Very fun for people of all ages! Pizza was great, staff were polite, and proper Covid-19 precautions were taken!

Fun for my 3 year old, she loves going and playing on everything. They keep it clean and safe in there. They have you take a picture of you and your kid or family members together before entering so that as you leave they can view the photo and make sure whoevers leaving is only taking who they came in with keeps the kiddies safe. They give you hand sanitizer before entering and also sanitize the games after its been used. They Have cards you can load with points or time which is pretty cool and convenient. Food is okay, you can load the tickets to the cards as well for prizes.

***EDIT...my daughter wanted to return today for her 13th birthday. Everything was MUCH better. Maybe they were just having an off night? Today the service was great, quick to help and went beyond what we asked for. The cards ran for some reason while we were eating and they not only fixed it, but restored it to the full amount. We were much more pleased this time!!***Horrible customer service. The guy at the door said we had to take a selfie to replace the stamps due to covid, which was weird, but then he didnt ask anyone else to do it.I ordered a beer for my husband and he said I would have to wait because the only server on duty was on break, and then nobody came to bring it.Pizza tasted okay, but everything else, THUMBS DOWN!!!

Its not the same anymore. They went digital with cards and it takes away from the fun. Too spendy. The kids go through the time or minutes quicker than we bought it. Evem though my kids had a good time. I give it a thumbs down.

I come here a couple times a month with my four kids. They love it here! I have a son with special needs and we never feel like he is being judged by the workers like at some other kids places we have been too. They are very kind to him and all my kids. Very clean and fun games for kids of all ages. Free tickets during the ticket splash with Chuck E! Also, the prices are great. I use the coupons we get in the mail and we have our reusable chuck e cheese cups. So for 5 people, only spending $30 for an extra large pizza and plenty of points, is an awesome deal. Thank you for giving us a comfortable place to spend time together as a family. Also, a big thanks to the staff that works hard to make this happen. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

With Chuck-E-Cheese coupon you just have to love it we have more fun for less money, we always have a wonderful time no matter where we are, sometime Oregon sometime New York, is not just fun for my kids but for my husband he loves the salad bar my two-year-old love the food Pizza is her favorite

When I think of a chuck E Cheese I always cringe thinking how dirty and gross those places are. I couldn’t be more wrong, place was surprisingly bright and clean and had a variety of games that range in age from my 2 year old to 7 year old enjoyed. The pizza is pizza the kids loved it that’s what they said and they enjoyed the salad bar as well. Always looks for coupons or deals they have going on.

Had a great time. I really appreciate the healthier and gluten free options. My daughter lost her favorite toy and the staff were really helpful and nice about it, someone found it two days later and they called me to let me know. Needless to say Chuck E. Cheeses is one of our favorite places!

Great place to entertain the kids,I expected it like my first experience at the one in San Francisco where you can buy time,Youll fine yourself playing for the fun with high end video games and not for the tickets machines that at may not respond to the drop off a coin.Overall pizza and atmosphere was good, and the kids had a cool time_

Its very overpriced. 26$ for a pizza, a drink and some tokens. Normally, it would be fine because there would be a lot of games and stuff. But the place feels so empty. They have the same games as any other place. For the games most kids like, there is a Chuck E cheese version thats worse. You get bored very easily. There isnt much for the parents to do. And on the TV screens, the same music plays, with the same announcement that chuck E cheese is coming out soon.

Had lots of fun, games are easy for the kids to play. Food was pretty good and staff was very kind too. Incase your child doesnt win alot of tickets you can always buy some toys, all under ten bucks! Everyone is a winner, everyone is happy, good food and salad bar was tasty!

Still just as much fun as I remember it being when I was a kid. Took my boys there and we all had a blast! Pizza was bomb too

I visited for a party. Much cleaner than expected and more fun! I didnt have any food but others seemed to enjoy it! Party ice cream was dippin dots.

My family always has such a great time here. We like to get the unlimited time card. We feel like it is the best value. My kids always win lots of tickets and split them at the end in the prize area. We love coming here. Staff is very friendly even though we are usually the last ones to leave and they are already closed.

Family fun for all. Take advantage of the combo deals and always get time verse ticket game time play. You can use the card over and over and it saves you a ton of money verse trying to penny pinch on per game. The pizza is ok not the best.

Loved it! I remember this place from when I was a kid in the 90s. It was dirty and dingy. Its totally different now. Clean facility with modern games. Easily the best birthday choice for children. Everything was taken care of for us. We were able to enjoy our sons birthday.

Everything was great except it was extremely hot in there. With as many people go there you should always have the air conditioning turned on.

I was very impressed with our visit. The remodel is Fantastic. Everything is open and you can see your children and family better. No more walls. It feels safer and there are an employee or two always watching the entrance with little gates. We arrived around 11:30 and it very clean. The staff was really friendly. We would come back. We only had salad and bread sticks and they were great.

Lots of fun for ages 4-40 tonight. Celebrated a 9th birthday, and everyone had fun. Unlimited play for x amount of time is the way to go, husband and I shared a card with the 4 year old, and got the biggest bang for our buck. The a card each for the 9 and 10 year old. I wouldnt however eat here again. We got a combo #3 for $37.99. It came with 2 large 1-topping pizza and 4 drinks. The pizza tastes like cardboard, and is over priced. I did however like the unlimited salad bar. Over all with the $120 we spent for a family of 6 for 2 hours, with food!

Had been several years since my husband or I had been here. We were surprised by the cleanliness and the game options. Pizza was crisp and flavorful. We were pleasantly surprised.

