Places isn’t as good as before although it’s still decent but certain things like the restrooms and certain parts of the bowling/ gaming area need to be kept up to date and cleaner especially during times of pandemic. Also the food sold is average at best, and that’s comparing it with other movie theaters and not restaurants. The interior of the theater itself is nice, seats are definitely clean and overall could be better but still a nice decent place to watch movies.
Great theatre in the heart of 99 richmond crossroads ! After a long day of shopping. And dining. Step inside and watch your favorite film and enjoy the great seats great view awesome sound and lots of snacks. Highly recommend this location and this facility because the of the friendliness of the staff and awesome presentation. This place is HUGE!!!!
One of my favorite places to watch movies! Decent food, too!
The projector for our movie had issues, but management totally took care of us, so we still got to see our movie. Awesome job with costumer service. Much appreciated. 5 stars for costumer service.
I easily bought my tickets at the stand up terminals & they printed without any issues. Still think its a really nice theater except the seats werent super great. I took my siblings to watch a movie & they all enjoyed it.
Movie is supposed to start at 11:00, and 30 minutes later the screen is STILL black. What a joke. Looks like the people who work here dont know how to pay attention to the showtimes. Not coming back here again!EDIT: 50 minutes!!! Started to play and then all the lights turned on and the movie paused. This is INSANE!
This is on of the best family spots in Town. Movies, bowling, game room, pool tables, food, and libations all under one roof. You can hang with the kids or enjoy some time alone on the bowling lanes with a cocktail while kids enjoy a movie. No need to drive home just hang out and have some fun
Very nice theater. Looks gorgeous from outside and inside and very clean too. Convenient location nearby Hwy 99 (W. Grand Pkwy). Enough parking. Once entered, there is a self service kiosk. Nearby is a customer service counter as well and staff is courteous. Many things to do inside. You can play game, eat and even take a selfie with new releases characters and scenes. Seats are good. Love it.
Bowling lanes are not kept up with. They are scared up, dry, broken, and kept freezing up. Also no lights on the bowling lanes. Half of the arcade games are broken. Ordered a tall Tito’s and soda but they charged me for a double. I told the manager I don’t need the whole drink refunded. I just would like to pay for the tall that I ordered. He would not give a partial refund. He did offer a free ticket however I did not want that as I will not be coming back. Left with a terrible experience.
This is a nice and cozy place where you can chill out with the family even if you dont want to watch a movie. There are arcade booths, a bowling alley and a fastfood restaurant. Although food is expensive.
Massive movie theater with plenty of options to eat! This place even has a full bar upstairs. Arcade games and bowling are also available. And the place is super clean!
Very beautiful place for a movie theater... staff was very nice and helpful with everything... also the place was really clean.. we hate a dirty movie theater... we had a great time and recommend this place for a great movie experience....
I really like coming to this location to watch movies, the people have been kind and provide good customer service. But tonight I came to see a movie, and decided to have a night out with my son. I am a Regal member and really love the program they have presented to the public. I go very frequently to this movie theater and bring family many times. I like the point system, which allow you to receive food items from the concession counter. But when I went tonight to redeem my points which was enough to receive a small popcorn, and I usually add a couple of dollars to upgrade to a large. Well there was a young lady at the counter, who was very kind and provided good customer service, but I believe she had not been trained on how to handle the point system. I was asked to open up my app a few times and asked to redeem my points for a small popcorn, but I was asked to press redeem to give access to 2,000 points. When I did it, and told her I usually give $2 to upgrade to a large. I was told I would get a $1 off I want to say large. I explained that this is not the way they have done it in the past. So another co-worker came, and a guy who appeared to be owner or a security guard, asked was everything ok. So a manager was called, and I was told nothing could be done. Usually the employee does everything for me after I open the app. So I lost 2,000 points, missed a portion of the movie, and couldn’t really enjoy a good portion of the movie, because of my disappointment with the situation. I wasn’t asking for a hand out, but at least I could have gotten my 2,000 points back. Very displeased as a Regal member. How much do this company lose over a bag or bucket of popcorn. I spend money on a regular bases, but makes me want to go to a different location. Very Unhappy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The seats are comfortable and the reserved seating is great. Lots of food options. However the preview was too long.
