This used to be a great ATV trail back in the day. Have not been back since 1996. A lot has changed.

Great trail to get lots of easy miles in, very scenic with places to rest and take in the abundance of nature. Great for families and riders.

Great place to take your kids for a walk or ride, but gets very busy. Watch out for overweight rogue cyclists who think theyre entitled to go as fast as they want and zip around you and your kids, while not realizing they need to control their speed better (much like drivers behind you are always at fault if they rear end you). Also, cant believe the police patrol the trail on motorcycles! They go too fast and create a dangerous condition. How about encouraging our men and women in uniform to shed a few pounds and get on some police bicycles, like they do in many other cities across the country? This is very bizarre.

Love to walk it. But hard to find winter parking. Limited parking in summer
