My parents live in La Costa Village and really enjoy the community. I have never heard any complaints above regular neighborhood stuff like dogs, lawns and UPS driving to fast thru the neighborhood. All seemingly dealt with in a timely manner.Area seems very safe, well maintained and full of positive activity.If you are out of town and considering a place here, I think youll be pleasantly surprised by this nice community.

Pristine lawns and very well maintained homes. Two pools, exercise room, video library and collection of books and magazines. Great place for retirement. Secured neighborhood with Sun Community personal every evening. HOA dues are only $10 yearly so you can always make a difference in your neighborhood via communication at monthly HOA meetings.

It seems to be a nice neighborhood, but it was dark and rainy, so I cant guess at the upkeep of the area.

I feel that the lot rent is just insane, it goes up each year and then theres the pass on tax, Ive been here 8 years and my rent has gone up just shy of $200.00. Im looking to move. I didnt retire and move here from up north with a great retirement package. Im not a snowbird Im a local year round resident. Sad!!

This neighborhood is a safe and positive place for seniors to live. The management staff are very polite and friendly. As with many senior neighborhoods the differences of opinions, on community related issues, are diverse and passionate but they always seem to come to a harmonious conclusion in the end.The friendly interaction between neighbors has created a safe environment to both work and play. I have family who have lived there for several years and they also agree with my assessment of the neighborhood.

Their clubhouse and pools are perfect for a retired lifestyle.

My mother had been here over 5 years. The HOA is responsible. The taxes are practically nothing. The management company does a great job with the upkeep. Mom has never been happier.
