Had so much fun today. The hostess did a wonderful job and was very pleasant. It wasnt as crowded as it has been in the past. Nice and clean. The other staff was friendly and nice to deal with. Overall had a very great experience here today. Chuck E was great both during his dance and little birthday show. Glad they moved to cards instead of tokens. Up to date thanks so much for having us.

Been to plenty of Chuck E. Cheese but I have to say the staff at this location was awesome! Very nice! It was clean. The pizza was good too.

It took 35 minutes for 1 large pizza plus apps when it is dead slow. I got a timed card for 45 minutes and told my kids to wait until the food comes out to play. Had i known they would be so painfully slow in getting our food out, i would have let them play first.After we finish eating, almost an hour after we arrived, it is now busy with half the games being occupied. Great.Finished with games and they only have 1 prize station open with 1 person able to operate it. There are 4 kids in front of us, so we get to wait another 10 to 15 minutes just to get a few cheap prizes...This was overall a terrible experience and I dont know if Ill ever be back.

Loved it! My kiddos had the best experience yesterday was my sons bday and the manager and his staff was soo nice and helpful. I would totally recommend it.

Had our son’s 5th birthday party here. Everyone had a blast the staff was super friendly. He got to do the ticket tornado booth and got to pick someone to do it with him. We did a package party. So we got two pizzas and pitchers of soda. He got to bring 7 kids with him and all kid got 2 hours of unlimited game play, gift bags and party cups that are free drinks for the life of the cups. This location also sells beer for the adults. Everyone had a great time. We will definitely be back!!

I loved the 3 stage animatronics and of course the new unicorn churro. I didnt know there was French fries at this place as well. I did enjoy playing games and winning e-tickets as well.

Great customer service, no upcharge for gluten free pizza, they have the entire band, and animatronics are in great working condition, hand sanitizing stations everywhere, social distancing is being handled fantastically, and their gluten free pizza was honestly delicious, the best gluten free pizza Ive ever had out. Games were fun, pizza was great, the band was rockin, the customer service was top tier, and theyre handling the pandemic very well, I totally recommend!!!

We had such a great time here today! The place is SUPER clean and the food was delicious! The staff were so kind and my family had such a nice time. We all had a blast on the games too.

This was my first visit. The showroom staff was amazing, and very helpful. There was a mistake with one of our Pizzas and it was corrected swiftly with no hesitations. If I had small children I would go back again. Also upon leaving the staff was very diligent about verifying your stamp prior to allowing the children out of the door. Thank you all for such a great time.

Every time we come here its a blast. Our son has a great time and he loves to play all the games. Today he won a cool new snake 6 bouncy balls and a laser gun

I, REALLY Had A Great TimeWITH my Grandkids

The staff was so wonderful! It could have been a little cleaner but we came at a high traffic time and the staff was working diligently they provided excellent customer service throughout our entire visit the games are now on a card system and it made it super easy and convenient for the kids to play. We loved the chuck e. Cheese band and even got a suprise from the mouse himself! The kids had a great time.

Better pizza they serve beer good wings ok games could be better not a bad place to let the kids run a round chuckie band in back my granddaughter loves to watch this band play private parts in back good times

Still a great place to take the kids to have some fun and food. The place was clean and had access controls to ensure your kids dont go missing. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Right when we came in they stamp you and your kids. So they cant leave with out you or with someone else. And I like that. We brought our own cake, they asked right away if they could put it in there fridge. We came a half hour early for our reservation and our table and everything was set up. My kids had a blast and also all the guests. We had a host for us also, Was very polite. She gave us a rundown when are Pizza would be ready. Got us drinks came over frequently to see if we need anything. Chucky came out to sing Happy birthday. The hostess even cutted the Cake for us. So much better then Peter Piper Pizza.

They were helpful and friendly, as we celebrated my childrens birthday. It was clean and safe for the kids to run around without me. I enjoyed the break!

They treated me & my family very well took my grandkids there for a small Birthday celebration my grandkids had a blast they didnt want to leave we were the last ones there & we werent rushed or anything definitely plan on taking them back

They recycled their pizza. It is an abomination.

We had my sons 3rd birthday here today. I was very impressed with our birthday host, as well as other staff. There was a slight accident with our cake and the manger and host came right out told us the problem and fixed it right away for us. Everyone in the party had a great time even the adults will most definitely be back again.

Where to have safe fun during a pandemic and heat wave? This is the place to go.

The man at the counter was amazing and friendly we were the only ones in there for a while but Chucky E Cheese himself visited us anyway and took the time out of his busy schedule

Had a blast for my daughters second birthday party

I was pleasantly surprised. I hadnt been there since I was 8. The pizza was great. It was way better than Peter Piper! The kids and adults had a blast. The price was way better and the kids received gift bags and passes to play any game for 2 hours! My kids each got over 1K tikets playing and had an absolutely amazing time! Ali was an excellent server while being attentive and courteous. I was also happy with the security measures with the #ed blacklight stamps so that your children dont leave with someone else!

We Love Chuck E Cheese, great curbside service, great deals & even have a bag with kid activities for $5. We go the 35th Ave location employees are friendly & professional

Had my daughters birthday party there. She had so much fun, our party host was great. The staff went out of their way to make her feel special.

