This is one of the worst places I could ever recommend anybody to live I have tried to leave this place several times and have been drawn back due to unforeseen circumstances basically this trailer park is a living hell hole. It says I have to give it a rating so Im only giving it one star even though I would give it none.

My boss lives here he said its a nice place to stay. Quite and peaceful he said.

Infested with bugs and rats, the management is anal about everything and are constantly raising the rent and adding things to make the park better, but we pay for it all even if we dont want the upgrades. If they dont like how your house looks they will leave a notice (up to 7) after that youre at risk for eviction. Managment literally drives around golf carts looking for things to cite you for. Drug dealings happen in the park and the surrounding areas. The cops are constantly there for some reason or another. 2 murders have happened in the park. People on the run from the cops will go hide here. There has been a drive by shooting. Residents get rewarded for reporting each other. The majority of people keep to themselves, its not a friendly place. Cars are always getting towed away. Its a fire hazard. There is one entrance and exit to the whole park and its a bridge that runs over a creek. About a year ago there was a small fire near the entrance and no one could go in or out for at least 2 hours. Even the fire department had trouble getting in and out. They are installing a gate that you need a remote to open, which will block the only entrance/exit to the park. If there is a fire you better hope youre close to the exit, otherwise youre catching on fire. It wont even help keep out the random people/homeless/creepy guys who walk around the area because theyre leaving a giant gap for anyone to walk through. If you have small kids or pets you have to watch out for crazy drivers because people drive around in there as of they were on the freeway.

I really like living here. Management is so nice. Safe place to live. Its very clean. People here are respectful. There is always some kind of event for us that live here. I highly recommend it. Good family place.

Good place to live no extra parking

Better than apartments living. Saving money every month. You will have some cash on hand when leaving here by selling your mobile Home.

Staff is rude if they dont Like you they will find a way to evict you I had family that lived there do not buy a mobile home there

Cool lil place to live wouldnt mind living there especially since they putting up a gate at the front now

The place ia apparently run by a Christian organization or the Methodist church but people are unfairly treated. Not gonna put all blame on management but the protocols are garbage when people are barely making ends meet and are expected to pay a bunch of money to fix up their houses in certain ways.

Nice mobile home park,clean,nice managers pool,hot tub,park like setting...

This place is infested with rats and roaches.also drug dealers,sex offenders,ex cons that were looked up for murder.also this park has had two murders with in the last 2 years.one of which was my son. Not pet friendly at all.cats have to be on leashes and walked like a dog. Not to mention some residents are on drugs,and up all night making all sorts of noise late at night,cars up and down the street all night,drug trafficking.wouldnt recommend this horrible place to anyone.!!!

Great management, clean club house and pool area.

This place isnt safe someone was murdered in the front of the park a year or so ago. I live in a house on the other side of the fence from the park. All I hear is a bunch of people constantly bickering and pitt bulls barking. Wish this place would clean its act up and clear out some of the low lifes that live here.
