Most relaxing and easy laundry mat Ive ever visited. They have an attendant on duty fill time. Modern machines w/ lots of folding tables. PLENTY OF Couchs, tables & chairs for seating. Carpet wall 2 wall for the babies to crawl. Snack bar, etc. Overall, wonderful experience. Highly recommend. Cheers!

Suds City has a large amount of machines. The atmosphere is a little dingy. The attendants are not always helpful. They are the only laundromat with one washer that was large enough to accommodate my king bed spread. I checked three others. But if you are only going to do laundry, it is my choice.

I have used this laundromat for a long time. When I was homeless and came to do my laundry they treated me with respect, just like any other customer. The ladies were so nice to me that they let me wash my hair and get cleaned up as long as I wasnt in there for to long and that I cleaned up after myself. which I would have done anyway I love that they got a tv and couches so you can be comfortable while you do your laundry. Very nice and respectful to me and I appreciate that from your ladies

It was clean but the dryers took so long to dry anything and they were on high heat but the air was cool

My laundry wasnt stolen. It is very big. There are plenty of table and chaiirs to sit while waiting for your clothes. It also has a nice snack bar. They dont get upset when yoir 15 month old grandson is running around and then whennwe left we were thanked for cleaning up any mess our kids had made.

I never saw anyone clean a table the hole time I was there yet 10 or 12 people came in and sat at a table then left.

Suds City is a clean affordable place to do your laundry, you should consider it.

First time washing my clothes during remodeling

Love this place. Started going here about 3 years ago, when we lived at Sunnyview and Lancaster. Now we live out south and still drive across town to do laundry there. Would rate 5 stars if they would fix the MANY machines that are out of order. Clean and quiet place. And dryers for a penny a minute before 10am.

My favorite Laundromat. Good machines, Poor Attendant service, Especially if you want customer service from the Concession area. Other than that, Love the machines if they are working properly. Dryers are Very Good. $1.75 usually dries all my Heavy loads. $1.50 usually dries my Whites.

Nice and clean to do laundry

The only good thing about this place is the woman who runs it. It used to be really nice, now its rundown and the majority of the machines are broken. Very disappointing.

They have a snack bar, a TV, and couch. So its very comfortable there and Very clean. An attendant is on duty all the time.

Very friendly and swift service their is a 42 inch tv with the daily local news on air. I really recommend it to people without washers and dryers.

Absolutely the best place to do laundry in Salem . I wont go any wheres else. The clothes get clean and you can dry a load for about a dollar. So if you go to the laundry Matt to do your laundry ya gotta try this place .

Most laundry mats cost the same so if you have kids this place is great. They have toys, popcorn and even video games to keep your youngsters busy why you do laundry.

All thedryers are broken, Im sorry to wright this but Im a blue caler worker. I worked hard for my money, it took twice it should have to dry my clothes. Sorry!!

The usual lady has always been very nice but the blonde is horrible rude to everyone. Cutting customers off and yelling at them. She also refuses refunds on machines that are obviously eating money. She will make me very hesitant to come back

No bathrooms (according to the sign on the front door). People dont take care of their kids. Very over priced/ takes too long to dry. It cost me over $25 to wash what usually costs me $15 down the road

Nice place to d0 laundry

Well I’ve been going here for 15+ years and today was the worst. Basically this blonde worker who just worked on 09/11/2019 around 6:30pm gave the key to this homeless lady the same time my 5 yr old daughter needed to use the restroom and said she will be right out. Thirty minutes later she end up putting a cleaning restroom sign and was not letting paying customers use the restroom. I feel bad for the owner who comes in around 830pm every night to close up because he lost my service due to his rude worker letting her friends bathe or do drugs in the public restroom and having them park their homeless carts in front on the business.

Always friendly and helpful staff. They do seem to have a few machines down, but they Are the most affordable.

