Quiet little spot on the river. In a not so busy area thats a terrific place to live and relax. 5 min from the beach, dining and numerous sourced of entertainment.

My daughter, her husband and newborn son live there. Its quiet and relaxing there. Its a Community of Cute Tiny Homes! Theres a Homeowners Association thats really on top of things so you can be assured that ALL of the rules are followed.Its really close to the river and Riverside Mobile Home Park has three docks for the Homeowners & their guests to use. Great fishing Docks that have picnic tables and solar panels for lights if youre night fishing!Some of the Homeowners are retirees living lifestyle like its supposed to be lived!

Been here 9 months now. Great place! Danny is doing a great job. Good people, good community, everyone helps each other out. Community parties thru out the year. Little piece of paradise on the river in beautiful port orange

Have lived here with my boyfriend for almost a year. This place is like a little slice of paradise. Close to the water... Good food in the area.. Really great people in the park. We really enjoy the park get togethers. Danny does an Amazing job running the park and taking care of people.... Along with his employee Jimm, they are always working hard to keep the park looking good. Maintenance and up keep are top rate. Great team. Love it here!

Ive lived here ten years, and this park just keeps getting better. We have a lot of good people in this park that help each other and look out for each other. And we all pitch in for some really great Christmas, New Years, 4th of July, and Halloween parties (I still think we should have MORE park parties). Its a quiet place, but a very social place. A lot of very intelligent people live here.The owner of the park, Brad, and the manager of the park, Danny, are always trying to figure out ways to make something better here. And Danny is a workaholic that gets the job done. He really works hard for this park. And, hes one of those very intelligent people I mentioned above, he always finds the best solution to any maintenance problem, in fact, any problem.Its like a big family here. And I truly love it here.

This park has excellent management. I decided to buy here because of its convenient location and its comparatively low prices. Its very safe and quiet.

Great place to live On the water been here 5 years now. Walking distance to First Turn, bicycling distance to the beach and only a short trip to anything in Port Orange.

No extra parking, old old trailers, no yard, does except pets. I would say check it out during the day and at night...

A true hidden little treasure just feet from scenic route Riverside drive along the Intracoastal river.. As a Nyer who relocated to sunny Fla, I can honestly say there is no better way to kick back and relax and enjoy all that the state has to offer.. manatee and dolphin galore, fishing right off of one of our 3 docks, boating and water sport activities right at your doorstep, seconds away from many great dining options from steak and seafood, pizza, mom and pop establishments, with over a dozen out door options as well.. minutes from both daytona and new smyrna beaches as well as the beautiful Ponce Inlet harbor, it is a prime location to escape .. virtually crime free thank you very much to the change in management 5 years ago this beautiful little hidden oasis is a place I am proud to call home..
