Really enjoy walking around the lake, and watching all the families with their children and the dogs having a fabulous time. BTW 98% of the visitors are wearing their masks ️️

Good place to go to relax with family and friends. The lake view is always beautiful and well mantained. Except a lot of visitors and vehicular traffic.

Great place for very young children because the ducks are always ready to be fed and the swans are beautiful. One mile walking path around the lake. No aggressive dogs allowed in the park. Police are a constant presence no matter the time. Restroom on two sides of the park. Pier is okay too.

Fun fishing. Great Kayak launch spot. Some areas can be shallow. Has recently been stocked with fish june 2020

There is plenty of parking on a weekend morning and also weekday evenings. The restrooms are usually stocked with toilet paper and soap. Well ventilated and lit. Locks on the doors.The walking path is well maintained. It is paved/cement so it is handicap friendly except for a small incline on the backside of the trail.The track is a little over a mile. There are signs marking each tenth of the mile.

This place here is by far one of my favorite places to go to. I enjoy coming here to exercise, enjoy the ducks and the view of the lake at night while the moon and stars are out. Its so peaceful and comforting.

Never a bad time.. and it is beautiful. Pressure washing the dock would be nice tho.

Love being outdoors and seeing families enjoying the sun and the ducks and geese. The actual park is closed right now by the City. The playgrounds are roped off. They even removed the basketball hoops. This is a 5 Star place when its fully open.

Great spot for a day out. Theres fishing, parks, and basketball courts. Plenty of ducks and geese that dont seem too afraid to get close, so bring some kibble with you!

Awesome neighborhood park with BEAUTIFUL sunsets!! That was the reason I was there at 6pm, in hopes some great photos. Google sunset times as they change from day to day. Also tennis courts, bbq pits, kids play equipment, plenty of parking and free rest rooms available. Dog friendly park. This and so much more. Check it out!!

I love this park. Ive lived in this area for most of my life and the park has gotten better over the years. Its nice and peaceful and everyone is respectful of each others space. Especially with covid.

Great outdoors area with tennis courts, basketball court, picnic tables, lake and dock for fishing. A good place for walking or jogging. Extra bonus points for multiple pokemon stops and gyms!!

Went here with the kids to let them play at the park. Place is really nice the ducks are super friendly. The park does have a lot of small prices of trash and garbage on the ground. Would bring my kids here again tho.

Nice place to visit. There is a walking/jogging trail surrounded by a lake. It has playground for kids. Shaded area for doing party. Restrooms are not very clean but okay. You can do fishing but no Swimming or wadding. You can find lots of duck, you can feed them. It has basketball court, exercise place.

Woodlawn Lake Park is a beautiful park with a lot of amenities such as picnic tables, a paved trail, basketball courts, workout equipment, bbq grill pits, tennis court, and a boat ramp. This park has many large trees near the lake perfect for a family picnic and beware of the ice cream trucks after working out! #SamxTravels

Very beautiful lake to walk around. Feed the ducks, have a picnic date with your loved ones, or have a photo shoot under the beautiful flower trees. Beautiful off the lane views. Definitely cant wait to go back.

Aesthetically pleasing, the Park is located near my house and it is a long time historic site of our City of San Antonio! I like to walk around the lake and then grab a drink and a snack at the line of food trucks located in the parking lot! Y.O.L.O., San Antonio!

Lovely, only thing I was disappointed with is that a lot of people were not wearing masks. We had plenty of distance from our picnic table from other people.

Wonderful trail with a lake to boot. Trail has ample shade throughout. There is also a playground and bbq/picnic areas available. During the summer they have a pool as well. This park is in a nice area and is well maintained.

A very nice park we just happen to drive by and glad we did. We enjoyed the park.

It is cozy & big enough for the 6ft. distance & can wear a mask or not. My family & I do.

Love this place!! All the awesome events like the firework displays and many others. Great place to get a snow cone as the trucks are usually out there. I like the improvements that have been done, I used to play at this park when I was a kid and now my kids play there!! Lots of ducks too, perhaps a bit too many but hey what can you do. See some turtles and other cool aquatic life out there as well. Usually clean, or as clean as you can expect a public park can be. Fairly safe as well, usually park police around.

