out my VA card, the manager quickly responded with no eye contact that there would be an hour and a half wait time. That was the first thing out of their mouths, not Im so sorry, but.., not Theres an hour and a half wait time, is that okay? Nobody in front of me was told that. They just came right out and basically blew me off. The store looks nice though. I was looking forward to playing some games; I used to love Chuck E. Cheeses.

Always smells like a broken vacuum inside

My experience today was horrible. First off the pizza took close to an hour. Then it looked bad, like barely any cheese and toppings on it. Right after that, I tried to contact your manager. The cashier gave me attitude. I tried to talk with manager. He said my food would be remade, but they never made it again, so I was left with a nasty looking pizza. Your Chuckie just comes out halfway through the Chuckie song and and then does not want to do Chuckie. Overall horrible experience, I dont feel like coming back. Especially knowing your manager smells like he a carton of cigarettes.

Great place to take kids but why dont all the machines work...?

I went with my kids on Friday night.. the ticket eaters were down 2/6 there was a big line to put the tickets in. It was really frustating. Also We had to wait a big line so they could get there prizes.

Better than the one Ive been to before. Its more clean amd not loud. I like the new pay for a certain amount of minutes and play all you want, thats good. I did get upset my son left his card in a machine and it dissapeared, no one was nice enough to return it or give it to a worker.
