No wonder kids loves this place. There’s so much to do in one place. Nice arcade games selection and the best part for parents is that you have a very comfortable place to seat and watch your kids while they are having fun. I highly recommend.

This place was lots of fun. My little one had a blast. And enjoyed all the different levels and obstacles. It was pretty clean and staff was super helpful. Not too big and not too small. And they have a little area for smaller kids. This place seems like it would be awesome for a party, I would suggest it for ages 1-11.

I had my granddaughter’s 2nd birthday party here and was totally amazed at the staff and space! I love that you’re basically having a private party with 3 themes. I live in Houston and found this gem online and what a gem it was! I was able to bring in Troll characters from @It’s a Party Today. We had such a great time at Safari Run in Plano, I would recommend this location!

One of the best indoor playgrounds around. This is my sons favorite one, but unfortunately we dont get to come here often. Weekends are usually reserved for parties, which is typical for these types of venues. In the rare change myself or my husband are off work with our son, we bring him here. It has become our special treat. Safari Run is always clean and well maintained, with lots for the kids to explore. I highly recommend!!

Ive been to a couple of places like this all in plano and this one is the best Ive been to so far. They have a well run birthday party system in place. Definitely planning on going back with my kiddos

We came here when i bought a living social coupon, read the reviews and we are very happy with our visit. The place is a big indoor gym or play ground with slides. My six year old really enjoyed it and we will definitely come back! There is a section for toddlers and the main section is designed for all ages? I saw from three year old kids to parents climbing up the play ground. Very attentive personnel that interacts with the kids in a very nice manner, I even saw an employee putting the socks on a little girl, so sweet of her, other played with the kids different games and was really happy doing it, it seems she really enjoys her job. We didnt visit the restrooms but the playground is clean, they have a water fountain and a place to wash hands which is a good way to prevent diseases. There is an arcade to which we didnt visit either.. Maybe next time, there are many outlets/chairs for us parents to charge the phone and browse while the kids have FUN! 3-4 TVs with cartoons and good clean childrens music.

We love Safari Run and our kids (6&4) really enjoy it. We always stop by when we are in town. The kids will play for a good two hours. They have plenty of options for snacks, drinks and food there. Weve always brought in our own snacks (peanut free) and have never had a problem. The sitting area for snacks and food is on the smaller side. The facility is kept clean and overall its a great indoor play area.

A little overpriced for whats offered. Toddler section is very small. But I do like the fact that the play areas are kept nice and clean.

My son just had his birthday party there and it was amazing. The people actually enjoy their job and make it fun for the kids. The place is very clean and taken care of. His party was amazing! Highly recommend safari run!

This place is so clean and the staff is very friendly. They have hand washing stations for the kids to use before and after they play which I think is great for germ control. I also like that they have a camera with a TV set up in the rooms so that you can keep an eye on your kids if they are playing in the opposite room that you’re in.

Spacious and clean. Many seating for parents to rest. It’s neat to have washing station by the door entry. There are two play areas. One is designed for baby/toddler which is nice for your younger kids.

We love this place, safer jungle gym than other places weve tried (mostly padded), indoors with a lounge area for parents that has a full-view of the play area. Highly recommend!

Safari Run (Plano) is SO awesome! The play space is HUGE and has plenty for the kiddoes to climb and expend energy on. It was very VERY clean (in my opinion) and there was plenty of seating space for the adults. The staff is so kind and courteous and efficient during the whole party process. The party room was larger than we expected and had plenty of space for 20 kids and maybe 20 adults to sit and even more standing room space. At the end, the staff cleaned and helped us put everything in the car. The whole process was flawless from beginning to end for my childrens birthday party. I would gladly suggest Safari Run for toddler and little kids birthday parties!! Wonderful experience was had by everyone!!

Attended a birthday party here. Place is neet and clean for sure and these guys have enough rides and machines to play with. The kids had good time there. What i did not enjoy much was the food and quite limited time. I believe based on the numbers of kids time should be extended.

I wanted to take my almost 5 year old grandson somewhere to play. He travels quiet a bit and can be pretty particular about whether hell like something.He had a blast. The place is immaculate, the kids wash their hands before entering play area. There is lots of activities, climbing, zip lining over snake pit, slides, all of which I could see him doing. There is a separate play area for little crawlers, and a larger area for the kids to play with balls, hopscotch. It was amazing. There are water fountains that the kids can use, hand washing stations (with stools). There is food and tables outside the play area that we did not visit but the entire place is immaculate and the staff is great.Definitely will recommend to friends.

