Its ever so humble, its a lot of peoples homes. An island of Sacramento surrounded by Rancho Cordova. A quaint little park, where a hat can be hung.

Should have a map of the park so visitors arent driving in circles looking for the space/lot numbers

I’ve been so impressed with this mobile home park. The management is awesome. I’m sure that it isn’t the easiest job. However, they are dedicated to keeping the community safe and orderly. This could be a great place for a family or retired people. I’m thankful to have bought a home here!

Its a ok place to live way to many rules

I have lived better and have lived in worse. Its the people who come through the hedges and drugs and the rent goes up every year by 4% which by now my rent has doubled since I moved in. Not a great place for seniors because they have raised the rent more than SSI benefits so people have to work when we should be retired. Now the health department has closed the pool and hot tub they said it was temporary but its going on 1 month now. And its the middle of Summer.

First time I went, everyone made you feel welcome.

If I could have continued and not given a star...I would of.I lived in the park for approx 18 years. Saw many different management teams come and go. J & M (initials) were the worst. They took the park from being spotless and clean..to destroyed.And stole their whole time there.Do not move into that park.You will lose the short off you back trying to get out.Do not...do not...buy there

This is a great place to live especially if you have kids. Its away from the outside dangers of the world and kids can move around within more safely for their well-being. It has a great clubhouse for parties and nice pool andspa if you can afford to buy a mobile home then your rent will be much lower than an apartment.

Mobile home park. Pool, rec room, a bit bare otherwise. Clean and well maintained. Gated at night.

There are roaches in the club house ever since the current new management has been hear thats just disgusting. Those just dont go away with spray and whatever else they use. They are putting stickers on cars that are parked where there not supposed to be.!!!!Come on who dose that i never in my life heard of that! Not even parking enforcement dose that and thats there job. I heard the sticker wont come off either she meaning Dana Danya Daniel whatever that racist lady name is should be sued fired and then some you could have put a notice like normal people with brains.I can sit hear and keep going but i would be hear all day. DO NOT MOVE HEAR TRUST ME!ITS NOT SAFE TO THE MAX YOUT SPACE RENT GOES UP AN UP AND THE RULES ARE INSANE. CORDOVAN MOBILE HOME ESTATES IS NOT WHAT YOU CALL HOME. THEY DONT TAKE CARE OF ANYTHING BUT THE POOL AND GETTING THE LAWN MOWED THEY SURE DO COLLECT THAT RENT. THATS ABOUT IT. This is definitely a true and honest review . Another bad huge problem is possums!rats!and mice at Cordovan mobileHome estates just fyi. The manager never gets back to and her little puppet in the office cant really answer any of your questions unless its about the rent owed. Everyone talks bad about the previous management and she meaning marie a least helped me with issues regarding my mobile home in other like Danya just cant help with anything. An i dont know what gated community means to you but the entrance is not gated its blocked by a stick that has recently been deiven over and broke.Everyone has the code to this place also and you can really enter any where along the bushes and wire gate. Im done hear if they catch you parked infront of your own home you will receive a notice that you will be evicted. Thats a joke rite? No its not your guest cant park in front of your home they have to park at the club house amf walk to your home. An if management dose not know whow car it is they will get towed or a warning sticker! See i will be hear all day if i continue so ill just leave it at that

Much nicer than ours. Really big and the children where well behaved. There pool was open, ours still wont open for 2 months.

Don’t live here! Live next to crack heads that are always up all night with their kids running around their house and I can hear everything they are doing!!! Especially when they are building stupid stuff at 9pm-12pm everyday!!! Really wish management has control over this issue! Oh and why are they parking right in front of our parking space all the time?!?! So annoying!!! So glad we’re moving far from those people and this place!!!!

The pool is always exceptionally clean

New management but they need improving, have tweeters in the park that were supposed to be out months ago. The management picks favorites, when asked to talk to the managers of the people who work at the park you can NEVER get threw and then when you do they say you dont live their. I wouldnt recommend this park what so ever. Has gone hill been here for 8 years. Space rent has gone up almost 200 dollars. People come on property and steal things all the time as well.

Mother-in-law lives here and loves it. Great for family get togethers as well!

If you wanna see weirdos roaming the mobile homes, hear your next door neighbors fight all night oh and live next door to a wanna be bob the builder at 9pm-12pm then u should move in here, great place for crack heads.
