My mother lived here back in 2015 until 2017. Most of the residents will give you nasty looks if you appear to be under the age of 65 even though its a 55+ community, she was also treated poorly by the HOA of this neighborhood because my brother who has down syndrome lived with her and he was 28 at the time, which is not against any 55+ living community rules as long as someone over the age of 55 resides in the household. Only reason for two stars was because there was no crime and the mobile home was decent.

They charge far too much for lot rent, and half the amenities are closed most of the year. Roads are awful. So glad we moved out.

Too high lot rent. New owners nit-pick on current residents. As low as if grass is growing in the cracks in your driveway, they get letters. Some have lived there for many, many years, and they too dont like new owners. Sink hole problems throughout park, hopefully they fix them and dont sell park out from under current residents. If they dont fix, they will be, in my lower then Dirt and Scum of this Earth in my opinion!!!!!

I can only give 3 stars because I dont live there and have only been there once. A friend of mines father lives there and seems happy. It seems very well kept and for what Ive seen, a nice mobile home park. Close to shopping and I4 &95.

Senior, manufactured homes park. This pet friendly community features well manicured lawns, a community hall for everything from reading a book to holding a dinner/dance.. Behind the hall is the always clean community pool.

The new management has certainly gotten some things done! Lawns and mobile homes really look great! Its hard for guests to park. And the lot rent is really high! But thank you for your hard work Don and Chris! It really shows!!

Dont like the community, I have found some great friends, other than that its not run by the best people in the office or property owners! Im planning on putting my place up for sale next year.

Several street lights have been out for sometime! Bad for retirees! There are sink holes on a couple streets. When you drive into the park and the street the club house is on its quite kept up. Driving around not so good. Good thing there are really nice people living here.

This is a nice 55+ mobile home community. The yards are well maintained and the mobile homes are are a variety of ages. I have done more than a dozen mobile home inspections in Pickwick Village. I find the people here friendly and helpful.

We bought our home here about 4 years ago. We are so glad to have become SNOBIRDS as we are called. We fly home in the spring. The people here are very friendly. At our clubhouse there is always something going on to do and a way to meet and greet your new friends. Cookie Custer.

DUMP, DUMP, DUMP. For less than $150 more I could live on the gulf coast in a golfing community, that has 4 pools, restaurant, bar, etc, etc, etc. I was BARRED from the pool because one person was afraid to CATCH MY CANCER SCARs. The rent went up again because no one wants to live in this true example of trailer TRASH land.

Stay away from here! Guests are harassed constantly. Residents are harassed constantly. Everyone is selling out of their homes because the office staff are horrible! Its not what it used to be! Youve been warned. If you dont believe it, talk to some of the residents there.
