A beautiful spot to watch and listen to the waters rushing by. Thanks ONP trail crew for the cool new bridge!
Hands down one of the best hikes I have ever done. Its about an hour-and-a-half hike. Its not very strenuous it gets just a tad towards the end but very doable. And at the very end you get to see this triple waterfall amazingness. I did not however see a lot of wildlife maybe some mosquitoes a squirrel and on the way back the most exciting thing was a small black bear. I did see a lot of blueberries and other fruit on the road the bridges were very fun and photo inspiring.
This was a fun hike but wet, several interesting sites and change of scenery. The large old growth trees were pretty cool. The trail was a bit confusing at the loop back, you end up in the parking lot at Sol Duc Hot springs and have to go to the bridge and pick up the trail there, but hard to find. You can walk up the road to get back to the parking lot but hazardous with car traffic.
Sol Duc Falls were beautiful. Some of our party walled farther to Lovers Lane falls and were disappointed they couldnt see more. The walk was gorgeous. Bring a camera!
Extra bang for your buck for a short stroll pas Sol Duc falls. Trail is slightly more challenging on this section about .5 miles extra one way to falls from Sol Duc falls
If this is the waterfall behind Sol Duc it is amazing. The hike is easy and the falls are incredible!
Hike further from the Sol Duc Falls and you will see this beauty!
Scenic, mostly flat trail. Very in tuned with nature
A beautiful water fall
