My family have been coming to this location since it opened. We have even had family members who have worked at this location and we love the staff and have always had an amazing experience at the Metro location. About a week ago we had an issue and I wrote about it on my google account, thinking it was just me writing a review that was never going to be read or addressed anyway, lol! Well... little did I know that they also have AMAZING customer service as well!!!! I had a response within a couple of days of uploading my review expressing the concerns they had with my experience and what they could do to address the problem and make things right!!! From there I had another email from Stacy there at the Metro Pkwy location telling me what they would be doing to make it right for me and my family. I called and placed another order and they definitely redeemed themselves!! Our pizza not only looked phenomenal, but tasted just as good!! And we tried something we had never had before the cinnamon strudel pizza!! So, Stacy thank you so much you are amazing at what you do there!!!! We appreciate the fantastic service you gave.

Service for me being here for my first time at this location was outstanding. However some of the games were broken, eat your tokens or just not in service due to distance restrictions from covid. Pizza was done okay and wings the same.

Peter Piper pizza is in its own category. Tasty but not ehwhat you think of as classically good pizza. This time we got 3 large pizzas, one veggie with no cheese, one sausage, and one sausage & pepperoni. Had received coupons in the mail and actually remembered to bring them which was great. I got the $50 gift card deal where you buy the gift card and get $10 in free tokens (40). Then used the coupons and got the party pack with 60 tokens and 4 drinks. The 3 pizzas, 4 drinks, and total of 100 tokens came out to about $56 so used the gift card plus just a little more and it was a pretty good deal. Pizza didnt take very long and came out hot and tasty. They had hand sanitizer all over the place and tables and games distanced. There were customers but it wasnt very busy so felt relatively safe. Staff straying down thetables with disinfectant and everyone wearing masks.

It’s what you’d expect it to be. The games are a bit dated but fun, especially when your with children. Prizes for the tickets are generous for what you get. Pizza is pretty good. The desert pizzas are above average. And they donate to schools and help them raise funds. So I would recommend them

Dirty restaurant. Sanitizer stations empty. Mask required signs all over but plenty of people with no mask. We ordered a kids meal and dessert pizza at 7:07pm. Got the kids meal at 7:53 almost cold and they forgot to put my dessert pizza in the oven. The manager is who I dealt with and he had no empathy just excuses that he was busy. I am very disappointed with the service tonight.

I got the wrong wings I wanted boneless and I got bone in and to make it worse they were barely warm, the pizza was good and hot. Main reason we went was to have the kids run off some energy and most of the games were out of service and no one around to ask for help.

Peter Piper has always been good, my impression here comes from not only the food and service but the attention to safety. Masks worn by all, my temperature taken at the door, very clean. Staff and manager are handling this well and doing their thing to rebuild the economy and keep safe at the same time.

Peter Piper Pizza is a place where you can get smoke down smoked out and smoked with but you better not be smoking in the non-smoking section ask about the smoking section of course enjoy yourself or dont

Bomb pizza and wings no question! They dont have many good games only kid basketball hoops and no skeet shoots and the rest of the games are super old. Upside to that try the wine its soooo good!

Weve been coming here for years, tonight was our childrens fundraiser night for school & not only were we greeted at the door this time, but the young man had sanitizer in hand and a thermal thermometer, VERY COOL!!! Place was spotless as well

I love Peter piper! The pizza is very good and the workers are friendly and always there to help! If your looking for a good pizza especially on the weekends Peter piper is the way to go!

Great deals on pizza on wing dinner! They had great coupons for everyone to come back after the pandemic! They checked temps at the door and made sure everyone used hand sanitizer! They are doing a great job! Safe option for the kids I think!

I just found out you can buy their dessert pizza anytime, not just at the buffet!! If youve never had the cinnamon variety, dont cheat yourself - try it at least once!!

This location is one of the best Ive visited in Phoenix, so far. Its clean and has a good selection of kids rides and fun arcade games for the whole family. We got a California veggie pizza and it was delicious! I was however disappointed in the quality of the mild buffalo wings and sauce. & One of our wings didnt seem like a wing at all because it was tiny and burnt and didnt really have any meat.

Used online coupon to carryout, the deal was unbelievable it 7.56 for a large pizza before 2pm. When I arrived I realized that the buffet was open which scared me due to Covid, however they had employees do temperature checks at the door, it was extremely clean and they had hand sanitizers. It was pretty empty, but option to eat in was there.

I guess that’s enough toppings. I don’t get it. They charge you extra for toppings, but they don’t even try to give you a quality pizza. $24.95? I should have just gone to the little Caesar ‘s down the street if I wanted a mediocre product. When I showed the cashier what it looked like I just laughed. The girl that made the pizza took offense and asked what was wrong. He walked over to her and advised that it wasn’t even covered with pepperoni. She shrugged her shoulders with a smirk on her face and said he could take it or leave it. Thanks for the great service guys...

