Briarwood is a clean, quiet, yet fun community. With two clubhouses, two pools, billiards, shuffleboard and and scheduled events (luncheons, dinners, holiday parties and more), there is always something to enjoy! Briarwood is close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and the beach! We love it here!

This place is great! The residents are friendly and very helpful. I need a few repair guys to do work for me and some of the neighbors have helped me with some of it so I wouldnt have to spend a lot of money!How nice and neighborly is that!! Love it here.

Going on four years here, couldn’t have picked a better place to live! Great management,maintenance, and great people! Everyone goes out of their way to help you in any way. I Love it here, and it’s only getting better!

This is not a resort style living. For the most part the park does have some great people who live in it and take care of their places. Then you have those that get special treatment from management who do not keep up with their homes. Jennifer and Glen have their cliques and ignore residents who bring issues up to them. Anyone who refers Jennifer and Glen get a referral money. Jennifer will follow you around like a lost puppy until you sign the paperwork to purchase the home. Then she doesnt even acknowledge that you exist afterwards. She picks and chooses who she wants to speak to and is stuck up most of the time. Glen allows her to do this and if you didnt know that he was her boss you would think it was the other way around. We have lost several good assistant managers because management and the corporate office. Management is not managing and there is a lot of confusion and staff doesnt know what they are doing or they dont have basic answers. It is a shame because this park would be awesome because it is located in a convenient area and close to the beach. Not resort style as they try to come off but still close to local attractions and minutes to the beach.

This place is nice but it is NOT resort living. Very nice 55 and over trailer park. Clean and close to the beach . Very close to banks,restaurants,shopping,grocery stores, theaters, dr offices, etc

This is the pictures of the current office. I would like to let people know that we are a giving caring and loving community. We all try to help any of our neighbors. We are active. Some of us are Disabled some of us are still working. The office & community manager is Jennifer Kennedy. She is a very sweet person. The reginal manager is Glen. Both have been very kind and helpful to me. I enjoy my conversations with both of them. The activities manager is Ms Kathy. She is one of the sweetest people you would ever want to be around. We have a couple of pools on each side of the community 1 on each side along with a hot tub. Please feel free to contact any of them for any questions you may have. Great place to live. The management here are the best in the business, 2 clubhouses, pools, are very nice and well kept.Thank you to Jenn and Gleen and staff of Briarwood!

Nice place just wish MGMT would do more about neighbors that dont take care of their home and yard. The lot rent should be lower for a retirement community.

Dont move there they are all nasty acting older people, they are like a clan my grandma lives there she needs to move her personality is so much nicer than all the people surrounding her! I would never recommend anyone to move there they look down on the working class!
