Well we wont be coming back here, a bunch kids got fighting and ended up everyone outside. Police were there all everywhere! No way we coming back after that mess.

I LOVED IT... IT WAS REALLY FUN

This place was amazing I went for a birthday party and when I got there they took everyones temperature. There wasnt a big COVID-19 risk because there where only 3 employees there. Although this was a private party and we rented out the building, Im sure there would be little risk if you would not not touch your face.

Well I was not expecting what happened tonight, police had to be called for a fight and threats!We arrived around 9pm and they were at capacity but we were able to get in. Once we got walking around we thought the glow thing was neat but soon realized that almost no one was wearing a mask, social distancing was not being adhered to by anyone there and we just didnt feel comfortable and safe. About 15 minutes later most of the teens/kids there started yelling and running around and out into the parking lot. We were told by different groups that there was a fight again and someone mentioned threats of a possible other violence. We let the crowd exit the building before we left, by the time we were outside 3 police cars were all around the parking lot and soon after 2 more arrived. Being curious we watched to see what was going on, ended up seeing multiple people fighting, cops chasing people across the parking lot and finally asking everyone to leave the area to avoid further situations. I have to say that we have heard before that the cops were called to this location for fighting before but didnt really believe it, but tonight my family witnessed it first hand. From talking to the few adults there it seems like this facility is used as a babysitting service primarily. I think we wanted to enjoy our visit but seeing what we did, non of us feel safe here from covid or the other people who come.

They are doing an awful job with COVID and hygiene. I understand it’s phase 3 but I just saw a father have to go and ask for cleaning equipment to sanitize the table himself so that his kids could sit down and eat. They need to implement a cleaning system or just close the tables. Employees are not encouraging social distancing whatsoever. They are also not encouraging turn taking at the foam pit, letting multiple kids on the same trampoline. There should be an employee actually monitoring each area but I saw one employee juggling back and forth between the foam pit and basketballs? When I used to come here the employees were excellent and actually enforced the rules. I mean don’t get me wrong they are doing the temp checks to get in here but other than that they are doing the temperature checks but other than that....

Awesome experience here for Mother Son Night with Woolridge Elementary School. Lots of different options for the kids to explore, including basketball, dodgeball, a pit to jump in, a rope ladder to climb, arcade games, and drinks/snacks in the lobby. The lockers are a MUST!!! Thought the socks were super cute, and my son loves wearing them to remember our night out! Loved it!!

We went to the toddler jump which was really cool. The little ones had a blast and so did the parents. They also have an arcade. they had enough employees watching everyone and making sure they jump safely. great experience overall and my kids cant wait till we go again

My grandson loves to go here and hanging out with other kids. This place isnt crazy crowded and pretty clean. I liked seeing all the employees they have to make sure things are going smooth. I was very impressed. Staff really deserve 5 stars. Good place to take kids!

We came at 8pm for an hour until 9pm. they told us to wait an hour so we waited. they sold out with tickets at 7:50 but didnt bother to tell us that they sold out until 9pm.

I cant use the trampolines and stuff because of medical complications, and its way too loud for me (I wore my noise-canceling headphones though so it was fine), but my brother and his friend love coming here. Also, the arcade is pretty good. I won a lot of rubber ducks from a crane.

I like Sky Zone, but was a little disappointed how dirty the place was. In the era of COVID-19 I was surprised how much pocket trash was all over the place considering we went when they first opened. At least pick up all the obvious trash and make it look like you care.

For a first timer like myself, I was extremely impressed and truly enjoyed this place. It was clean, well managed, and the staff are so accommodating and nice! My favorite part was the freestyle bouncing.My brother and I did the 60-min time which was more than enough time for us. Because this was our first time, we had to purchase the jumping socks which were definitely necessary to enjoy the experience safely. They have lockers available for $3 to put any personal items and phones are allowed while jumping.The only area to be of concerned is the foam pit. Totally lost a sock in there and it’s such a fun challenge, if you drop you’re phone, you’ll have to wait till the end of the day to get it. It’s next to impossible to find it in the moment because of all the foam.But Truly an amazing place. Highly recommended.