This place use to be an awesome place to go. Always full of life. On a recent visit i noticed something was wrong as soon as i walked through the door. There werent many people. I thought to myself this is odd for a Friday night at one of the biggest theaters around. We went to play games while we waited for the show to start. A lot of games were broken and there use to be quite the selection, but not anymore. We went to the bar and asked for the drink menu and it was marked through with permanent marker. The counter tops were greasy and they were out of limes and lemons. We sat in the VIP and it wasnt cleaned after the previous movie. We waited 30 minutes before someone came to bring a menu and it was a paper menu that was folded and messed up. The fries were cold and i had to wait 30 minutes for a bottle of water. There were plenty of managers on staff but not many workers. I sure we wont be coming back to this place again.
We last went to this movie theater to watch rogue one when it came out almost 2 years ago and we were very disappointed that are relatively new, state of the art movie theater had a large semi transparent blob that easily was 20 feet across Right smack in the middle of the screen. It was painfully obvious through any scene that was brightly lit. Yesterday I wanted to see “midway” And to my amazement theater number nine still has the exact same distortion in the same spot after two years. These people have not taken the time to fix this, it is truly disgraceful having spent almost $30 for two tickets. The theater seats are extremely worn down for such a new theater, they look like they are 20 years old and you feel very cramped in them and I am a normal 6 foot one 200 pound man. There are just much more better options in the area.
The building looks great, although empty, but the service is really off-putting. We wanted to use the restroom before picking out our movie tickets, and the manager on monday around 5pm at guest services was extremely rude to my sister. She had just let myself & my cousin go to the restroom, & even after repeatedly asking, she wouldnt budge, saying she needed to purchase a ticket in order to use them. Literally left her crying & she couldnt care at all. You have 0 guests in your building and youre that rude to the only prospective people coming in? Your staff could do well to be retrained on how to treat your guests, management in particular.
Seats are not as comfortable as the ones in Cinemark, no lazy chair type of kick plate.Condition of the chairs need urgent attention, as shown in photos.
Very clean and beautiful movie theater.
Best cinema experience, One of a kind in Houston area, a fun theatre, bar, games & food court all in one place, cant ask for more, will visit with friends and family as well, Awesome
D box seats thought they are recliners and confortable they are not they are regular chairs. And they are nasty dirty not even clean. DO NOT COME HERE. Better off going somewhere else and spending the same amount of money for a better environment.
Its a really nice place to hang out and watch a movie but come on guys, turn up the air conditioning. I like watching movies without having to be soaked in sweat by the time the credits roll. Like 5 degrees cooler, PLEASE!!!!
Always a great time here. They even have baby bowling shoes for my 2 yr old!
Had my 1st movie experience in this theatre and it was an awesome! Its so huge & the service is soo fast in purchasing the ticket.
This place was clean and very spacious. There is even a game room in the lobby for adults and kids that you can enjoy before or after your movie.
The place overall is nice but be aware that if you are buying food, it will take you around 30 minutes or more if you don’t start complaining. We were not the only ones. Even though they knew they were tight up with so many orders, they continued selling food. One lady asked for the manager, he showed up but he said the cashiers had to tell people about the delays, which they did not. There were a lot of people upset because some had already missed the beginning of the movie. We were about too, but the manager told us he would take the rest of our order in to the theater. That did not happen either. After the movie we had to go back there and request a refund of that part of the order we did not get.
I give you this it is a nice place. Your amazed when you get there. Unfortunately there were a lot of issues when we got there. Half of the games in the arcade do not work. I went to customer service to get a credit for a game that did not work and all I heard in line waiting were more customers complaining about different issues. The manager was all over and thats because it was slow. I went to the concession to get some items and the gentleman helping me was more concerned with what the other employees were talking about. The theater we went into was nice but the lighting was not set up correctly. The speakers that were closest to the screen were next to a light a little farther away causing a shadow on both sides of the screen.
