Horrible place to live full of crackheads and pedifiles

Just average...lots of hit and miss in up keep, but eventually things get done. Management is understanding to their residents changing needs and circumstances. Thats a plus.

I’m getting tired about the tow truck.. last night I forgot my keys inside my car and it was raining bad I put a note in the window so the tow guy knows.. and I call to the office.. and the tow guy took my car.. I want too know if I can do something because the manager told me I can do that and they will respect that.. and they didn’t I’m so mad!

The managers dont live on the premises and some of the property needs attending. The maintenance guys need to keep the property in better shape (I.e. cutting the grass, removing the weeds and keeping the grounds in better condition. The MH parks security doesnt do a good enough job. Dont know where their at half the time and their only here until midnight if at all.

Only drugy where I lived in the park. Thats why I sold and left.

Its very clean people that are very nice many homes there are well kept good place to call home

This is on of the most beautiful double wide trailer parks I have visited. If I was in the buyers market I would look at this place..

The people here are just a**holes, and the cops are there ALLL the time!

Its right in South Sacramento, but it is a entirely different neighborhood than outside of the park.

This place is going downhill. The people drive too fast around kids. There are bad kids in the park who walk around trying to fight other kids. The pool area is old and the newer residents start fights with other people there.

This is really a worthless place to stay.. My neighbors dogs are so annoying and barking every single day.. We have called the park manager and everyone who we can get a hold of but nothing has been done for the past several months. I really feel bad for all the old sick and helpless people living around here because they are not able to get any peace and quiet time.The maintenance staff is also not available over the weekends so if something happens to your house such as a clogged drain pipe, you have to wait for the next business day.NO parking on the streets after 11PM everyday... Your car will get towed without any warning or notice after 11PM.I definitely do NOT recommend staying here at all.
