This place is a little piece of heaven tucked inside the city of Plano limits! So peaceful! Even though theres a road right nearby, you never hear anything but the sounds of nature. There are dirt trails for hiking as well as concrete ones for running and biking. I highly recommend taking a day trip here!

Always love going to Oak Point Park. Feels like going on an adventure each time we go. Fishing is decent. I like to catch Crappie in the early part of the year. The trails are nice too. The paved paths are very nice too.Like this review if it is helpful!

Quiet, shaded, no cars. Just nature and a few walkers and a few very friendly bicycles.

Best Park System in America. The headquarters is beautifully designed and fits in with the Signature Oak Point Park.

I love our parks and trails. Ive lived in other cities that didnt maintain the trails and this city does a fantastic job in creating great places to hike/bike/run/walk. Ive never played soccer in any field but if they happen to kick me out (pun intended) Ill update this review.

Its not the building, but the forest & lake. Biking, fishing, ziplining, hiking. Just gorgeous!

As someone who has lived in the city my entire life, I find it incredibly disappointing that I can’t enjoy my hobbies in the local parks:-No soccer (or sport activities in general) on public soccer/sports fields without paying money and reserving.-No slacklining/tethering of any kind even if they’re connected to the biggest and deepest-rooted trees or man-made structures CLEARLY capable of withstanding the tensile forces. It’s not just me, I periodically see kids and adults getting kicked off the fields as they’re having fun.Why do we even pay even pay city taxes if we cannot enjoy the simplicity of a kick around on a beautiful day?I haven’t been this disappointed since Game of Thrones season 8.If we want to have fun, we can apparently do so on the anthill-riddled fields that are neglected, unkempt, and not ever used for organized sports because of low-quality they are. That is, if you can even locate said fields.

Good for walks every now and then. There is a commercial Zip line operator catering to several levels of proficiency. The western side is very popular for community events.

Will not allow my son and I to simply walk on the grass and kick a ball without a paid reservation. Even though no one is there using the park. Absolutely ridiculous for a PUBLIC park! Not even at the playground. WASTE of tax dollars!
