My grandma and grandpa have lived here for years. Its always very clean and most of the elderly ppl are very friendly. Well my grandma and grandpa are at least lol ️

The club house is the perfect location for the family to spend quality time together.

EXCELLENT Senior community!! Nice clean mobilehome park. Friendly staff n neighbors. Gated safe comfortable environment. Many seniors walk, excercise in the clubhouse. MANY activities on site. Dog friendly with dog park, Laundry facilities. Must see!! Thankyou Faye Mitchell-Kuwamoto.

Have had family thats lived in park for many years. Management changes often. A bit run down for what it is. Tenants are plagued by rats because of the water canal across the street . management has done little to help fix problem.

We go through managers like you change your underwear the place is become a little run down

Dont put your parents here. This place is a mess.
