They did not have tokens available for purchase . both my toddlers were scared to get in the bounce houses and the other kids that were playing just kept cutting in line so the machines that did work nobody else got a chance to play. And the pizza they order was decent but not extravagant by any means.

Its a decent inflatable jump house play area for little ones. They have seven different types, some basic and some more intense for older kids. I think anyone 3 and up can handle all the inflatables. They have a small arcade with a few games. Overall its a fun place for young kids. We came on Monday around 12 and it wasnt busy at all. A lot of space and its pretty clean. They sell food and drinks but I didnt eat anything so cant say much about their food. They have adult songs sang by kids which I am not too fond of. Its not terrible for the price and the kids had a good time.

My 2-1/2 y.o. loves this place! Its clean and has plenty of room to run and play. It has a small arcade area and rooms for birthday parties. The prices are great and the staff is friendly. We will be regulars here.

We love this place! Very cute and age appropriate for little kids and older kids. However some of the activities has been taken away due to wear and tear but they have yet replaced with new ones. If they can invest in newer unit and switch them out once awhile would be nice.

An affordable place that is fun for the kids and out of the heat. Our kids had fun, though the gorilla was too scary for our two-year-old. The floor is covered in crumbs, you can’t bring your own food in, cannot leave and come back, and they just have pizza you can order and vending machines.

7 large inflatable fun houses/slides. Party area and arcade section. Great kid and family environment. Do not expect many tickets in the arcades.

My daughter abloved this place. They have 6 different bounce houses most with slides. They ate very clean. Definitely a good place to bring toddlers and small kids.

The process of signing each child up was kind of tedious. Aside from that, this is one of the BEST places for toddlers and big kids to play together. The bounce houses were safe, games and rides all worked. The only downside was there was no food or drinks available for purchase. Maybe that was just at the time that we went- Im not sure.

Great when working - however there’s more duct tape than plastic on the inflatables and always an attraction down. Some maintenance definitely required. Looks like they aren’t planning on investing any more money into repairs other than lots of duct tape.

Great place to take kids on days that you dont want to be outside. $5 for kids under 3 is a great value. All the attractions are inflatable bounce house style so if your child doesnt have the best balance yet they might not get a lot of use out of it. However my 15 month old still had a great time even though she had trouble walking around. We will wait till she is a few months older before returning.

It is a fun Place to take kids to bounce and run around. They dont have many bounce houses/slides to choose from though. One larger one wasnt even inflated. There arent many games for the tokens you buy and there were 3 out of order. It isnt much but still a fun place for smaller children.

Large space for kids to run. My 1 year old was scared at first but warmed up and loved it. Cheap prices, would definitely recommend.

My 2-year old LOVES this place. We go at least a couple times a month and each time he has a blast. He also loves playing with the other kids and just learning to get through some of the bigger bouncy house mazes.

All of the video games barely work if at all. Most of the buttons are pushed in and clearly are not operational. There was popcorn on the floor in a very conspicuous space but no one there was having popcorn. The employees his in the back room until someone came to the counter and waited. The inflatables are in need of some repair and one was not inflated at all. They gave me a refund for the tokens I purchased since we literally couldnt use them. Overall, decent way to spend an hour or 1.5 hours for $5 but kids over 5 or 6 likely would be bored quickly.

Fun place that our kids (ages 2 and 5) enjoy going. Appreciate that parents are allowed to enter free with young kids. The play area could use a good vacuuming and the inflatables are only in fair condition... there are several spots that are impassable because hand grips or steps have been damaged or ripped off all together. A few of the slides are a bit intense (narrow, steep passages) so may not be best for littles. All in all, a good place to burn some energy on a cold (or extremely hot) day!

Can always count on this place to provide at least two hours of entertainment for my daughters (5 and 6 years old).

Unsanitary conditions. Arrived at the start of the day for a birthday party. Half-eaten slices of pizza on the floor in the eating areas, and the arcade area. Old food still on the tables. Diaper changing area- overflowing with dirty diapers. Bathroom floors covered in TP, obviously not clean, and no hand soap. After complaining, the staff attempted to pick up. They didnt use any type of sanitizer to wipe down the tables.

