Due to covid-19 there is no dine-in which sucks but I called my order in as I was driving down I-5 and when I got there, I called in to let them know I was there and the pizza was fresh hot out of the oven the person who brought it out was very pleasant and very quick to get my order out. This is an awesome place to eat and I love that theyre open for takeout. When this Covid 19 thing is gone and done I totally recommend this place its an awesome place to bring your whole family including the kids I give this place a five-star rating

We enjoyed the night here for a Birthday party. It was fun. Pizza and salad were delicious. Games were fun for what they had.. . A bit limited on the token games. But, lazer tag and mini golf are still open. The service was great. I enjoyed every minute we spent here.

Entrance and Exit doors have signs on them. You wear your mask when you are waiting to be seated. One laminated menu is given to the table and you wear your mask when you order. There is someone waiting to get your soft drinks and soft serve ice cream for you. They will make it ask you like. Then once you have your drinks your pizza will be brought out to your table. Masks can come off if you are seated at your table. All tables are spaced apart per protocol. Everything was clean. Everyone working was wearing a mask. It was a pleasant experience considering the time and the pizza was delicious!!! I recommend. :-)

50 years Ive patronized this established now! Since a young boy, and until today even, comfort food to the extreme! Every visit is a huge pleasure!

Best pizza Ive had in a very long time. Was recommended to us (even though we dont have any kids) as being good. More than just good. Lots of cheese, crust was phenomenal, enjoyed it very much. Will definitely be back and will definitely recommend.

Pietros is always a favorite and getting harder to find. We stopped in for a quick lunch on a road trip and the pepperoni was deliciously nostalgic even if its not exactly the same as I remember from childhood. The 2 female employees we encountered during our visit were cheerful and friendly. Perfect representatives for any business...I wish I could remember their names. This location has done a great job adjusting to our current COVID world and the employees did a wonderful job telling guests what the protocols were.

We try to stop at this Pietro’s each time we head up from California. I grew up eating Pietro’s. While there aren’t as many stores as there used to be, they still are just as delicious. We always get the Great Northwest and the Taco Pizza. Both are amazing. Highly recommend.

I tried ordering a pizza 11/12/20 around 6:30pm by phone and was put on hold for over a 1/2 hour before giving up. My wife ordered a pizza on 11/13/20 same time by phone and the person had a hard time taking a large combination order. I stopped to pick it up and the girl told me there was no order under her name. Lots of good pizza places in Salem so I will be spending my money with them for now on. I will not waist my time with such an unorganized store

Ive lived in three different states. Grew up with Pietros in Milwaukie Oregon. And when I move to Salem?? I was absolutely pleased, so I could come and get my favorite is Pizza in the whole wide world

This place is a good value for the family friendly crowd. Their pizza is good if you like a thin crust pizza. They also have a modest salad bar. The staff are hardworking, and accommodating. They have an arcade that is discreetly set off to one side of the building so that you can still enjoy your meal in peace without the constant clamour of video games and bells clanging. The miniature golf is actually pretty well done. The lighting and sound effects Are great! And their laser tag arena is really quite good. Overall, weve had some fun nights there with the kids. And some pretty good pizza too.

This Pizza Spot was on point. Pricing was good, Pizza was excellent, the crust was crunchy, not like alot of places. We were definitely happy with our food, customer service was great. These are the place we enjoy going to. You can see they support alot of the local youth sports programs, and organizations. We will definitely be back.

The pizza was good personally their was to much cheese/not enough sauce but the person who came with me said that it tasted better to them so it depends what you like. The cheesy garlic bread wasnt very flavorful and kind of dull it would have been better if their was just a bit more garlic in it, the place its self was really cool although we only were in the dining area.

I came purely for the food, and regardless of the atmosphere, my pizza was ON POINT. I got an individual sized Gold Coast and I had no regrets. Perfectly crispy crust, loaded with toppings, and just the right size! If you don’t mind the sound of kids and games, the food is a must-try.

Our first time to this place first impression very well was greeted quickly professional with a smile. They claim to be the number one pizza place, sadly I disagree little bit of a high price on the pizza, and sadly they dont offer any specials.There macaroni and cheese is served at room temperature I had to ask them to heat it up which they happily did.About the salad bar, my wife and I were waiting for this young man to clean it up and refill and as he did he took his sweet time as if no one was around and at the end he did refill them but then he didnt clean on the surface. We will try them again so hopefully well have a better experience.

Rude people work here especially this bigger lady. She should not be working at a family pizzeria. She always has an attitude and her other employees don’t do anything about it. The manager should not be a manager. He just sits back and does nothing when this lady is always arguing with customers. Everyone here is so unprofessional. Who ever owns this pizzeria should seriously get rid of the people working here. It’s sad cause we enjoyed this place at on point but now me and others refuse to come here cause of the people they have running this place

Really interesting place! My first time. The pizza was really good but the games were par. Only did the games, didnt do the put-put or laser tag. I had the 3 yo with me and she only liked 1 game that started eating coins. If your kid is over 8ish then will enjoy the games. Under 6, not so much. Overall, great people, really helpful. Nice place. I would go back, especially when she gets older.

I’ve had this pizza since I was a kid back when Pietro’s had a huge metal slide in the play room yeah who remembers that? Anyway the pizza has had the same taste and consistency over the years yet I manage to burn my mouth still sometimes. The crust is crispy but on the thin side, the cheese stretch is good and the meat toppings taste great!

Totally gonna get it again! Salad bar is pretty darn decent too. Nice employees. Its been a while since weve done the mini golf or played games. Never tried the laser tag... might give that a shot. Big and clean... doesnt get much better.

