Very beautiful an I wonder what inside looks like

Its beautiful! The architecture is beautiful, with a rose dome! There are beautiful mosaics along the altar rail and at the bases of the side altars. And of course, a wonderful replica of the body of St. Therese.

Such a beautiful church, I wasn’t planning to make a stop here when I was driving by, it caught my attention so I decided to take a look. It was completely empty but calming. Very quiet and soothing, it was definitely a lovely experience. I plan to come again soon.

Used to attend services at this Shrine. Went to little flower school and was an alter boy. This was in the late 40’s. The church was still pretty new and I still remember how beautiful it is.

I went there for Thanksgiving mass with a friend of mine and it was truly beautiful. The people were professional, although I have never been to a catholic church before my friend said they did a good job. The interior was amazing and very well put together, exterior looked as old as it is but its not dilapidated at all. A good experience as a whole

Breathtaking church, but they really need to work on their customer service in event planning. Im getting married, and when I called them, they just kept transferring me around, and didnt even want to help me. No brides room either, no thanks. Its not on the best side of town, either.

ABSOLUTELY amazing. Its beautiful and is a blessing to experience. I was fortunate to have gone with my family from Spring, TX when visiting over the summer from New Hampshire. I loved the painting downstairs, its a must see. I have posted some pictures of us in front of the painting. Also, theres a nice little giftshop next door that I got some fantastic gifts to bring home for family.

Cool cool place. Took the babies so they could see what was in there and they were amazed with everything. The statutes of the saints, Jesus and virgins.

Love visiting this beautiful historic church! I feel I am in another country when I walk inside and take in the wonderful architecture. The staff are nice and friendly. I have stopped by for Mass or just to pray on any given day. Either way, the experience is very positive spiritually. Tip, they also have a basement area(still nicely decorated altar)where you can pray.

Attended Sunday morning mass.Father gave a truly meaningful sermon particularly for our times. Moving and thought provoking.The Basilica is extremely beautiful. You will be in awe with the magnificent beauty of it all. The Father was ever so gracious.

The Basilica is unlike anything else in the city. I used to eye its golden domes from a distance as a child, and now that theyve recently renovated, its beyond worldly beauty; this basilica feels seraphic, its never left my mind. My partner and I walked in during sermon, to hear the song echoing in the large chamber in something so beautiful it was hard to believe, its all truly magical.The shop on the grounds is packed with well priced and intricate goods, with a clerk as nice as an angel, fitting for a place so wonderful.Visit with any chance you get, its unforgettable.

Love to go there for first Friday Mass at noon. They also have a nice Catholic gift shop.

This is a beautiful and inspiring Church. Take the tour you will love it. My wife and I received two blessings at the church.

Beautiful Church ... dedicated to the Little Flower ... once visited by St John Paul II. It has adoration chapel downstairs too.

I took my children to the Bascilica for part of a lesson I had planned. First, the Bascilica itself has a very calm feeling, it is so quiet. My children and I are not Catholic but I wanted to introduce them to it and, at the same time, expose them to the history.There was an older man there on Saturday and his passion was palpable. He took us to the smaller chapel, he gave my children rosaries and told them what they were for, he gave us a palm for palm Sunday and taught us all little prayers to say.At the end, I visited the large chapel, the beautiful shrines to Mary and just the awe inspiring architecture and religious sentiment. It was a wonderful experience and I encourage people to go and visit.

Excellent view of archetectial design & art in building & construction in early America. Bomb shelter basement has been converted into a bueatiful public prayer room.

I love this church. I use to live in a 3 story house just around the corner from this church. My bedroom was on the second floor. I could see this lovely church from there. I would sit there for hours gazing at the church.

Beautiful building. Have attended several concerts here. The acoustics are not perfect, but its a wonderful place to experience music in. The staff/members of the congregation are welcoming and helpful.

This Basilica of St Therese has been a most sacred and precious place to me and my family since childhood. We visited during Year of Mercy and entered through the Door of Mercy.

I believe everyone should come and pay a visit here and say some prayers for PEACE.

Beautiful church and you can easily find parking on the street or nearby.

I love attending mass at 6 pm Sundays (Spanish service).

This place is so beautiful and peaceful. Its definitely worth the drive for us.

Beautiful basilica and even more beautiful community. I recommend supporting their childrens fair. My children loved it and the community was so warm and welcoming. They had great food, lovely mariachi from the teens, balloons, games, you name it. It was very informal and a wonderful time.

I love being in this church. Its a wonderful sacred space. I can feel the peace every time I enter.

The Basilica is gracious to host a community garden. There is a devotional rose and flower garden and a space for vegetables, herbs and fruit trees. We meet the 2nd Saturday of every month. Volunteers always welcome! The beauty of the Basilica is in the eyes of the beholder. Spend some money in the Holy store with free Holy water!