We had my son’s second birthday party here and LOVES it. The price tag isn’t anything to sneeze at, but is competitive and a great value. The facility was extremely clean, and didn’t have the typical stale feet smell a lot of jungle gym places have. The staff was well trained, kept on schedule, and took all the details out of the planning. They even had all the kiddos wash their hands after play before eating. All we had to do was supply the food and decorations and the wonderful staff handled the rest!!! Everyone told us we knew how to throw a party, but we really didn’t do anything but show up and pay! The kids and adults all had a lot of fun. Would definitely recommend!!!

Awesome children fun / activity place. Their BDay party setup is great. Focus on one party at a time. The cake/eating area is isolated for your party only. The best part is their cleaning / sanitizing area after play (before the meal).

Im all about cleanliness when it comes to play places for my kids. Ive come a dozen times,easy, and its never changed. Always clean, courteous staff. My kids & I appreciate the hard work they put into maintaining a clean, fun in door playground.

We had a joint birthday party for our daughters here. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and interactive. I feel a little bad for the really awesome staff member who wanted to play Red light, Green light with the kids, who were having too much fun in the play structure to come down. The staff was also super helpful in set up and clean up. The facility is probably best suited for kids 3-4 and older. Although they have a toddler play area, the toddlers are all drawn to the bigger play structure and arcade which require more coordination than most toddlers possess.

This is a GREAT place to take your kids!!! It is exceptionally clean, the play space and restrooms. There is a small arcade but the focus is the play spaces. I love it because I have a 1 year old and an 8 year old so there is fun for both my kids. Thats always a plus for me so both can be safe and have fun. There is plenty of comfortable seating for adults and the seats are clean! Most places like this Ive been to I usually dont sit on the porous seating because I dont like the way it looks, Safari Runs seating is inviting. In the toddler area there is a live monitor to watch your older kiddos in the big kid play space which is amazing! The walls are bright and attractively painted with animals. There are snacks and lots drink choices, healthy ones too which is a plus for me, and maybe even other food options (Im not sure). But hands down, a really great place to take your children! We will be back soon! I wish there was one closer to our home. Until there is,, I guess well be making the drive, its worth it.

My little 18 month old son had a blast! I love that you have an option of either playing with your little one or relaxing while your little one plays. If you decide to play with your little one, you will have a work out yourself, well in my case since hes a busy bee. Over all we loved it and for the price of $11 is perfect! We will be coming here again very soon! :)

Wonderful place to take kids, especially on too hot or too cold days. Place is super clean and friendly helpful staff. We have a child that gets sick easy, so going to a clean friendly place is important to us. The staff is on the ball when accidents occur (weve seen urine in the tunnels cleaned up immediately and also saw a kid throw up and they sanitized the area to our hopeful expectations).

My kids had a blast here. I cant believe it that for the past 3 years I didnt know about this magical place. So clean so safe for kids and their parents. Thanks guys for the great experience and expect more comings.

Omg! Cutest place ever!!! I give it 5 stars for how great they were with the birthday party we went to yesterday! As soon as the kids come in the gate they have to take off their shoes and wash their hands and then will be allowed to play! The kids stopped playing for a game of duck duck goose! Everything was so much fun and we really enjoyed it! If I could afford to book a party there, I would!

This place is great. Well staffed and really clean too. This is a play at your own risk kind of place and you will fill out the requisite paperwork before your kids are allowed to play. That said, everything is padded and netted so any boo-boos will likely be from kids running into each other, etc.

I love this place because you can rest and have the kids play. You can also join them and chase them through the tunnels

A few weeks ago we were there and I was a little concerned with the automatic gate to keep the play area safe. This was not closing with the potential of children exiting without any supervision. The must wear socks requirement was also not being monitored.

Very nice play place! I love that they have everyone wash their hands before playing, especially during flu season! Its very clean and my four year old loves it! Parents can go on the play structure with their younger children.