Its was horrible experience today. How does a kids place have broken bathrooms during peak time. The party was fun and we had a good time celebrating our favorite 1 year old.Next time you have restroom issues you should pay the extra money to get that issue resolved especially when kids cant hold it!

Fun for the kids, menu has changed. Food is slightly better than it was Prior. But hey its for the kids right! Plan on spending a pretty penny.

This place is great for the kiddos! They have cards now that are based on time, rather than each game, so you can swipe the card and have 2-3 kids playing at a time with one card.

We where there on a sunday around 1 and it was not packed. Very clean, very friendly staff, and the pizza quality is up there with high quality food. Kids had a blast. Even adults.

This place has changed. Its been many years since weve been and though we miss the indoor playground most other things have improved. Most notably the food. Its family friendly, clean, brighter and opened up.

Attended a childrens birthday celebration midday. Hosts are very attentive and polite. Kids made to feel special. I really appreciated the greeter insisting they see a mothers stamp and waited while they found the stamp for the baby carrier (as it should be...safety first!). Way to go. Pizza is okay. Salad bar is better than average. Kids have tons of fun.

It was better than I thought. As a grandparent, I was expecting just a crazy, loud mess. But it was fun and the food was pretty good.

Staff were really attentive, the birthday party was so easy bad it didnt cost an arm and a leg. Definitely will be doing my other kids bday party there too.

Great place to let your kids run wild. Only reason for 4 stars is they dont have the structure anymore that the kids can crawl through or the balls, basically you have to pay for everything now...Oh and the pizza here is great!

The place tends to get really crowded. You literally have to be on top of your younger children, otherwise you can easily lose them in the crowd. I love the way they changed the coins system to a card system, that you can continuously add more to the card. The pizza is ok, honestly in my opinion, the Supreme is the only one worth eating. Really great for birthday parties. You never have to reserve a spot, unless you pay for the expensive birthday package.

Whats not to love about a place where everybody has fun and tires the kids out? Only complaint would be their birthday party time blocks should be a little bit longer than two hours. Two hours isnt enough time with the party celebration and all of the fun activities. However, it is nice that they dont just expect you to leave once your party time is over. You just move to whatever booths are available and keep having fun until the time runs out on the play cards. Staff has always been friendly and super helpful while there, too!

Where a grown kid can be a kid! Fun no matter your birthday

I had an awesome time today with my kid. I went in around 1:00PM, on a Friday during spring break. The place was not too packed. Which was a good thing. The food was so fresh and delicious and, the overall experience was pleasant. Thank you Chuck E Cheese for making it so enjoyable.

My daughter a friend and I went today to celebrate her finishing her potty chart. It was her first time and the staff helped us out when she refused to be stamped, they were awesome. All in all our expedience was great. I cant give the fifth star for two reasons. The first reason is they need to step up their redemption game. My daughter patiently waited ten minutes to get her lolipop and we had to switch lines as the line we were in the attendants kept just leaving. Second would be the rest rooms are not kid friendly. A small child cannot use the toilet or wash their hands ps my daughter is 3 and a half

Love the way the kids get to play freely. Only thing is that the bathrooms need a remodel. The kids can only reach toilet, not to flush the toilet. Hand wash counters are to tall, napkin station is to tall.

This Chuck E. Cheese was great! Our kid had a blast playing all the games and we had fun to. The games were pretty affordable with they’re point system. 20$ got us a few hours of us and our kid playing games and he got to get some toys afterwards to. The staff were friendly and the place was clean.

I had not been to Chuck E Cheeses in many years, after this experience I will be going more often.We were there from 1:30 till about 3 on a Friday afternoon. Maybe this is a less busy time but it was very pleasant. The pizza was very good. It was not too loud or crowded. It was light and bright and a very nice atmosphere.The staff were very polite and helpful. We had a coupon (readily available) we got a large one topping pizza and 150 tokens for $26, I thought this was very reasonable.A great experience.

I had a Birthday Party for my Granddaughter,They catered to my granddaughters every whim. They made the day special for her. She is still telling friends and other family members it was the Best Birthday ever. The staffing were very attentive to our needs and wonderful. Over all a fabulous good time. Would do it again for my other grandkids and highly recommend it to other family and friends. Thank you again for making my Granddaughters Day. Shell always remember it for years to come.

Food was pretty good and the place has been remodeled recently it is very nice inside and they are very careful about kids coming and going. Only complaint nwould be I felt like the price of the food is a little high also it takes forever to get your order.

Friendly workers, and great bbq pizza. Our Hawaiian pizza was underwhelming though and little kids running around with no adult supervision.

Fun, clean, on the small side but it was okay. Would have gave it 5 stars but the only downside was the customers there. This happens every time we go, groups of grown adults stay on certain machines (the ones that gives out most tickets) for long periods of time. The whole 2 hours we were there 6+ machines were taken by the same people the entire time. Luckily my child is 4 and doesn’t care too much, but it just seems ridiculous and takes away from the children. Hopefully staff can enforce some type of rule for people staying on machines for extended period of times. Especially adults.

Not bad. A little on the pricey side only issue I had was I found a hair in our pizza manager was nice and friendly and fixed the issue and offered another pizza. Definitely showed they have great customer service and willing to go beyond to fix issues a huge plus now days.

Pleasantly surprised! Ive heard about Chuck E. Cheeses and it was you dont come for the food. Well, I loved my endless salad from the salad bar and the pizza was just fine. Fast friendly service, cheap games for kids of all ages and very clean. Great place to meet up with the grandkids. We will definitely return.