This place was great when it was palladium but its seriously gone downhill. the drink machines are usually broken, the seats dont recline, the last time i went there was a black dot on the screen that was very distracting and they forgot to turn one of the lights off. Very annoying. I prefer alamo or star grill cinema
First Time Visit to Regal...Searched online for tickets easy and great prices for the movies. Popcorn and Drink are cheaper than the AMC and Cinemark theaters. They actually had coffee that one could order. The theater was empty for a Friday Night but the Theater was clean and cool. We sat down but the isles are a bit too small . The chairs do lean back but the person behind you is not going to have any space to move around or cross their legs. We enjoyed that the sound in the theater was great ! Compared to the other theaters I can say we enjoyed it being loud and we didnt have to pay extra. The only thing I can say that was a bit disturbing was the red laser some immature kids were pointing at the screen. Great Price, Great Sound !
I love how this place is conveniently located in my neighborhood. The place is always well kept during my visits and the staff is quite friendly as well. They do a good job managing and staffing the theater. However, this place may offer all the whistle and bells, it is pretty pricey but worth it! This is not your typical $10 movie theater. My average cost per visit: $25.
This used to be an awesome theater when it was The palladium. Ever since Regal took over it’s just about average now. Nothing like it used to be with all the food selections. Not as clean as it used to be.
This theater cinema has gone downhill big time. We bought the VIP seats and the seat was torn and broken. My wife had to go downstairs to customer service just to switch seats. It looked dirty. Food was served after almost 45 min. Quality of food was ok at best. Considering all the choices of premium theaters like Alamo and Star Grill we will not be going back here again.
Honestly our waiter was amazing but the facilities not so much. VIP area was falling apart my actual arm rest almost fell over on its side. When we walked in we have grease and food left overs all in the seats something was extremely sticky. I would understand if we came in early but we came in 2 min prior to movie start so it should have been cleaned. Much better ran facilities when it was just called palladium. Sucks because I like other regal locations.
This is the only place Ill watch big action movies (Marvel, Star Wars, etc) because of their RPX theaters. Definitely recommend the VIP section for those since the screen is so big - gives you a great view where youre not cranking your neck to look upwards and its a much smaller section so youre less likely to have people who talk around you.
Great family place for parties or a date. I love the enormous size of the lounge area and the bowling area. I look forward to bowling with the family on a later occasion.
For the first time going, it looked like a really fun place. I didnt have any issues buying my ticket. I like that they have several kiosks to do so. However a few of their soda machines were not working properly along with the butter machines. Also inside the movie theater, some of the leather seats were worn and torn up.
This place has gone down. The seats are trash. The coke machines dont have ice. Just horrible.
It is a beautiful theater. It has a bowling alley, a bar and a food court. Although the food quality could be better. The recliner seats are very comfortable.
We love this theater. The movie theaters are awesome and you can get a 32 ounce draft beer for less than 10 bucks. They have a large really good selection of drinks and two bars. Their food is sub-par, but their drinks make up for that. They also have bowling, an arcade, Gelato, and starbucks.
Went to the bowling alley here. It’s a nice place for family bowling. They even have some kind of guide equipment to help the kids. The kids had fun playing the arcade games as well. Bar and food were also good. Their Pizza was super! However, the overall ambience seemed a but lackluster. Would have loved some music.
I like the service its alright. The bar was good those drinks are great! I dont like the chairs they dont let the arms come up and the chairs dont adjust.
Loved this place! The atmosphere was nice and great place to watch movies, play at the at arcade, events you need to plan and others. Been here before for a Dance ball upstairs and it was really nice. Also, was here for avengers and the theater room was nice, clean, and assistance was there if I needed something! :)
There are more things to do here than your average movie theater, but the general concession food was the worst Ive ever had. I ordered 3 pizzas which had cardboard like crust & un-melted cheese on all 3. The nachos came in a cardboard box which sat on a shelf warmer. The box was hot, but the cheese was room temperature. Spent $45 on 3 pizzas, 1 nacho, & 3 kids meals where the popcorn didnt even fill the bucket. Dissapointed we didnt eat at an actuall restaurant before coming here. It was a huge waist of money & tastes buds!
They got everything you could want and more here... love it!!
I like this place. It’s a great hang out spot but I notice that they have declined in business. They need to upgrade the seats to recliners to keep up with the competition.
5 Stars all around!•Huge•Plenty of seating ;)•Good food•Nice staff (for thé most part)My only take back:•The prices of Concessions has gone up :(Highly recommend this Regal Theatre!
