Vivian Park is a relaxing place to stop and enjoy the scenery. The park has a relaxing waterway and is far enough from the highway that you do not hear the traffic much. The historical trains on the tracks are fun check out. Much of the walkway area is paved or has smooth gravel making it ADA usable.

Beautiful park for a hike, and there is more than 1 waterfall, the other one is a very steep climb, look for the abandoned building at marker 13.75 and climb from there!

I rode my trike up the Provo River Canyon to Vivian Park. Great view of bridal veil Falls as you go by. Actually went back into the residential part and rode my trike around the homes. Would love to have a home there.

Peaceful in the canyon next to where the Heber railway runs. You can catch a ride on the train here. There is picnic areas and a lake and where the south fork runs into the Provo River. Two grass areas where you can lay in the sun, go fishing or play games or walk along the trails.

It could use some sprucing up. The restrooms were clean but the playground was a little outdated compared to some others. Fishing for kids here has been fun for us in the past. The signs to get into the park could be more visible and earlier warning that there is a park entrance.

Such a nice quiet spot even with as much use as it gets... It has great facilities for fun in families or groups. . when we were there people were pretty conscientious about social distancing..... Just a calming, scenic place to spend an afternoon

High traffic area, watch your kids around the road. They have a kids only fishing area and lots of grass with decent restrooms. Tubers can float by on the river and you can see some train tracks nearby. Little trail to walk on thats paved as well.

We went for the fishing and it was incredibly well stocked! Everyone that night brought fish home so it’s very fun for kids and adults alike. I wouldn’t camp here because the noise from the street is very loud but it’s a serene time for fishing!

Vivian Park is such a beautiful spot. Well kept. There are covered tables to enjoy a picnic. Restrooms were very clean. Despite being next to the busy Provo Canyon highway, its a very peaceful place.

Nicely maintained park. Used it only as a bike trailhead. Clean restrooms. Parking is limited. Lots of people seem to use the park as the end point of River float trips. Also seems to be the end point of the local historic train line. The bike trail is very nice, scenic and shady.

Great family canyon drive and/or destination. Just stay to the right and hope on facing traffic does the same-- it is a canyon, so the road is narrow and twisty!

This park slightly missed my expectations. The amenities are adequate and the scenery makes for a nice picnic but there was so much trash all around. No wonder, too, because when we went to throw away our trash we couldnt find a can anywhere near the bowery where you would definitely expect to find one. We ended up never finding one and had to put our trash in our car to throw away later.

Great park with lots of shade, 2 playgrounds, indoor restrooms, pavilions you can reserve, fishing pond (for kids 12 and under), and next to the river and biking/ walking trail. This park is right of the road, easy to see and the access point to South Fork, so it can be crowded on holidays and weekends, but quiet the rest of the time.

My kids love the fact that theres a train you can climb on! The playground is pretty average, but its right by a trail and by the river, which makes it nice for my younger one cause she loves throwing rocks. If you walk a little down the trail, you can find a little cave (my 4yo loved it)Its just pretty there :)

Beautiful park, disgusting vault toilets. Youd think they would keep those toilets up more often since its a higher use area. Nope.... feces splattered all over the place on both open restrooms. The other set were closed for the season. My wife really enjoyed taking pictures at this park. The pond was surprisingly clean and so clear you can see the bottom. The river is beautiful and the train tracks are a cool feature. Ill return as long as Ive used a different restroom beforehand.
