I get so excited when we get to stop by and Shop here. I love the pomegranate wine I got a couple of barbecue goodies and the pistachios try the tequila and lime. Made the best Southern tomato pie with their organic heirloom tomatoes and their basil. The apple butter and honey preserves make me jump out of bed in the morning cant wait to have some of that and my coffee. Its expensive but oh the memories.

Ive seen a lot of senior communities and this one is definitely 1 of the best in the Southern part of Sacramento

Looks like a calm peaceful place

With cameras on grounds and at the entrance two cameras, why is it so much stuff is taken right off residents property. Now its a full size Santa and his sleigh has been taken, not even 30 ft from the front office. Maybe its time for management to check out the pictures and get back our Santa Claus. et

I have lived here since 1998. Its a great place for seniors. Its a close knit community. Current manager is very helpful with anything. We have very little crime only a few minor incidents. The owner of the park is a wonderful person and cares for his residents. Dont listen to the bad reviews I would never consider moving.

A mobile home community is only as good as its management. Since its current management team has taken over the park has fallen short of living up to its Senior reputation. Under age residents have moved in and continue to do so. Other violations are totally ignored by them as well as by the owner who, apparently, is more interested in collecting an ever increasing rent over maintaining a neat and tidy Senior community. I consider myself lucky to have moved recently!

Place is very nice. But I think they need o become a gated community, I see strangers riding bikes through there looking at the residence things,, I didnt like that

Too darm many rules and you cant park on the street in front of your own house without worrying about being towed away. In my opinion this place sucks.

My mother lived in Casa de Flores for over 20 years and would not have thought about living anywhere else. She loved it here. Made some very close friends. She played bingo and bunko every week. She really looked forward to the special lunches and dinners there. Mom felt very safe there. No crime there that I know of. It is a pretty place, especially in the spring with all the plants, shrubs and trees that bloom so nice.Someone can always find something wrong there, but it is usually very petty. Like I said,my mother loved it here.

For good food that fills you up go to this place Betos Taqueria you wont leave hungry Betos .

The park is nice, however the manager could be much more professional.