I love their burgers and the fries are the best around. Seating is comfortable and lots of screens. Plus a bowling alley and an arcade everything is here for a great day of fun.
Great theater. The Fountain drinks are always out. They are never stocked. You have to go to each machine to see what is available. This has happened the last 4 times I have gone these past few weeks.
Changes items on the menu....the food used to be great but items have changed. The cheese for the nachos has to been changed, no more beans which is ok,the cheese tastes cheap and the chicken is no good. Used to go there once a week. Canceling membership.
Prices are too high.Went on New years day and asked to use the closed caption device. Told the theater we were was not closed caption equipped and that they did not have any units because they were working real hard to get new ones. This Id the second time this happened. We will start going to cinemark in Rosenberg. Cheaper seats and closed caption works
Saturday night - so many 12 and under kids running around unattended and cutting in lines for food. This should be monitored/regulated more closely if this place wants to keep its adult patrons.
Not as crowded as a couple of years ago when it was the palladium, so you can get really good seats on short notice. Where do people go now? This place has some of the best screens in town.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This place use to be decent when they first opened as the palladium (even though it has always been overpriced), but has severely declined in the past year. There are never enough employees working and “customer service” is a foreign concept to the few staff they do have. Don’t waste your money here.
Cool place. Really nice looking building, kind of a Roman styled entertainment area. Feels like it wants to be a bit casino inspired. The food was good but too pricy. I understand food is where theaters make their profits, but too much, even for movie theater prices.
I come here all the time but today it was very slow. I ordered some fries. The fries came out very cold. I asked for fresh fries. They warmed up the same fries in 2min. Customer service is lacking. Please train your staff and management.
Used to be an awsome place, but constantly removing services and features. Closest movie theater to my home and I choose to go elsewhere normally
All around fun place for adult and children. I ordered a slice of pizza and they were bigger than I expected. More bang for your buck nice
I just cant rate this place any lower. The staff (except for gentlemen behind the snack bar) was terrible, with no customer service! My seat in the theater was torn and very uncomfortable. To top it all off, the machine that you purchase game cards for the video games wouldnt give you a game card, but charged your debit card. It took several hours to straighten this out with my bank. I asked managment to have someone please look it for us. He never responded.DO NOT GO HERE TO EVEN BREATHE! Much less to watch a movie.
Awesome Imax only theater. Fun place to visit.
I appreciate the VIP/premium section. I also like being able to select my seats. However, the app does not allow me to leave an empty seat. The groupings are in sets of 4 so I was not able to select the seats that I preferred.
It is nice to hangout with your friends and also watch a movie. The ice creams are good.
My most recent experience was disappointing. I have been coming to this theater since it opened (as The Palladium) and of course over time things age, but it was not the place I remembered it to be. It had a dim, dingy feel upon walking in, not lively nor festive. The seats in Theater 10 (specifically) were worn w/ lots of tears, I paid $12 for a hot dog and medium ice (which I didnt get because there was only coca cola flavor). The seats do not recline in all the theaters (not competitive) and the staff is not very inviting. This will remain a LAST resort for my movie experience and even date night, despite the adult only area upstairs.
This place is wonderful, the arquitecture inside make you feel like you are in Grecia!. It have the cinema theater, but also feria food where you can eat pizzas, hamberguers, fries, ice creams. You can spend time playing bowling or just taking a drink with friends in the open bar. The installations are super clean including the bathrooms. It is wheelchair accessible and outside free parking.
This theater is huge! It has a bowling alley, arcade and a full bar. Not to mention the screens are huge. I absolutely loved it.
Nice theater but the seats could be nicer. Seats were a bit antiquated and torn. They dont have the power recliners in all theaters like Cinemark or AMC. I have actually past Regal and driven further to AmC or Cinemark because of it.
This movie theater had the worst food service I’ve ever experienced. The waiters didn’t bring all of the food we ordered. Additionally, I pushed the buzzer twice for service and the light just stayed red and no one ever came. Never again.
The location for me is out of the way but it is still the closest Regal Cinemas to me being that I live in Missouri City. Once i arrived i was impressed by the sheer size of the cinema and the food options. They even have a full bar inside. I saw JOKER in RPX and had to sit back further because the screen was a little too big for my liking. RPX just means a bigger screen and surround sound. I did not like the chairs. They were a little worn and did not recline, warm, or do any other tricks. Come on Regal. The bathrooms were clean and the popcorn was fresh so I did enjoy the experience. The next time i will hopefully try out the arcade games and bowling alley.