There isnt direction or organization when it comes to the process of signing in/ where kids of certain ages can jump. A few of the staff were very helpful and organized the lines as well enforced the rules. They do give military discounts!

We go at least once a week but Saturday night Glow was popping!! It felt like a club. I had fun while my kiddo played. They need to add DJ to Friday too.Why dont parents socialize? I mean were all waiting for our kiddos. So many people locked into nothingness. Its better to engage, make friends. Might meet some awesome people.

Awesome place to tire out kids of all ages. 1 hour is plenty if you dont have much stamina. If you go often, consider getting a pass. It is well worth it, and pays for itself if you go 2-3 visits a month. Go during times when they are not too busy for smaller children. They also have a netted off area for small children. Weekends are busiest especially rainy and colder days.

My friend and I are members of Big Brothers Big Sisters and had a fantastic time with our mentees, or littles. We were issued a voucher through the program but were told some only some Sky Zone franchises recognize the vouchers -so we went in half expecting to pay full prices. To our delight, upon giving the voucher, the manager was genuinely excited to see it being put to use! He said we were the first to take advantage of the program and continually expressed how happy he was that we were there. We had a BLAST with our littles here and felt so welcome. The helpers at all of the stations were so friendly and attentive as well. This type of activity is not something that the children we serve get much access to due to costs. Additionally, weekly outings can add up for us Bigs who volunteer. Thank you for a wonderful time and for supporting children in our community.

Crazy unorganized. Was told they were at capacity and had to wait to jump, no problem there, except that rule is not enforced and it was pure chaos. Kids with stickers that ended atleast an hour ago. I think the highlight of my experience was watching two employees buy drugs won’t return.

My daughter loves this place. They charge by the hour but for the fun to be had it is worth it. Parents can jump also

As soon as we walked in it looked like Chaos... But, I had been once before, years ago. I saw the Waiver Station to be able to jump. I signed. It on the computer and it printed a small receipt quickly. I took the receipt to the register and an amazing young lady, I didnt catch her name to thank her now buy, she was extremely helpful and informative. Also, we had a question and she didnt know the answer but, she excused herself from us to find out the answer for us, the correct answer which was awesome. She didnt just feed us false information to keep the line going. We bought the 30-Day pass which allows you to come everyday for 30 days at anytime as long as they havent reached capacity for that time and my boys get to jump for 90 mins. If I want to keep going I just purchase add-on times. I believe they have a 60 min add-on and an 120 min add-on. The socks were a $1 so, thats handy. In each section they have employees keeping order and Saftey which is awesome. I was kind of worried that older kids would crush my kids or something... Theyre big-ish, 6 & 6 but, still... But, no. The employees were doing their jobs well, they were even helping kids to play and conversations with some. One employee kept talking to my son about the crazy flips he was doing even though he is only 6. The employees were very kind. When we were on the Foam Zone, some kids get stuck trying to climb up and the employee would come to help and sometimes help them jump farther by holding their hands if their scared which I thought was very nice for some of the smaller kids who really wanted to buy, were to afraid. We went yesterday, February 29th, 2020 and were going again today. I loved it. The only thing I can say I didnt like was the bathrooms. They were disgusting !!! The floors were covered in pee. It was so disgusting..... The toilet seats were soaked in pee. The toilet I went into, which was the big one to change their cloths, was filled with sooooooo much paper. Right before going to SkyZone, we went to eat, Im also sick with a cold so Ive been drinking a lot of fluids,... I had to pee SO BAD !!! and I couldnt because the bathroom was a nasty mess. I had to tell my boys to stand near the inside of the wall in side the stall so they wouldnt touch the pee on the floor. It was A LOT, A WHOLE PUDDLE. I am not even playing guys. Everything else was on point and amazing, the employees keeping order and Saftey, the hospitality from all of them on the play floor and at the register, they were all great. The bathroom was just my 1 star for 5 stars.so until I go again and theyre actually kept clean they stay at 4/5 stars. They got time with me because I got my 30-Day pass, which I recommend to everyone. There is also a 90-Day pass..... Just in case Have Fun, Fly Safe !!!

