Could be worse i guess but for what they charge to live here its a joke. Over 700.00 per month and not much maintenance or amenities. There are extra charges for water, sewer, trash and lawn services. They are very good at doing as little as possible.

The view is amazing. The grounds are well kept. a nice look into the past in some of the model houses.

Had a old friend that lived here. For every nice trailer you see 5 nasty ones. Home owners association is a joke. The lady in the office is sweet though. Thats about it.

Rent is too high and every year they raise it again, it used to be great, Im looking for something else and leaving as soon as I can.

I was going to buy one of the older homes & so glad I didnt and just rented..! Besides the home needing thousands of dollars in repairs, the home was next to a hoarder (so much for their HOA),& drunks who fight & cusing all the time. The lots are too small, so homes are too close..My lease is up soon & cant wait to move out..

I do understand that this is a 45 and over community which its meant to be respectfully quiet and not to be a bother to others..The problem is while visiting my father-in-law and going to swim in the pool my children and I have always been the upmost quiet and respectful that we possibly can to people yet weve been treated very disrespectful by many people!! Its such a shame I will never recommend this place to anybody ever again!!! So if you are a family type of person and plan on having grandchildren or such type over be prepared to get shamed on and be disrespected for it..This place does not like children!!!

Just looking around in the park, I found the residents quite friendly and considerate. Several good used home bargains for sale, but the brand new homes are kinda spendy. Some homes are well cared for but others are not so much. Choose a nice spot and it can be well worth the lot rent.

I love my new community. It is an older 55+ community. However, there is a real and established sense of community here that is very welcoming. I have only been here a couple of months and if things are as they initially seem, I dont want to leave.

I havent lived there but I know someone who does, from my experience its a nice, quaint, cute little hidden community I would like to grow old in

Used to be a good park to live in. Now rules are being broken everyday. Staff does nothing to enforce rules!!!!!

Very nice, quaint 55+ village. You would never guess how nice this place by driving by. If looking for this type of community I highly recommend getting out of the car and touring. The amenities are nice, but the neighbors make it a community.

Just bought my new home. I love it here. So glad Lighthouse Pointe is a 80/20 community so I could move in over 40. I have met a lot of my neighbors and looking forward to meeting more.

Really a great town. Just dont speed at all! Just saying. Lots to do there with a lot of shops.

Great atmosphere, seating outside with cooling fans and lots of good service and great food. Oven fired pizza is always good, tapas selections are excellent, and main courses are varied with fresh fish specials that do not disappoint. Fun outside bar with friendly bartenders and wait staff.

Very nice mobile home park, cleaned up quick after hurricanes and always appears well maintained

A very quiet and beautiful trailer park in Port Orange. They got a pool, Hot tub and a gym. Nice people and courteous staff. The only downside is you gotta be 55 to move in there.