My parents took my almost 4 year old and 18 mo old to Safari Run this past Thursday. They had a BLAST! The kids absolutely loved it and the grandparents felt that it was safe, secure, and clean. We will be returning soon and possibly booking a birthday party! :A)

Great indoor playground, especially well suited to the 5 and under crowd that was there today. They say no outside food, but they actually do allow it, and only have chips and a very few other snacks to buy. We didnt use the arcade room at all. One thing, they sell a 5 visit pass for $42, less than the $48 Groupon deal. Bummer, I bought the Groupon. But it was clean, safe, had great couches to watch from if that is your need, and I will go again.

I went for a Bday party and loved the environment and how happy the kids were having fun we had our daughter Bday party there too and this time I really noticed how helpful they are and very attentive to your guests. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic place for kids to play! We were there on a Friday afternoon and it wasnt too crowded. Morgan at the check-in was awesome and very helpful. There is also a very nice arcade area and plenty of places to sit comfortably while the kids play, unless you are with a child under two, you will need to stay close in the large play area. The exit on the Alligator slide causes the kids to come out rather fast. I would recommend someone at the bottom to catch them if they are under two. There is a hand sanitation station next to the shoe cubby to help keep germs at bay. Safari Run is awesome, and I look forward to our next visit!

You are greeted upon entering, the waiver process is computerized and easy. The place is very clean and they encourage hand washing. My 3 & 5 year old granddaughters are constantly in motion here. There are probably 50 kids here from crawling to elementary school (its Spring Break) and I have not seen any misbehaving kids. It is also nice that the volume level allows conversation and hearing kids call out.

It is not a norm for me to comment but this place is worth it !! I have never seen a play place that clean. They had water fountains and clean hand washing stations. Lively atmosphere friendly staff awesome seating for adults. The play was very entertaining kept my kiddos going for 2 hours. We will definitely be going there again.

Brought my daughter and my 9 month old granddaughter to try somewhere new and different and this place caught our attention. This place was fun, very clean, and not so crowded. Enjoyed our time here for what it was.Unfortunately there was not a whole lot to do. And the advertisement on Groupon was way off. We came here for the swings, the rock climbing but there was none.

Great place for indoor fun for the kids. Stay out of the sun, rain, and winter and still burn off a lot of energy. There is a play area safe enough for small walkers and a large play area for bigger kids.

Safari run is always fun for my 3 year old son. He loves that its big enough for me to follow him around in all the climbing shenanigans and I love that its always clean. Comfy seating for when Im not being dragged in the play zone too. Theres also a decent sized arcade where my son is obsessed with sitting on the motorcycle game. One thing I wish could be changed is making the gate to get out spring loaded or somethingso it wouldnt stay open. Ive seen several inconsiderate grownups not bothering to shut the gate so my son has tried to sneak out (and many other kids lol).The area for smaller kids is sectioned off nicely. When my son was smaller he liked playing in there and didnt really feel like he was missing out on the big kid area.

Very clean and nice. Lots of space for parents to sit comfortably and the smaller kid area was great too. It has a big screen monitor in the smaller kids area so youre able to watch your bigger kids at the same time. Will definitely return again.

Just a heads up to all Customers that visit this location. If you come hear for a birthday party/event and you plan to eat pizza. They will not order cheap little Caesars, papa johns, Pizza Hut l, they order pizza. From Marcos in Mckinney. THATS 25-35 minutes drive, 2.5 minutes pet pizza, The oven takes less than 10 minutes, to finalize the order takes 1.5 minutes loading in the car takes 1 minute... they will ask for 10-35 pizzas per order and they make 10-12 orders per day to this location. The employees at this Marcos Pizza are active, fast Pasted, understanding. The employees at safari run talk like they know what there doing, but they don’t they’re overpriced and underaged employees. I have experience with children I have 4 of my own.I don’t work at either safari run or Marcos. I’m an entrepreneur and undercover inspector. Many locations out there seek more in business and opportunities in growth.The Big question is Why so Far???There is Cicis right down the road!Marco is low on drivers as of today, but they are hiring in that position.

The place doesnt have many play choices expect slides, kids dint have a good time. Over and above this one of the staff member saw that my 2 yr old dint have socks and was literally behind my child to get down the slides. Being a 2 yr old my child was running around and the same staff member came aggressively behind to pull out of other slide. We spent only 15 minutes after spending 22$ only because we dint want to purchase socks with another 4$. Very annoying experience altogether. Totally dissatisfied.

