Love it....such a blast.... Would recommend it to ppl and would do this again....hope they open bck up soon....totally worth the money....

This was a really nice experience. We went on a date night and played against each other. Be prepare to sweat so wear layers. The guy was very knowledgeable and friendly and walked us through the whole set up. They do get busy and had to turn some people away I think you can make an appointment so you don’t get stuck waiting.

Went for my 13 year olds birthday! Had the greatest time ever! My teenagers say 1000 out of 1000 stars. The owner was amazing and so patient explaining everything so they had the best experience ever.

My wife and I found this while walking/exploring downtown Salem. We honestly did not even know about it prior to that night. The owner is a great guy that is dedicated to the experience for everyone and loves to share his knowledge of the system and the possibilities in the future. The experience was above my expectations. I selected a haunted house game and actually spent more time walking around looking at all the decorations, furniture and environment as a whole than actually reacting to anything that jumped out at me. There was a mounted animal head on a wall, I walked up to it, looked at it from every angle I could, including looking at the front and back of the teeth in its mouth!We had so much fun, that I have now been back there 2 additional times, one for my sons birthday, and another to let a friend visiting experience this for the first time. The cost is very affordable, plus there is a point system on top of that to allow you to earn some free time to play more. He has been keeping a steady flow of new games coming, so there is always a new experience waiting for us. Looking forward to my next trip there.

Quite the experience. I took my 7 and 9 year old with me and the staff was able to help them when they needed so I could play as well. For a beginner experience, 30 minutes is a great time, but next time I am going for the hour. I felt like I could get lost in virtual reality...need more, haha. Thank you!

My son and a friend had a blast at the rabbit hole reality. The price was reasonable and worth every penny. My husband and I enjoyed frozen nation which is in the same building so we weren’t left wondering what to do for an hour. The rabbit hole is such a great fun option for the kids to have fun. Tom the owner is a great guy & you can tell loves his business. We will definitely hop on into the rabbit hole again!

My husband and I had never tried virtual reality before. So glad we gave it a try! So many games to play for a really great price. Would definitely recommend, super fun!

Wow, this place is awesome. VR is a bit too much for me to bring into my home so its cool to get to play all the greatest games.

Staff is friendly and can answer and teach you anything you have questions on. You are charged by play time, so if you have any trouble with a game or they need to teach you how to play, they do not take that time out of your total time; meaning more play time for you. They are also good at suggesting games to play if you dont know what to play, just tell them your interests and they will get you going.

My family and I were looking for something to do on a Saturday night and stumbled across the Rabbit Hole. We really didnt know what was going to be like and we had a great time. My twins definitely would love to go back and we probably will.

I love this place so much! The owner is fantastic! Takes the time to make sure everyonr is having fun anf having a great VR experience no matter if this is your 1st or 50th time! Reasonably priced! Great place!

Finally went to check this place out, took my 6 year old. It was awesome. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There were plenty of games to choose from. I will be back for sure.

Let me tell you this is the place to be for VR. Ive gone to sever VR arcades across many different states and none come as close to Rabbit Hole Reality. At first I was sceptical of going, but a friend couldnt stop talking about it so I decided to give it a try. It was definitally worth it.Amazing customer service with fun all around for all ages- even elderly can get in on the fun! Prices are extremely fair and the guy running the place makes sure he doesnt over charge just because its something new to most. He interacts with you while you play and makes sure you have the best time. His customer service far exceeds any expectations I could have previously had.A word of caution how ever, make sure you have plenty of time. Once you start playing you arent going to want to stop.

First time here today and first time experiencing VR gaming. It was jaw dropping amazing! The staff is friendly and helpful for someone new to VR. They have a lot of games to try and I tried several. I have been considering getting VR at home and this sealed the decision for me. I loved it!!!
