Raise rent every year 55 bucks 795 now

This used to be a nice place until the new manager took over.I have lived here for over seven years and never had any problems with the management. She is rude to everyone. I would just like to say there is no rent control here. The rent goes up $50 a year. Next year it will be over $800 a month. Its a beautiful place though.

Just visited so cant give 5 stars as I dont know about management. However, the park is beautiful, has a community garden, BBQ/picnic area, very clean and well maintained park.

The manager is the best manager we have ever had in our 20 + years of mobile home park living. The 2 maintance employees keep our park beautiful. Come and look at our community. If you treat people like you want to be treated then you will not have a problem with our current manager.
