Management keeps tabs on residents property conditions and doesnt let the place look run down ..Helps them justify their high space rent.

The manager is a old rotten lady . who enjoys making peoples lives much harder than need be. She also is a walking bomb. Ive heard her yell at the top of her lungs at Children as young as 5 years old for stepping into the pool. Not even jumping in. Stepping in from the side is not allowed either. She needs to die in a tragic accident . excuse my honesty..

I visit an elderly cousin here occasionally, she has major health problems and cannot get around well (she uses a walker) I have tried to talk to the park manager and maintenance man regarding a replacement garbage can (someone took the can that belongs to this space) the maintenance man brought a garbage can to my cousin that stunk so bad you could not open the lid with wanting to vomit. The manager told my cousin to wash it out and put the trash in a plastic bag. I asked the handyman why he would bring such a foul smelling can to this elderly lady and he informed me that he was instructed to to bring that specific can.

Always quiet, clean and you can find a parking spot.
