Moved In less then a yr, we are quiet.. drama free and clean.. the manager is nice and understanding but the residents complain alot about coming and going, parking and traffic.. if we pay rent we should be able to come and go as we please and have company when we want.. that also seems to be an issue.. we work.. we have lives.. rent is high for a concrete slab.. and we cant even come and go in peace... Too many cats that smell up the park.. also alot of the residents get multiple parking but not us.. Im forced to park my car near the street where its not a good area.. dont rent from here the people are ridiculous and its basically a huge litter box..

Management has done a lot to improve this park, and its become more of a community. Its nice to be somewhere that the people look out for each other, and jump into action when it is needed.

Have lived here for 5 years my husband going on 9 years. Management is unbearable. Very two face. Community itself allot of issues such as cockroaches, no amenities and very low maintenance but rent is high. Once we can, we are out of here! Dont move here unless desperate.

The manager, Emily, is very accommodating and helpful. I’ve had a pleasant stay here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone who might be interested. Easy to work with and located near everything.

As a resident who has now lived here for almost 2.5 years under two different managers, I can tell you how good this park has become from what it was. Previous management did very little to improve anything and I was almost ready to look for another place when the new manager took over almost 2 years ago. The constant noise, arguments, and disregard for mutual respect and common decency has improved 110%. The transients that were constantly moving thru the park are gone. The weeds, trash, and filth that used to prevail throughout the place have been cleaned up and the individual spaces greatly improved. Of course nothing and no one is ever perfect so there is much more to do but Im not planning on going anywhere else. The park is at almost 100% occupancy and so anyone looking for a good place to live should get on the waiting list ASAP.

Not a lot of visitor parking spaces & so many stray cats. But pretty quiet for the area its in. Some stairs Need to be replaced in there, its an accident waiting to happen.

I recently moved in and I am still adjusting to my new home. I want to give the manager Ms.Flores a 5 star rating. She has a very positive attitude and very welcoming. Any problem or concern I have had, was either taken care of immediately or with in the next few days. I have been renting ever since I was 18 and I have not came across a manager that is on top of their game like Ms.Flores. Thank you for your positive attitude and awesome job!!

Dont live here unless youre a druggie lowlife or crook. Youll fit right in.If I could give no stars I would. I wouldnt live here if you paid me. A friend of mine moved there into a nice little manufactured style home out of pure desperation about 4 years. It wasnt too bad back then. Not great either but ok. It got worse over the years.Finally he was able to move out. People there were casing his place as we were moving him out cuz as soon as he was gone they broke in and tried to steal the kitchen cupboards but were caught in the act. SMH Ninety percent lowlifes reside in this trailer park. Management doesnt give a damn. Then theres the druggies and homeless loitering on the side and front of the front house thats been vacant for years. Ive even see people shooting up in the back and side yard. Police have recently been patrolling the front but inside and in the back is a free for all. Im so happy my friend finally found a safe and clean home. I wont ever have to step foot in there again.

The only thing worse than this park is probably prison, Infested with cockroaches bugs, Beetles you name it its here. He does not care if you break the law because no concern for whether you have heat in the Winter or air in the summer. I have coals on my walls have opposed the been repaired but never finished painted nor texture have holes that were repaired but never sealed so theyre buckled in their mode again I have windowsills minute kitchen that are so rotted that if you push on on your hand can go closer to the wall if you tap on on black mold spores pop out. Flores and eason and at 1 time had holes in it that you could fall through it had toilet problem so bad that there was fecal matter under my house 2 or 3 times it was not cleaned up in a proper timely way. Also the steps coming into the trailer on writing the carpet has fallen off of trip twice he doesnt seem to care and the cement is raised about 2 in the yard and I guess to mine fell on her face still doesnt make any difference to him he has to be the worst owner of a trailer park that exist still trying to get these matters straightened out after almost 3 years getting tired of it looking for a new place to live highly urge people looking for a place to live in their car instead of in this place. Thats not to mention the child pretifiles and hookers,the drug dealers and children left home with no supervision with there mother lying to the government that they are in home school. Good luck finding somewhere else to live.