Its a great place if u like fishing, catch and release. Good for working out, walk or a run.

This is a nice park with lots of things to do, kind of old but still nice. we walk the dog around the lake. Theres lots of stuff for little kids to do. I see a lots of people fishing in the lake.

I really like this park i have going here for years. The city updates the equipment.

Checkout the sunrise at this location The earlier the better, the park is pretty clean, there is more than enough space for social distancing.

A light breeze and a beautiful day not to hot just nice and breezy that keeps you cool why you watch all the people walking around the lake the perfect place lunch under the tree at the picnic table restrooms were clean and stock with paper and soap. thank you Lord for this beautiful lunch with my daughter and granddaughter. 30 years ago today this place help me make the girl of my dreams my wife for the future..... still just as in love as we were back then (well at least I am).

Its great, went to fish with a buddy. The trees around the lake provide good cover for those who want to fish and it has a boat ramp as well. Though it is hot as its Texas during the summer so bring plenty of water.

Very nice viewing at lake see people are fishing still cant do this anymore cause Covid 19 which is suck! Still have wear mask and some people use mask while workout running. Happy to see those people wear mask.

Ive had all my kids,nieces, nephews, cousins, and my own even birthday parties at this park, great memories and great place to feed ducks, they even have an ice cream truck that is well known to the area, great place for family fun and memories!

Fun for fishing lots of shade to fish. Parking is kinda werid. Great to work out they have a side walk trail.

Great photo ops, tennis courts, swimming pool, fields to play in, playground, and a beautiful 1+ mile track around the scenic lake. Wonderful place to chill, exercise, or have a little get together. Wonderful

6:30am, a good time to be here, get your walk or run in early with the pretty view of ducks on the ground, swimming or flying. I think the view helps you stick to your goal, before you know it, you realize you done!! Happy walking .

I enjoy coming to this park. It is always clean and well maintenance. The restroom are sometimes a mess but usually always stock with toilet paper and hand dryer. Trash cans are always kept nice and neat. Playground is always up to date, when there is a problem they make sure to fix it.

Still a good place to hang out, fish, go for a run, get out of the house. Once the pandemic is over I hope the park can be improved even more.

I LOVE bringing my dog here for walks in the afternoon. Lots of people walking/jogging/running. Its a great trail for all fitness levels & lots of friendly people.

I love this place to fish (catch and release) with my family and also for the fireworks display on the 4th of July. Never too many people here.

Its a very nice urban park. Not very large. The cool thing about it is that it has a one mile track around it to get exercise. During our Covid situation this is clutch. Right now, as of this writing, you cant use the facilities (playground, exercise equipment, pavilions) for obvious reasons.

Love the park...nice and clean..thy also have park security witch is always a good thing for the safety of everyone..

I understand that covid 19 is having temp closure of play area .. The city should at least keep up with the grass its a family known park and we still enjoy at least being able to walk it just looks deserted right now.. grass needs cutting and a good cleaning...

What a nice little park stuffed in the city! The track around the little lake is slightly over 2km around with some scenic views. I saw some people fishing from the piers and some working out on the basketball court. Public restrooms are available with flush toilets, and there are lots of people running circles if you arrive before it gets hot. (I was never there in the heat.)

Beautiful park with a lot of amenities! Picnic tables, benches, basket ball courts, work out equipment, ducks, etc. Some of the amenities are closed due to recent events, but still a great place to visit! The park was very proactive in putting safety measures in place during the COVID 19 pandemic.

The park has a nice landscape with plenty of entertaining areas and lots of ducks!

On Thursday nights weve been grabbing a cheeseburger and nachos from Dianas Burgers and eating at Woodlawn Lake. Theres an active community of walkers and runners using the paved trail around the lake. Its nice.

A gorgeous lake surrounded by a walking/running trail! Its beautiful here. Theres a cute lighthouse in the lake and nice city views from the park. The playground is giant and has so much for the kids to enjoy! We love this park!

Pretty big park has alot of room for familys to come and enjoy a nice day out.

My kids loved playing at the playground (2&4yr olds) I really liked how the area around where the kids play is soft it’s like a foam or something they had a blast we went on a Sunday around 6 so parking was a bit difficult. It would be nice if they added more restrooms, but that’s the only complaints I have