The pizza was excellent, really. This was my first time there and I was surprised. I do like thick crust pizza which is what they had. Just the right amount of sauce and toppings. They had a salad bar, nothing special but all the veggies were fresh. I know they have games and golf but didnt partake, though there were plenty of kids looking like they were having a good time

GREAT pizza! Excellent crust, plenty of quality toppings.This place is busy, but unlike most other pizza places, it is very clean and organized. They have a great lunch combo that features a mini pizza, salad bar and drink. Its a good salad bar too.They also have a huge arcade and playing area. Perfect for families or gatherings.The staff are friendly and helpful.I am disabled and in a wheelchair and they have always helped to accommodate me.Compared to all the other cheap pizza places, it is more expensive, but to me totally worth it. A large pizza easily feeds four adults and maybe a child.I highly recommend Pietros.

We attend a lot of birthday parties here and I always feel gross when leaving. The place is run down and a lot of games seem to be out of order. I’m sure the kids love it, but I’m not a fan of this place or the food whatsoever

I loved the games and having a great time with my old friends.

They have fixed this location really nice, and I was pleasantly surprised. It reminded me of the old Pietros in Eugene. The Bartenders special, tasted as I remembered it should be. We will return, after a ten year absence due to then deteriorating location. We have been going to Pietros for over 50 years. When we go to Oregon twice a year we try to plan our route so that we go through Salem. We love the Barmaid Pizza(all meat) with sliced fresh tomatoes on top. They use 5 different kinds of cheese and load it down with toppings. Yum Yum.

Good customer service and hella great tasting pizza!

Personally didn’t enjoy it very much, but I can see how it appeals to some people. Pietro’s is one of those pizza places where half of it is an arcade, and the other half contains the seating. Probably a great place for families, but not for me. The pizza had too much cheese on it in my opinion, but again, personal taste. Would probably recommend for the above mentioned family, or party goers, but I won’t be coming back.

We have loved the thin crust pizza here for decades. They offer old fashioned combination pizza like back in the 60s.Pepperoni, salami, olives, mushrooms, green peppers, and beef. We added fresh tomatoes, onion, and substituted sausage for the beef. Parking lot was good and roomy. The staff were polite and helpful. And our pizza was delicious.

Pietros pizza is one of those rare treats that are in short supply. Pizza with an arcade is a standby, sure, but Pietros goes one step bond by having an all inclusive video game arcade, pirate themed mini golf, and laser tag. And, on top of all that, really good pizza with a top notch selection, and a pretty good salad and beverage bar. Im a little biased since Pietros was my first job (different location), but 30+ years later and its still one of my favorite pizza places.

Its great I figured out a few ticket eater glitches for infinite tokens but its still great.

There are lots of pizza restaurants everywhere. However, theyre not always great. Pietros is ALWAYS superior both in service and in their food. This is one of the best family pizza restaurants anywhere. Where else can the adults have great food and adult beverages while the kids are playing laser tag or black-light mini golf? Both are available at this great establishment. Food and fun available every day at Pietros. (No, they dont pay me to say this but I wouldnt turn down a pizza!)

Its a very good neighborhood pizza spot—five years ago, before the artisan pizza boom, wed count it among the best in the city—with a solid pub salad and an even-better winter salad ($5 small, $9 large) with deep green and purple hues, walnuts and twisted young carrots. The calzones ($11-$16) stay soft and pliable out to the edges.

Cute place for younger kids. Pizza is a bit expensive but tastes amazing. It isnt heavy or greasy. We ordered the BBQ chicken with pineapple

Wonderful staff, they always try and accommodate as much as possible. They are very willing to try and help in any way they can to insure you have a great time their pizza is good, and my kids really enjoy their laser tag arena. I wish they had more games and that the coins were maybe a 2 for 1 quarter instead of a 1 for 1 quarter exchange. Also wish their prizes were a little less expensive. The ticket exchange rate for prizes feels a little out of whack for what we spend on coins. I completely understand this is a privately owned business that is trying to pay their staff, cover expenses and make a profit, Id just like the kids to get a little more value for the cost. Overall, we always have a great time when we go here.

The owners invest so much into the local community and when you join their rewards club they give you free personal sized pizza of your choice with full sized salad from salad bar and a drink on birthdays and anniversaries!! I love the quality of their pizza and its one of the best in all of Oregon! They have a quality arcade and glow in the dark mini golf and laser tag! A fun experience for the whole family!

I have been to Pietros pizza twice and both times felt that the pizza was absolutely terrible and its expensive on top of that. We have been with a large group both times and I have observed from the people in our group that those that grew up eating Pietros Pizza from their youth will think it is fantastic. Those that are experiencing Pietros for the first time in their adulthood will be wondering how you can screw up pizza so badly. I gave it 2 stars because it is a little better than Chuck E Cheese, but that is not saying too much. It is possible to make great pizza and have an arcade, but if you had only eaten at Pietros or Chuck E Cheese you wouldnt think so. I know there will be an angry pirate following that will want to make me walk the plank for this review, but I can meet my death without remorse of not making my true feelings known. Its TERRIBLE PIZZA!

I like the pizza and my kid loves the games and getting real tickets. The game prices are good and there are plenty of games for younger kids. My only feedback would be the maintenance on the games and ticket machine. Some if the games and one of the ticket counting machines are always broken and the spin game took her tokens but didnt let her play.

Got there just as they opened on a Saturday. Busy place! But we had pizzas hot and fast! Great time! Lots to keep kids busy too.

Pizza is awesome. This place can get loud with all the parties and laser tag announcements. If you want a bit quieter they have a section in the middle thats closed off from the arcade that is better for a place to eat and talk.