My review is about our experience tonight - we came to see the 9/11 story about Gander, You Are Here, that the musical Come From Away is based on. It seemed a great way to commemorate 9/11. We arrived about 6:55pm for a 7pm showing. We sat in a quiet auditorium with no previews, nothing until someone walked out to tell a manager to please start the show. It finally started at 7:18pm. How ironic that the theatre botched this on the 18th anniversary of 9/11.
Disappointed that this Place has ages the way it has in only 5 years. Food and drinks are fine but the leather seats are worn and tearing. With the new Alamo Draft house, Star Cinema Grill and Studio Movie Grill all with in a 5 mile radius they are going to have to upgrade to stay competitive.
It’s a great place if you don’t have little babies/toddlers which is understandable but also inconvenience for the ones who do. me and hubby have to fine sitters for our toddlers but other then that it’s a good place The bowling and game area are amazing.
Like going to watch movies there. But alot of the games are broken in the arcade an some of thr bowling lanes are warpped.
Awesome! Husband took me here for my birthday. But we bought premium seat ticket and weren’t really sure what the difference is. Realized only AFTER we waited in the lobby for our food that we could have sat down and ordered with server from our seats. Love the concept... similar to Drafthouse or Star Cinema Grill but they should advertise it better and have menus at your seat.
Gorgeous movie theaters. Took a sibling and her friend for a movie premiere-- seats are cushioned, speakers amazing. Enjoyed the movie alot
Great screens and sound with a decent selection of food and drinks
Best theatre in Houston/Katy! Always clean always awesome.
Great theater. Really like being able to have a beer and wings at the movies !!!
This place is massive! It was very clean and well laid-out. There is a ton of things to do here, besides just going to the movies. I will definitely be going back!
Don’t waste your money going here. The popcorn was served cold and plain with no salt or butter on it? And the separate station had no salt. Tf? Anyways, I went back to ask for some warm popcorn with some salt, waited, waited, waited some more, was ignored, and then finally got some assistance after speaking up and stopping an employee who had walked past me several times, ignoring me each time.
I visited the theatre for the first time last week (12/27/19). I was disappointed for several reasons. Price of the ticket was $8.00, not much selection for food at the “cafe” and nothing semi-healthy (was told when Regal took over they took away the healthy items), the chicken breast sandwich with fries was $9.75 and a bottle of water was $5.00. Total cost over $23.00! The theatre I was in (not VIP) had a screen that was obviously dirty when the movie background was white, the seat was uncomfortable and the pleather was cracked. When the Palladium opened in 2013 I’m sure it was very luxurious (read an article about the original owner John Santikos and details of the property recently) but it’s not been maintained in the last 6 years! I’ll never return to this theatre and waste my money again!
After this place changed to “regal” it turned into trash. seats are torn & Uncomfortable, staff is okay, there is trash on the floors of the theatre. i am never going there again unless i go to the bar upstairs. AMC is where it’s at! they have recliner seats, very comfortable, and the arm rest can move up. if you guys could fix up Regal, that would be nice. I miss when it used to be “Palladium”... was very nice and clean and i actually enjoyed my stay.
This is a beautiful facility. It has several restaurants, a bowling alley, arcade, bar and a lounge with pool tables. It could be the theater of theaters. Unfortunately, its not. It has very poor management, customer service and the most expensive concessions serving cold, stale popcorn! When you have a facility this gorgeous, serving the most expensive concessions, you need to be the best. I have had numerous disappointing experiences here. One time we were upcharged to sit upstairs even though the movie was advertised as standard online. It was a push button service. After sitting down, pushing the button, waiting almost 30 minutes, no one appeared. I had to walk all the way back downstairs to get popcorn. About halfway through the movie a server comes up and says were not serving anymore. Seriously! This Regal is not customer centric and doesnt care about its guest experience. I have called the Corp office with no response or improvement from management. I have been a Regal Premier Rewards Member for almost a decade visiting facilities in numerous states. This one falls short of even basic movie goer expectations. Spend your money elsewhere.