Always a great experience my son loves this place we are there at least 8 to 10 times a month. Staff is great with the kids enter acting with them especially Chris. Manager Marquise is always on top of things stopping by the tables checking on the customers seeing if they need anything and keeping the place clean. Definitely a great place to take the kids for a good time. Whenever you need a quiet night without the kids check out one of there lock in events my son went to the last one and had a blast. Clean and safe environment for the kids.

The best trampoline jump spot Ive been to in RVA. Staff was super attentive and friendly. I feel like they are much more focused on safety as well for the jumpers. All in all my 3 kids and I had an absolute blast.

Visited with my two kids 18 and 13, we had a fun time jumping together for an hour. Did the free jump area, dodge ball, foam pit, dunk zone, warp wall, took some pictures, fun times! We were tired after our hour was up! Would have liked more variety, but what they had was good enough for the hour we were there. I would have liked a few more staff members because of the number of unsupervised kids running around behaving quite poorly.The facility was clean, bathrooms were reasonably clean as well.

What happened to Toddler Time?!?! All ages jumping at that time instead of a safe time for my grandchildren to jump with kids their age. My grand daughter ended up crying because older kids not following the rules and knocking her down. Very disappointed

I took my baby sister here for the 1st time. this place was became her favorite place. They have awesome atmosphere for kids and staff is really nice and good with kids especially with wall. definitely return with my sister.

It is very fun (especially for kids), but after a while you get tired and it gets boring. There arent that many options of things to do. People also dont supervise if the rules are being followed. People cut in line for things and bounce on the same trampoline.

Great place to have fun with kids or adults. Youll definitely get a sweat and workout in.

The only reason this isnt a five star review is because the times Ive gone, its always been packed. Other than that it was fun. 4 stars

Great place to have family fun of all ages

Such a fun time! The staff here is amazing. They have a hard job and they do it great and effectively. Heard one staff member tell the same kid the same thing 10 times and never raised his voice. Another staff member was walking around asking the kids what tricks they could do and cheering them on. How awesome!

Tons of fun and great exercise! We went for toddler time, which is a great value: pay $8 and both you and a child can jump for an hour (socks are $1 extra). This place is huge and there are lots of different jumping related activities: standard trampoline jumping, a basketball trampoline court, several dodgeball trampoline courts, and a foam pit to jump in. There is also a small arcade and food court up front, and some birthday party rooms. Everything was clean and all areas are well staffed with friendly employees. The jumping was great and worked up one heck of a sweat and appetite! The toddler is sleeping well tonight!

This place is awesome! Never been to a trampoline park before, but this was definitely an amazing time! Very clean, staff is super friendly, and created an AWESOME/safe atmosphere. This place is pretty cool for the kids.

I went there with a birthday party twice and both times the kids loved it. I like that they actually serve food most jump places dont serve food because they dont want to risk that the kid will throw up. But they do everything in order get everybody signed in jump for an hour or two have cake and ice cream have food then do presents and then its time to go. Its a little bit pricey but very worth it.

My grandson LOVES Skyzone!! Its trampoline heaven. They have great prices and they also have package deals. Right now we have the 30 day package. He can jump everyday for 30 days, 90 minutes each time, $5 to add on each additional 30 minutes for like $35 I think. It wasnt anymore than that. They have food and an arcade too.

Pretty good trampoline park, but I think they need to change things there more often for it to be more fun. Was kind of big a few years ago, but has gone down in popularity since. I would recommend Boomerang over Sky Zone, and Sky Zone over Jumpology.

It would of been a five if you were able to sell us cups to go with a pitcher of what ever and if you had enough dough to make pizzas for everyone, not just party groups. Otherwise great place to get kids energy out and have fun

Took my 10-yr-old grandson and he loved it! Me...not so much! I thought it was bigger inside and there would be more trampolines. I also thought it was a bit dirty and the womans bathroom was so disgusting that I didnt want to touch anything in it and I couldnt get out of it fast enough!! I was glad when that 2 hours was over!

We had our daughter’s 7th Birthday Party here yesterday and it was Fantastic! The facility was very clean and inviting. The party hosts were upbeat and high energy. All of our guests and most importantly the Birthday Girl had an excellent time and raved about how much fun they had. Also, the food and drinks were good as well. We will definitely be back and next year we are booking the Glow Party!

