Great mobile home and manufactured home community with endless amenities and terrific staff.

My mother has a home here its very pretty and clean. Butt got ripped off majorly from the people who sold it to her (a private owner). $15,000-$20,000 loss just to get out....

Nice layout of the parkHeated pool. Real nice clubhouse with much going on. Good location with near by golf and many restaurants.

Excellent place to live. Friendly people clean pools, tennis, horseshoes, bocce ball, boating, fishing, crafts, pickle ball, pool tables.

Great RETIREMENT community

This place is awesome. Its a great Community they have a lot of events in a lot of entertainment at the clubhouse. They have pickleball tennis a pool shuffleboard boat dock walkways you name it they have it here. A great place to settle and retire and its also a great place to visit one of your family members and enjoyed over a break. Im in the service industry so Im in this neighborhood probably two or three times every week the people here are great its really easy to get around I love it

Great 55 and older park, you own your land with plenty of amenities. Ive worked in them all and vhl is the best in Charlotte county.

The management and board members 9 here are very very rude to anyone they deam less then them even though they live in a traylor park and are just very stuck up prissy but heads with control problems

I am a contractor working at a mobile home in this community. Everyone is extremely friendly. Very low crime area. They have a strong neighborhood watch program, very clean and up kept landscaping. Its a pleasure to work in this area.

I have no idea why would anyone be so clueless and buy land or a home on someone elses property. Neighbors are so close they can see into each others windows and hear each others conversations. I cant stand such lack of privacy and people being able to tell you what you can or can not do on your own land. Everyones nose is in your business. You have to be pretty lonely and miserable to want to live on top of each other like that. And these tin cans cost as much as real homes.

I stayed with a friend here. Loved it. Nice friendly peope. Lots of activities or jyst sit and relax at the pool. Great location and convenient to tge beaches at Boca Grande. Enjoy!!