My kiddos had a blast, come on a Friday after 5pm $6 bucks all evening. They close at 9pm.

Not much going on here. About 7 inflatables and 5 slot machine games. Fun still but empty. Especially on a Saturday. And Im willing to bet the employees nasty attitudes has something to do with this. Adults dont pay so thats a plus.

3 year old great grandson had a wonderful time. I think this is a place where kids can play pretty much as long as they want to. We were there most of the morning starting at 10 and he certainly didnt seem to get bored at all. He played with a lot of other nice kids his age and some a little older.

The only issue with this place is that you need to keep a close eye on your kid at this place. There were a few times when my daughter went into a bouncy house and escaped even though I was watching both exits. I ended up having to go with my daughter to be sure she didnt walk out of the place. Other than that we had a great time and will go back.

They have 7 year and younger games which i liked for my kids

Chaotic mess. 3yr olds interacting on unsupervised slides with 90lb 12yr olds pushing kids around. Not a safe play environment. Only about 5 jump/slides. Meh

Great place to let the kids get their energy out, but you should let folks bring their own water. $1.25 a bottle is ridiculous when for 3 waters I can get a case of 24.

Kids really enjoyed it. Staff was patient and helpful. Great place to beat the heat or get out of the rain. Prices are affordable compared to other indoor places in the area. They have a few games too where kids can win tickets for little toys so bring some cash to convert to tokens. Facility was clean and air conditioned.

Big clean place for kids to run around. They have 6 big jump houses and some token games to play. My kids had a blast.

2 of big slides or deflated and not in use, 3 of the other slides are missing handles and foot hold in order to even climb up to slide down, the slides were worn and hard to slide down due to wear and tear! The carpet throughout the entire building was filthy, place shouldnt be open in my opinion !!!

The guests had a blast and coocoos is already famous in our community. Btw, All the guest kids want their next B’day celebration at coocoos. Thank you to ERIN, CHRIS, JADA & of course BREANNA (Our host, She is awesome)I have been to Coocoos many times before, but CHRIS was the 1st staff I met while enquiring for this bday party. He was very polite in answering all our queries.ERIN, she seems to be the manager a business needs to keep their customers happy & make them come back again. She was kind enough in accommodating to all our preferences and options.JADA was not our host but she helped every time when I asked her something…helping a guest with a new born for soemthing (To mention), asking Tokens many times, etc. She is very helpful and kind.Finally, BREANNA, She is the best host I have ever seen in a party. I feel she made our son’s 4th birthday as the most memorable one. She went out of her way in helping us prepare our decorations for the party…always checking with us, if we needed anything, welcoming our guests with happiness and making them comfortable. Big and clean. However, the vending machine was practically empty and they didnt allow outside food/drinks. Great value though.

This place is accident waiting to happen. They make you sign a waiver that absolves the staff of any liability; all of the bounce houses say NOT to enter unless an attendant is present. No staff member was ever out in the play area! Very under-staffed. Kids were running behind the houses where the blowers are plugged in. Staff told the kids they did not have to wear socks. On the plus side, the kids had a ball without supervision and one staffer gave my granddaughter a wand she wanted even though she didnt have enough tickets. But then again, the prizes and how many tickets they cost was ridiculous. Oh, and the womens restroom had no toilet paper. All at the low price of $225. Not very cool on many levels.

It was a fun time. Staff remembers weren’t to eager to work. I wouldn’t give a party here don’t know what type of mood staff would be in to help assist with a party.

Fun place! Didnt like the fact that once you go out you cant come back in. There werent any free tables for cake and ice cream. But all in all my birthday boy had a awesome time and when we got home everybody was sleep lol thank you coocoos!

This was a really great experience and was lots of fun! My wife and I brought our 3.5 year old and our 2 year old and both had a blast! We were able to join them on most of the bounce houses. And it wasnt crowded at all. The staff was kind and hospitable.My only complaint is the ban on bringing ones own food/drink (including water!). I would understand that if they had real food to sell, but they only have vending machines. We would have made do with the vending machines, but they only took cash. Who even carries cash anymore? I asked if they had an ATM and was told to go next door to Jumpstreet. I did, but their ATM was broken. I ended up going to a nearby gas station and using their ATM. If this issue could be corrected (even retrofitting the vending machines with credit card readers), I would happily give five stars!