The staff were friendly and attentive. The facility seemed well managed and my family had a great time.

We just had our daughters 6th birthday party there. BEST. BIRTHDAY. EVER. As soon as we entered the park, a staff member - seeing we were carrying a birthday cake - rushed over to use to provide concierge services for the whole birthday experience. He took the kids on a tour of the building, told them to rules, put their socks on for them (for a busy parent... INCREDIBLE), and shepherded them the whole time. We had a private room and a super special time. What an amazing park - they train their staff to have the perfect balance of safety and making sure everyone is having a great time.

Great place for kids to use up energy. The kids had a lot of fun. Only downside was I had to pay full price for my 2 year old to jump. Wish they had a discounted price for younger kids. Other than that, cool place.

In a nutshell... PAY TO JUMP and nothing else. The birthday package is not wort it.Currently on a birthday for a nephew of mine. Bad customer service. The room rented to celebrate the birthday was delayed 30 minutes due to a reschedule issue on their part and Management didnt bother to apologize. To my surprise and astonishment they made the EMPLOYEES pay for the delay out of their pockets. This is completely unacceptable. Also, virtually no decoration, no music in the rooms, no entertainment, pizza dough is raw, etc.

Today was my sons first time coming to sky zone instead of jump because we wanted to see the difference. When we came in we were greeted warmly and we saw the energy and your team members around the park. Logan and Kennedy greeted my son with a sky five with the foam hands as he came in to jump with the birthday party he was invited to. They did a great job of interacting with my son And the other children in the party. Overall, my childs experience was tremendous. even the guys watching the courts were energetic and seemed happy to be working around my son and others were jumping! I will definitely be taking my kids to sky zone much more often now

Great place for kids but a little more pricey than some other places for the time you get. Mine enjoys it a lot so I bought a year membership. That really helps bring the cost down and its everyday you want for a year.

My family and I went on an early Thursday afternoon. There were only a few people there, which made it an even more pleasurable experience for my daughter and niece. The attendant that supervised the main jumping area was very friendly and interacted with the children. However, my sister ordered some of the food for the kids. The food was dry and tasteless. Other than that, they had a blast!

My kids loved it.. Consession stand not big enough for the group of people always standing in line.. There needs to be more help at different stations.

How expensive this place is, I would like to see more focused and friendly staff. Especially in the front desk. I had my twins birthday party here this weekend. We got a discount on Tuesday when I first came to reserve the party but somehow it was taken off without being informed and I ended up paying more on Saturday. In my package, I was supposed to get balloons and table cloth in which I never got either or. I called in this morning to find out how come the discount was not there anymore. I spoke with a lady named Sky and she couldnt explain the reason. She just said we will give you two 60 minutes passes for next time. I didnt understand why she couldnt just credit it back to the card that I had used...being that it was their mistake.However, the children had fun. Even though our host forgot the balloons and table cover, she was very sweet and helpful. I wish they can let you bring foods if one wishes so. Some of my guess didnt eat because not that many adults like pizza.

We brought our son here after rain ruined our plans. Marquise and his staff took great care of us and made my sons 6th birthday fantastic! You will not find a better place to have a party and keep your kids entertained. We will gladly come back and bring friends!

Absolutely, terrible place! An obnoxious, loud beebing noise plays the entire time you’re there. When I asked the supervisor what it was he said it’s the massage chairs asking for more money. I asked him if he could please turn it off and he completely ignored me.

It’s fun to jump overall, but the employees either do not pay any attention to the jumpers, and do not do anything because when i went earlier today, i was tumbling, and i landed on my neck. no one seemed to care, not even the workers. also, i went for glow night and i was doing flips, which you aren’t supposed to do, so obviously the employees don’t care if you follow the rules or not, and so many kids rest on the trampolines and no one says anything.

I took my grandchildren to sky zone and they had a wonderful time. We will be going back. There was this young man that works there by the name of Antonio, he was wonderful with helping me and my kids to know what we should and shouldnt do. He was so compassionate because it was our first time going. Thank you sky zone for bringing joy to my grands and for hiring employees like Antonio. Hope to see you both soon..
