Not the worst, but definitely frustrating.The park manager is a nice woman most of the time but shes definitely on a power trip and likes to nit pick everything everyone does. Constantly going back and forth between which rules she wants to enforce for which resident and which ones can slide. The two groundskeepers that work there are nice, but sort of weird. They come around every month to check the meters. I have proof of them saying the meter is higher than it is so the residents get charged more, and then when they are leaving your driveway they like to look in your car AND home windows.The pools are clean and advertised for this park but if they dont feel like opening them for the residents, they keep the gates locked. This was going on way before Covid. Same with the laundry room. The lot rent gets raised EVERY year, even during a pandemic. You basically pay a lot of rent so that the two groundskeepers can sit in the office and drink coffee or go out to the grass area and act like theyre fixing the sprinklers every week. Occasionally you will see them mowing the lawn to spice up their work week. The water main has a break pretty often and your water will randomly be shut off for a few hours without notice. You are not allowed to wash your car in your own carport, pick out your own paint colors for your house without approval, and they will make up random complaints and say they are coming from other residents. They also have the power to ban you from your own home if you dont do what they want/say. Definitely not somewhere you can own a home and really feel like you own it. Its more like a prison. So happy my family got out. Its not worth the little bit of money saved.

We hardley get any notices when water gets turned off. Rent goes up every year. The renters discount dont even work. She will have your car towed if shes not happy with you. And even one little piece of grass growing and she write you up. All these reviews are just the rude landlord and her friends dont believe this place. There are no cameras that will keep your cars safe from being broken into. Had my car broken into 2 times the gas siphoned 2 times and my licence plate stolen and she does nothing about it. Even had my car towed and i been living here for 3 years i had to pay $300to get my car back from her cheap tow truck guys. So if you thinking of living in hell this is the place to live

It was pretty quiet there today

Its a fairly nice quite park.Needs updated throughtout park. They need a person in charge of activities. Most neighbors are friendly, most people look at for each other here.

Nice place, lots of updates to the homes going on.

This park has cleaned up a lot since the old management team left. The park pools are always clean as well as the spa. It is across the street from a railroad, so you get homeless persons and drug addicts that try to frequent the park but in one phone call management is on top of it.

Very quiet,clean and kept up in appearance close to bus line Wal-Mart across the street a 7 11 right outside the entrance. Free breakfast on Sunday mornings pool spa and activities at the office.

I have lived here for a year and so far everything is great. Management insures that the homes are kept well maintained and most of my neighbors are friendly and helpful.

Its pretty quiet here i have visited here a few times there arent many people out so its peaceful and they provide a nice easy to read map of the place right as you enter i enjoy visiting here

I have lived here for 15 years, so obviously I would recommend Meadowbrook mobile home park and management.

They keep the place well maintained

This would be an awesome place to live, except for the fact that the park manager Bambi is incredibly rude and demeaning. She acts as though shes queen of the mobile homes. I would not recommend attempting to live here unless you can find away around dealing with this miserable women. She not only discriminated towards me being that I am in my 20s, she yelled at my mother for trying to apply to this park. She also yelled at the family of the women we were trying to buy the house from. She also refused to let me see the park policies, which she said we were trying to go against; even though she wouldnt prove it.I will be speaking with corporate over this matter, she is out of line in not only customer service but just treating people terribly.If not for her the park would be amazing.

I am so glad my credit score was low that I was denied. The management (Bambi) seems difficult to deal with and unprofessional. Someone was looking out for me that day I got denied. She seems like she could be a problem.

What can I say, Ive lived here since 1997. So, there isnt enough time and space to tell all about it (read the book or wait for the movie...lol) but alas, we are still here and life is still going on.