This is a very large laundromat with plenty of space and comfortable seating and many ways to entertain yourself while waiting for your loads. Theres a pool table, arcade games, TV, couches, tables and chairs, popcorn, refreshments and food. Its clean and has nice staff members. One of the best laundries in town.

Worst place ever! Dryers blew nothing but cold air and the employee said it blows air it is fine. Not sure how you can dry clothes with cold air! He would disappear for good chunks of time during my 2 hrs of trying to dry my clothes. Place looks ok though the machines are really old and everything is more expensive than many other laundromats. I came on a recommendation....My recommendation is find another place and avoid this one!

Standard laundry mat; bare bones and thats okay. My washing machine at home broke and left me with water logged clothes. Spin Citys washers did the job. Probably on the pricey side; they have 3 different washing machine sizes, the smallest was $3.00 (maybe laundry for 1 person for 1 week), the next size up was $4.75 (weeks worth of laundry for 2-3 people), the large one was $5.75 I believe - mega size. Change machines and laundry detergent machines available.

So overall not my favorite place to do laundry. But it does have the best environment to entertain ya while washing clothes. Tonight they had a high action movie on but I swear I never leave here with dry clothes.

It’s a nice spacious place to do laundry especially for families with young children. There’s a snack bar and also some arcade games and a big screen TV. The owner and the attendant are nice hard working people trying to run this business and make living in this economy and alongside the competing big chain laundry companies in the same neighborhood.

Love it good clean place

You can get your clothes cleaned and folded and ready for pick up pretty cheaply. A HUGE bag was only $13.00. Theyre pretty awesome and quick. Worth it for the drop off service.

During my visit there were twenty-five machines that were broke down 1 dryer that I used only blow cold air the place is starting to be a dump

Very nice customer service. Along with foodto order. Plus lots of seating. But alot of there machines are broke. But they still had enough that worked, that I didnt have to wait. The only thing I didnt like was they didnt have any of those baskets to hang your clothes on, or transfer them around.

Great for families, nice and helpful on site staff.

Nothing, walked in and was asked to leave dont even know why. Workers comment was we just wanted to stay and hang out, seriously you have to be joking. Ill sit in my car while clothes are washing. Will never come and wash my clothes here again, Ill go to south salem laundromat.

Low lifes, scum bags, tweakers hanging out front. Went there today to have my laundry washed and folded. Payed 40 dollars then when i got my clothes realized that they were just thrown into the bags. Not even folded. The sighn outside says wash and fold for you so i ask the girl at the desk why she didnt fold them her excuse was that its her 3rd day and she doesnt know how to fold. Seriously u couldve tried u little heffer. Pathetic and the last time i use this place.

Extremely rude staff!! Ive been here less than 5 minutes, and have already been talked to very poorly. Id leave, but my clothes just started washing.I would hypothesize that the previous negative reviews would be concerning this woman. I would speculate that she has some serious personal issues she needs to deal with. She should practice meditation.

I have been to 3 laundramats in Salem, and I drive across town to go to this one. Air conditioned, the washer and dryer prices are reasonable and there is plenty of seating, with tables.There is also food, sodas and video games. They dont provide wifi, but if you have a Comcast account theres an Xfinity access spot in range.

I dont even know where to start. Horrible customer service. Ordered 2 chilli dogs with cheese (microwaved) for 3.75 and were the most nastiest dogs ive ever had. The chili was frozen! The arglcade games would take the money and not work and they had signs that read play at your own risk. The pool table was filled with mixed balls and even had 2 white balls that would not come out if you made them. First and last time there!

This place is downright awful! Its dirty, all the machines are old and are the same price or more than a newer laundromat on Mission that has all new machines. The service is terrible, I cant even begin to explain how horrible the lady working here right now is. I went to the counter to ask for detergent, the response I get it was What do you want? With a bad attitude. I got the detergent and told her the machines were surprisingly expensive and I would choose to leave if I wasnt in a rush. Well, theyre 35 pounders, what do you expect?. Really, lady? Theyre also probably over 20 years old and your attitude isnt convincing me to stay...
