Ok experience, kids had a good time and they understandably only had 2 employees on duty so when kids wanted to do some activities they had to wait. They did their best to sanitize and had stations around the complex to sanitize. Many kids were jumping on activities when there was no employee able to monitor them. One of the dodgeball areas had a bad odor coming from one of the corners.

This is one of our favorite place! It has a lot of different structures. My kids love running around and burn their energy out. The kids under age 7 area is very cute. The rest are not bad but they took down some of the old structures. It’s pretty pricy for 3 kids. But for 3 young boys it’s worth the money.

1st time here, my baby love it! She had lots of fun. But as always same issue with other places. People need to understand that all kid friendly places/facilities need to be CLEAN! The carpet definitely needs shampooing or upgrade to floors, at least in the halls and entrance. There is this little room in the toddler area with a few foam blocks which looks very sad. Definitely get more blocks or make it something useful. Drinks are way overpriced 2.25 for a water!

The employees were extremely rude while we were jumping, making fun of us and in some cases cursing about us. On top of that they kicked us out for reasons which that didn’t specify, and each time we asked what we had done they refused to say and reacted with nastiness. Plus, while we were leaving, one of the blonde employees working their evening shift on Saturday 12/21/19 flipped us off after having done nothing to provoke them! It was insane, please fire those teenagers which cannot handle any type of conflict! The only one that had any common sense was an employee named Lucas, he was impressively pacifying the situation and deserves a raise.

Great place to have fun. The only downside to this place is their a mix of age groups little kids can get hurt by the ones that horse play and not paying attention to the little ones.I also dont like their policies their not responsible for someone getting hurt in their facilities I dont think it worth the money you spend here. Also I think they should hold some kind of responsibility their little kids with much older kids....

We drove up he looked at me in a sort of I dont want to go in type of face then I realized that he was concerned about his image and I thought that is weird for some kid who was barely ten. So go with your kids just leave them inside of that jumping area by themselves.

My toddler loves this place. They have a dedicated space for small children where they can play, free from older children and teens. Not even adults are allowed on the trampoline in the small kids section. They have other activities for small children as well in addition to just the trampolines. It only cost $5 to get in. I feel $5 is an excellent value for the amount of energy my child was able to use up. Money well spent and I will return.

Ive taken my kids to a lot of places that are similar to this in and around my area, but this place stood out to me. The employees here are wonderful which helped to make our experience a great one! Two of my kids were very scared to jump off the platform onto the huge, pillow like bag they have here. I cant even think of the proper name to call it so I chose bag! If youve been here, you know what Im referring to. Anyway, the gentleman who stands there to watch the kids and make sure they are safe, jumped with them so that they wouldnt be scared. It was so sweet of him! Once they saw him do it, they werent scared and decided to try! Needless to say, they went about 100 more times once they finally jumped that first time. Its little things like this that make me want to bring my children back to a place! The staff was friendly and very helpful. The woman (staff) who watched over the dodgeball area was cheering my kids on while they played. She helped to make it fun for them! I love when staff enjoys what they do and, go above and beyond their duties to help make the experience even better for everyone! We will definitely be back here!

I like this place, i do, but its really not quite as exciting as other places. Yes, it is bigger and that should mean better, but most of it is just an empty path to all the available activities. There are other places that are not looking for parents charging for be observers and staff have definitely better interaction with children, not just standing up. Definitely I am not coming back

Mind you, I’ve been here before and my son has jumped with us in the past. Of course she tells me this information after collecting $40.00 from me and then tells me it’s non-refundable, when I asked for a refund.Literally any alternative to this place is what I’d recommend. It would be nice if there were more employees off their phones and not hanging around the front desk and actually being at the areas where kids want to play at.My son went to jump on to where there were you can jump off onto a big blob thing and there was an attendant who we assumed was working it sitting down on her phone by the stairs. She saw us go on, smiled etc. Then a while later we get told theirs no attendants there and my son isnt supposed to be jumping when there isnt one. Ok well there was an attendant where did she go? I asked and got told she was on break. So you were on break and didnt say anything when my son went to jump?I mean there were about five employees at the desk so I mean maybe more people should be working and not hanging out on their phone and actually do their job. I mean this location is usually good but maybe I should try another location.

I brought my children to this location about 3 weeks ago. My youngest child (4) was told she couldnt jump on the larger trampolines only in the kids section. Which was fine until she(a 4 year old) pointed out that babies were jumping and kids smaller then her. She had a point, so I took her to the bigger trampolines to jump. As soon as we reached the steps we were told she cant jump. My 4 year old was in tears so I asked how could the kids that were smaller jump? The employee notified me she wasnt sure how old they were and the kids could be older but smaller. So I asked for the manager. I was told he wasnt in the office. I was then told those parents might have paid to have their children under 4 upgraded so that they could jump on the larger trampolines. If paying to upgrade was an option ....why wouldnt an employee say that upfront instead of watching a child cry because they cant jump????? I wont be back here. I dont recommend this place for any children of color.

I asked well why wasnt I given the same option instead of coming up to a 3 year and telling them they cant jump. They said they thought I knew the option was available.