Very clean, dining room was well kept up a young man was constantly cleaning up the mess ! Food was hot pizza was really good. Restroom were nice and clean. I asked about the pretzel bites and lady up front recommended the pizza sauce which was very good. Girl cashier at the front had awesome customer service and showed she really cared about her job. Nice smile and greeted us in and out.

My grandkids had a good time. Waiting on the food was ridiculous. People reaching over your food. The puck never went off so our pizza sat in the window a long while. Checked 3 times and was told our pizza wasnt ready. The 3rd time they tried to give us the pizza that had been there the whole time. Very unprofessional.

After covid-19 these folks finally opened up and it was ok..

Not as great as it use to be back in the day. Honestly I feel like peter piper is replacing it and it saddens me. Its outdated and the hype for the kids isnt there anymore.

I would give it five stars but I had an issue with my my charges that they were giving to me they charged me for extra stuff that I didnt even get but they tried to fix it in it and didnt work out and still ended up paying more than I should have but they were good as far as Im helping with the party and entertaining the kids.

Kids had a blast and good was great. The only thing that could have been better is to have the play cards already at the table ready to go and they were behind on some of the things they told us would be at a certain time. So at the end of party when kids did presents and cake we had to rush. I dont think 2 hours is enough. But other than that we all had fun!!

Went here for my little siblings birthdays most of the time, because they love pizza in general. What seems good going here is the games and pizza.Though there was alot of ticket problems with the machines. The churros really sucked...I can say that some of the stuff served tasted somewhat stale and microwaved. So if you want freshness. The rest of the items I recommend.Though from the first time I came they have definitely improved on the pizza and wings :)

Great place for children

Our hostess for our birthday party was Destiny, and she was excellent! She went above and beyond to make sure everything went perfect. I cannot say enough good things about Destiny. My son and our family and friends had an awesome time at Chuck E Cheese. We will be returning again for future birthdays.Thank you

Got a cheese pizza and drinks. The pizza was pretty good. The crust was crispy with a little bit of a chewy texture. Also got an unlimited card for 60 minutes that the kids loved. I think its better than the tokens if you play the quick games. The place was clean except for the soda fountain which had extremely sticky floors and the place was not too busy for a Saturday during lunch time.

Never been to this location because of the area, best one of all the ones we ever have been to and we been to a lot from Mesa where all our grandbabies are except for one in Phoenix my husband and I take them all over to Chuck E Cheese. Parking with all shade on one side, got greeted immediately, very clean and they were quick to give us the deals and even applied a military discount. There is more small kids games instead of just rides. Michael was whom made it all the best. No big crowd either right at noon. Highly recommend!

Clean and pretty decent price to play. Easy to win tickets which is good because to win decent prizes you need 500 or more. Pizza is exponentially better than other places of its kind.

Good place for families to go. Has checkout wit invisible numbers for each family placed on arms so no kid can leave with adult who doesnt have the same number. Kids loved all the games and getting tickets. Staff was friendly and even let the kids get a better prize even tho we were short on tickets.

The absolute WORST Chuck-E-Cheese I have ever visited! This place needs an entire customer service regime change, without question! I stepped in the venue to place an order, and it was as if I was composed of transparent plexiglass. An employee even walked by me, seen I was ready to place an order, but did not say a word and went on doing her alleged Chuck-E-Cheese chores (or whatever). I gingerly walked out, and will never walk back in that Chandler location - EVER! Their service isnt worth a smooshed grape with roaches nibbling on it. Now, picture that!

Ok outlet, not so fancy. this is smaller than the other chuck e cheese in phoenix area. limited games and some machines broken.would not recommend to host party here due to facilities. the team here was very supportive though

Kids love the atmosphere and games... But the food has changed so much over the years... I used to love going there for their pizza but not anymore it practically tastes like cardboard..

Went to celebrate an unplanned 4 year old birthday. Only bought tokens to play based on the time. The staff was so welcoming and made the birthday boy feel special as if it was planned. overall, the birthday boy had a great time and the tokens were definitely great for the price. Thank you.

They are so amazing at Chuck-E-Cheese you would not believe it was a wonderful place to go for my grandsons birthday. If you ever want to go and have a birthday for one of your grandkids or your children if she go to Chucky Cheese.

Good place for kids but a little bit too big for toddlers. Pizza has greatly improved in the past ten years. Refillable token card is awesome. No more running around with dirty coins.

A large pizza, two salads plus 45 minutes of unlimited play was $68. The pizza is OK and the salad bar is marginal. Its a place to take a child for about 2 hours of fun and it works for that.

Today was a moment of mediocrity for me with the employees. There wasnt much smiling, wasnt very helpful, they pass me along to the next person as if they didnt want to be bothered. I may have to find me a new Chuck E. CHEESE. That was far from wow service!

Not enough staff for the people here. Wait time in line for ordering 45 min. Plus another 30min wait for pizza. I got play time cards for one hour when we arrived. By the time food came card time play was out. Very disapointed in the chuck e cheese. Other locations offer better service