Good place for kids. Staff is friendly, but the poor staffing levels to support customers and kids parties is disappointing. This isn’t a one time experience. We have been here several times and a lack of staff is consistently an issue. Working on employee enthusiasm is another suggestion for the owner or manager.

Okay. Not a lot of options inside. Needs some maintenance in many things over there.

Loved it. Amazing price, wasnt busy at all, even though we went on a weekend. We jumped with the kids and all had a blast.

Understaffed. They were nice, but stressed. Accommodations were okish.. bounce units were fairly clean. We were miss booked. Supposed to have a room, but only got a table. Not terrible. Saved me a few bucks.For the arcade games, there were a few that didnt work, or were only half operational. Id go again, but would like to see a little improvement.

This place is great for active kiddos! Well worth the money. Although most of the arcade games dont work, but we never use those anyways.

The place itself is not too bad. For birthday parties, they make you buy pizza from one of their affiliates. Pizza isnt cheap, and its one of the worse ive ever had. We havent booked them since for that exact reason. The food is at least half as important as the venue, and the food is just terrible.

Its ok if you have a kid who just wants to jump around in the bounce houses. The games are hardly working if at all and sometimes they dont have all of the bounce houses inflated. Also, it could be cleaner...

More than Half of the game machines are broken and take your token Understaffed, uninflated play areas just left in the play area. Holes in the ground just covered up by carpet. The inflatables have years in them. This was very disappointing and the space doesnt seem to be used efficiently. This could definately be a much better place

A really fun place for kids, and the prices were good. I wish the train was working. Otherwise, it was great for older toddlers on up. My 1.5 year old had fun but was a bit scared.

Staff really bad celebrate my daughter birthday not at all good idea. Bathroom really dirty like is not been clean in months, they dont allow me to bring food had to order pizza from them and results was not getting my complete order and be told I had to wait like an hour to get the rest. Not at all help from staff for nothing. Not recommended for celebrating your partys in this place.

Not as clean as next door Jumpstreet...but your kid will have a far better time. Also, much, much more cost effective than Jumpstreet

Great place to play. Not terribly expensive with young children. Some of the inflatable stuff is getting a bit worn. But still lots of fun. No outside food or drink though...and food available isnt real food in my opinion (snacks, sweets, ice cream...vending machine stuff)

My first time at this spot. Its small. NO TRAIN as advertised. I had my sons bday party here and my host was only seem like 3 times. It was not at all organized. And all of my guests were hot.

Its good for little kids and not much challenging for little bigger kids

They place is fun for the kids. For the adults is not, specially when they have confusing rules when it comes to drinks. We were told don’t bring drinks for they will provide a bottle of water for each kid and a jar of drinks for the adults. When we arrived the rules changed so we had to run and get drinks for the adults.Why don’t they clearly state we provide drinks and food at a set price ? Bathrooms are dirty and the water fountain has warm water. Machine dispenses bottle at $2.50. Some one is making huge profits there alone. We will not reserve for any of our other kids, nor will we recommend.

We had fun and it was cheap, which is always nice. They had 6 bounce houses and a train ride and a small arcade. Couple hours of entertainment for sure. My daughter is three and she really had fun and needed a little help with some of the bigger houses.

My 18 month old loves to climb and bounce so this place was perfect! I didnt find it dirty or filthy. There was also a short train ride and some arcade games on the side. I was allowed to go in the bounce houses with him so that was good. I wouldnt bring a toddler if you cant accompany them.

Such a fun place for younger kids. Really wish theyd put an age limit some kids are to grown for that place. Really think the train works just staff dosent want to deal with it. Dont think its fair to pay full price when not full services are provided.

Most all inflatables have multi holes and rips and have been sewed and sewed and sewed safety hazzards . Hardly any games work no prizes for tickets . Gotta spend money to make money .
