Really nice park to do various activities. The running trail (sidewalk) are perfect for times runs and training. Park is kept clean. I am always happy when I go to this park.

Perfect place for walking and picnic with your family. There is a long walking area that you can go through the other way of the park and came back. It has nice lake and lots of ducks. It has a playing park for kids. Restrooms are normal clean, but it smells sometimes and inside is hot. Parking your car is not a problem because it has huge place for it, but you have to walk little bit to reach the playground and lake.

We found this park when looking for a place to play soccer at. It has a regulation field with big goals and decent pitch. Theres a lake and a path for walking. Overall great environment

Great place to walk or just watch baseball games. I enjoy the park while most places are closed. It is a safe place to get out and social distance. Huffhines park is clean, open, and a great melting pot of people.

Great sized park to walk around and get outdoors at, also has a Rec center, soccer fields and baseball diamonds, cool looking little park in Richardson. Fun little playground for the kids as well, go out and explore!

It was nice, nice Pavillion. I just didnt like the lawn service mowing the lawn close were I was eating. Butat the end of the day, they have a job to do. The park was very ice with lots of nice shaded areas.

It has ducks and turtles. A nice path going around a small body of water. There is nothing exceptional or horrible about this place. My dog seems to enjoy it, but then again my dog enjoys walking in dirty alleys smelling trash on the ground.

View of the pond is nice and the short walkaround is always pleasant. Ride your bike and you can follow the trail behind the homes. Peaceful glide.

Great local park, ample parking. Walking around the river area is nice!

Late night strolls at the park are amazing and felt safe. Ive yet to see it dirty like other parks so definitely love it♡

The park is great. Lots of open fields, but it does not have a play structure for kids. For the most part there is always someone there playing some kind of sport. Mostly adults.

Today I was playing soccer starting 9 am to 12 PM after I finished playing when to my car, unfortunately I missed my bank card was missing from my wallet, I was thinking maybe I missed placing it some where, but not some one open my car and take it from my wallet and did tried to do purchase in Dealerds store at north park mall.This is been happening to my other players as well. We know that there is a lot of people sitting in the car most of the time, so be careful securing your belongings please, it is so sad very nice place.I want Richardson police department and the siteze to be aware. This is the same persons been doing for long time.We need to couch this thiefs.

Always our favorite park to go to, even if we live in Plano now. My kids went to the RECs preschool there. We walk around the little lake with or without our dog, people are always friendly there. We feed the ducks, kids go play at the playground, they take their bike/scooter/roller blades. We always have a good time.

I prefer this park to cotton wood because they have better walking trials.

Pretty and clean park. Long sidewalk route. Perfect for a morning or night run. Theres soccer fields and a baseball field there too. Dont feed the birds!! Haha

I was there for an art show, and the park was lovely.

A nice large park. Good for walking around, having a picnic, or watching/feeding the ducks. Theres usually some sport going on, either soccer or baseball, to watch even if it isnt a formal game. Ive never had a problem getting a parking spot since there are multiple lots but it can get a little busy.There is also a tennis court (city run), and the recreation center right by it.

Great place to go and play Pokémon Go. There are several PokeStops and 3 gyms an raids for you to take part in capturing. Also a cool little trail around a small pond, a playground and several small grills make this a great place for families to come and enjoy some time together.

The park has changed a ton since I was a kid. I remember when it had a large area of forest and us kids would run around on the trails in that thicket. Things have changed for the better though. Large picnic area, with grills and a clean restroom, playground which was always there, its improved a bunch.. the picnic area is well shaded, it looks like some of the forest area was left behind to create the shaded picnic area.. My wife and I were just saying that we need to come out with our 2 girls and have a picnic in the spring, BEFORE IT GETS TOO HOT!!! Plenty of room to bring the dogs and kids to let them burn off some pent up energy, and for you to get rid of that winter CABIN FEVER...

The pool here is not very nice, there was wild animals (turtles& ducks) in the water and it was extremely dirty, not getting in the water until this gets fixed

Huffhines Park was the intended location of our canceled senior picnic. For years & years we dreamed of the day when we could wear our cool uniforms proudly, while kicking each other in the testicles during an impromptu soccer match. But it was not to be, because the weather apparently hates us as much as Aykunt does. Clearly I remember the day of our cancelled picnic. We were standing in the grass at the park, as cold rain pelted us from the heavens. Then we were accosted by what appeared to be a member of the homeless community. He had shaggy, dark black hair, and an unkempt beard. His sunglasses were perched atop his head, and he looked similar to Charles Manson, only crazier. He yelled Ladies and Gentleman loudly, and went into an epileptic shouting-fit, reminiscent of Dennis from Its Always Sunny! About 45 minutes into his tirade (in which he claimed to be, among other things, an upstanding facilitator of academia) he was approached by three mounted law enforcement officers on horseback (redundant). He asked them if they had brought a horse for him, while he held a harmonica up to his lips. They replied were shy one horse - to which he shook his head in slow motion, with the response you brought two too many. Thats when stuff got real!

Very pleasant park with a nice walking trail. Its easy to do a three mile loop here.