It had a nice relaxing feel to it. The movie hall is fantastic. The bowling and game area is a nice place for kids and the family to relax.
Nice date night theater, with bowling and bars and expanded food menu. Clean and comfortable, even if the seats are getting a little worn. Prices are good, large parking lot never seems completely full even on weekends.
Caesars Palace for movies. They have bowling a small arcade restaurants it is like a bonanza of entertainment. Movie theaters and facilities are clean. Staff was knowledgeable and a polite. Was from out of town and a friend took me there it is amazing I wish I had one in Denver.
IMAX theater has great sound and screen, however the chairs BADLY need updating, the seats are all cracked and falling apart
I just wanted to give a shout out to Luke!! He was in the VIP section taking orders, running food, etc. He was very attentive, polite, funny, and prompt. For a large portion of the time he was by himself and still managed to take care of our entire section, even if it meant running back and forth. Thanks Luke for being such a hard worker!
Its a good place to hang out with family and everyone can have fun. The food is real and good also.
Seats are uncomfortable. Actual food like pizza and strips are in a different line then the drinks, popcorn. Once you leave one line you have to go stand in another. A inconvenience because most theaters now offer to place an order where you order your theater popcorn and pick up your food in another area. Also if you have a group of kids it will be difficult to share popcorn for the fact it seems they want to limit the free refill. They give you little tiny trays that fits about maybe 2 hand fulls of popcorn. So you would have to continue refilling their tiny trays. For some reason they dont hand out boxes or bigger trays or bags. So bring your own sack lunch bag if you have party of kids.
I was so disappointed with my latest visit to Regal 22.Me, my daughter and a friend went to see Avengers End Game on Saturday night at 11pm. Concession lines were fairly fast but the food was cold. The sodas were empty in every fountain and there weren’t any lids for the cups. Considering the price of the concessions, this was a real problem for me! The floors were so sticky it was disgusting. Probably from the drinks being spilled because of the lack of lids.I visited the ladies room knowing it would be a long movie and every single stall was out of toilet paper. Went to wash my hands...guess what? No soap and the paper towels were empty! It wasn’t because of lack of staffing but work ethic and efficiency. I saw several employees standing around not doing anything more than visiting with one another and trying to look busy.Worst movie experience ever!
Went to see Avengers: EndGame and this place was gorgeous. The theatre and location was cool that my fiance started looking for houses in the area. As a theatre, the seats were okay (thats why its 4 stars) but theyre better than some updated theatres weve visited recently.
Extremely shocked when I walked in. Its like walking into Lil Waynes house. So luxurious and everything was amazing. Only thing I would change is for them to have recliners like AMC has
Its a nice theater, staff was friendly. Seems a little runs down and not as classy since Regal took over.I used to love the desert island, but on my past couple visits the display cases are half empty and some of the shelf lights dont work. It bugs me that there is black tape covering the lightup sign saying they serve Starbucks.
Bought a ticket using the wall mounted terminals and the machine did not issue my ticket. Took a good while to find an employee to try and fix the issue. The manager couldn’t locate my purchase to issue a refund. Add this to the worn out and broken seats and broken games as well as complete lack of employees that others have reported on as to why this is my last visit. Hopefully someone else buys this place so it can get the repairs it badly needs, since it is apparent the current owners are content with it falling apart.
We enjoy the Palladium SW. The staff us always friendly. Good food. Its always super clean.
That place has gone down since Regal bought it. If you go to relax watch a movie eat and have a few drinks DONT GO THERE! We used to love going there when it was Palladium. Food sucks drinks suck. Tonight the waitress brought our drinks to VIP and placed the tray with the drinks on the floor to hand them to us.
Been coming here since this theater opened. Never disappointed after each visit! Great atmosphere to hang out in of itself if you werent there to see a movie.
Love it here. Staff is so friendly. Theaters are clean and screens are terrific with amazing sound systems. I recommend watching anything on RPX! Prices are terrific as well.
This place is now empty and full of cops ever since Regal took it over the place has gone way down. Sad to see such a great place go down so fast like that.
Ive gone here a few times and its pretty nice. Regal has done a good job taking over from the palladium. For it to be such a large theatre its typically clean. Staff & management are always nice.