Great place for kids. Very clean and friendly staff. Some staff are very engaging and have bubbly personality that kids love a lot. The indoor gym is not very big. As it accommodates over 20 kids, you can quickly feel like crowded and a little bit chaotic. Besides gym (safari), they have another little safari for under-2 kids. From the time I stayed there, the age restriction was not enforced. You can see parents helping kids as well as younger and older kids playing together. There is an arcade room but I would assume you’d like your kids stay healthy by running and exercising rather than playing video games.

I took my 20-month old there on a Wednesday afternoon. It wasnt too crowded, but there were quite a few kids there. I didnt know I would need socks as it was our first time, but thankfully my friend was better prepared than me and had some for me. The big structure was too advanced for my toddler to play independently, but the smaller one was perfect for her. I was able to crawl around with my daughter in the big structure and help her out. It was a lot of fun, very clean, and I was glad to have a cool, covered place to let her play. The only thing that bugged me was that some of the bigger kids would run through the area meant for smaller kids and were rough when they did it. I wish there was some guidelines for who could play in that area.

Let me start with the good - this place is clean and new and looks nicer ... we were very excited to host our kids party here ... however .....The staff was rude at our 3 year olds birthday party, one staff member walked up and said her eyes were burning from the special food we got .. it was yogurt ! when i told her it was yogurt she said it must be just in my head then and i can say it was all in her head ..... ... We were also charged for extra kids and when I asked for the names/ count anything that would confirm there were more kids then i originally counted ( 1 extra by my count) they had none. I was very excited to recommend this place to others, since it is clean and nicer when compared to other play places for kids but I cannot do that anymore. Not after this experience and no call backs when i called to speak with the manager.

Nice facility. You may miss it if you werent looking. They are located on the corner of a shopping center, located behind a standalone pad on the street. Staff was friendly and the party space was reasonable size.

10 stars! Clean, fun, and great customer service. We come almost every weekend for the kids to run around and be active. Many levels for kids to climb, and multiple slides. They even have an arcade that is very kid friendly. Place is Indoors so no worries about weather. They have parties often so call or check their online site for open play schedules.

Always clean and fun. Great indoor play area for little ones. We could do without the TVs though. Maybe put the movies on in the game room and let the kids that want to be screen free play without distraction.

Its a total mad house. Maybe its better suited for older kids (6+)? My twin three year olds got demolished by older kids and the play area is super deep so its hard to keep track of younger ones. And there was a ridiculous line. Plus they dont have food, just snacks. Not really a huge fan..

Safari run has a giant indoor playground (large enough that even a parent can climb around without a shrinkray).There is a special playground for young kids (4 and under), but our 2 year old is big enough to enjoy the big playground, too.Theres also an arcade that takes tokens, a snack area and seating for parents (with free WIFI).Be sure to bring socks! No barefeet or shoes on the equipment.$11 per child. The busiest hours are in the morning before lunch, and open play weekend hours vary, so call ahead on weekends.

Its mostly like those climbing places you see in fast food restaurants for kids, but bigger, clean, supervised, and more fun. Lots of space to run around, plush balls, and a separate toddler space where smaller kids can play without getting pushed around or knocked down by older kids. Nice places for parents to sit and free WiFi.

Its a nice small venue, but the party prices are expensive for what you get... I did the math, a basic party with pizza and drinks would cost ~$650, not including add-ons, cakes, favors. You pay a premium ($17 per pizza) for a 1-topping thin crust pizza. Kids get to only play for an hour, too. If folks arrive on time or late, with check-in some kids will only play for 30min-45min. Thats alot to pay for a better than average playground.

To start, I went for a yelp event so it wasnt opened to the public. The place is so clean! The equipment is the cleanest I have seen at an indoor play area like this. The staff is great. They helped me when my child climbed to the top then freaked out. They have a nice area for parents and they have wifi. The play areas are divided out for toddlers and bigger kids so I didnt have to worry about my little one being trampled. You can also watch the. If kid area from a tv screen in the toddler room. If you are there for a party, they have a great room in the back with lots of tables for the kids.I am a huge fan. My kids loved it and cant wait to return.