Awesome experience! Employees were nice and friendly! Wide variety of places to sit . And they have games for the kids to play. Food was on point came out fairly quick. The only down side was carrying the hot pizza with a paper plate underneath......

This Peter Piper is huge. I like to go to this location for lunch. The lines are not that long for the lunch buffet. The arcade area is well maintained. But the restrooms could use some love. The food is good, as usual.

Just had a school fund raiser. The staff working tonight were fantastic! They had games and other activities our kids could enjoy besides the machines.Which was great because some of our families cant afford to keep giving their kids tokens so it allowed ALL our families to enjoy our time there! Noon-time buffet has tasty food at a reasonable price. No joke! Even if you arent a big fan of the run-of-the-mill buffets with food that might be a bit stale and sometimes even cold, you may like this one. Tasty pizza, salad and pasta. More like the kind that you order off the menu than take off the buffet.Now there is a family theme here with child-friendly video games and game with childrens prizes for the winners. But, it also offers a senior-citizen discount. So, there is a little something for everyone.

The pizza is better thank Chuck E Cheese. On the weekends they get pretty packed inside even though it doesnt seem that busy in the kitchen. The games worked according to the kids. Overall it was a good experience

The place is great to take the kids and family to have fun and eat pizza, the best part is that they sell beer. The downside is the games are kind of expensive.

The pizza pretty good nice buttery crust and for your birthday you can customize your pizza. They have a very small selection of games and prizes. Most of the prizes are candy and puzzles. Overall it was average good for a 5 year old.

Peter Piper still has the best tasting pizza in Phoenix. The restaurants themselves are kind of just okay unless youre a young kid, and I think thats by design, but the pizza is great!

I would give 0 stars if I could this place is horrible, they got my order wrong and then got upset with me after I called them to fix my order and pick up my other pizza they forgot I was told I would receive a complimentary item for there mistake, when I arrived to pick my forgotten pizza they looked at me like I had no reason to be there and I never received my complimentary item. Now on that note during this unfortunate pandemic these employees are not wearing gloves or masks while they work. This just so happened to delay my brothers 10th birthday.

Lunch Buffet is very small, but is tasty. Right now we have three salads to choose from and about three pieces to choose from. Not bad for a lunch.

Went for a little ones birthday party and had the best time. Pizza was perfectly done, which is a feat considering most pizza I eat in Arizona pales in comparison to the ny pizza I am used to. Games were a hit. Loved transformer game and walking dead game for the grownups.

Nothing like when you get that pizza craving and you remember there is a buffet. You get a variety of pizzas also Caesar and normal Ranch salads with buttered little garlic bread sticks. For a lunch buffet hits the spot.

This place should go under soon. The food is terrible and the games are frequently broken and out dated. If your theme is food and games you should either have good food or good games, if not both.

My children and I were there for a school fundraiser.I love how they ( peter piper pizzas workers ) handle the fundraisers.I was there awhile ago for the lunch buffet.I like the workers.

My mom and I went here for lunch today and it was very good. Except for the Caesar salad was not mixed well and had to much Parmesan cheese in it made it taste salty. The young ladies where very nice and accommodated my mom and made her a chicken Alfredo pizza since she can not have the regular pizza sauce. My mom ordered their fried zucchini separate from our lunch and it was cooked perfectly. We loved the desert pizzas they had, my favorite is the strawberry. It made for a good lunch. Just wish they offered a lunch buffet on the weekends to.

Very upsetting when you order online and the pizza was supposed to be ready at 12:10 and it is now 12:40 still no pizza and they didn’t even bother to off a discount knowing how upset I was!!! Need to hire more help or better prepare when you know Monday is a holiday and the kids are out of school

Theyre usually not too crowded, the pizza is good. Their game selection is better than at least local Chuck E. Cheeses in my familys opinion, The only hang ups I have about the place is that it takes forever to find someone when there is a machine that is malfunctioning to get at least reimbursement for token or ticket loss. Other than that its a decebt place to go with the kids.

Atmosphere is relaxed and enjoyable. Clean. Pizza was pretty good. Desserts very good.

Peter Piper pizza is the best commercial pizza in town. Its impossible to eat here and not have a good time. Cause if you like playing games and winning jackpotsand picking out prizes theres no place better than Peter Piper Pizza cause its definitely hands down the pizza people pick ;-)

Great place for a small kids birthday party with childrens mini arcade games.

Waited for our food over 45 minutes finally I deceided to go up to the counter and check. I handed my buzzer to the counter person and was told our buzzer died thats why we werent notified. We were given the food that had sat there for as long as it took for our pizza to taste as if I ordered it hours ago and the quality was horrible the cheese didnt cover the pizza and after sitting all the sauce had dried up so the pizza was cold and dry. The chicken was not only cold but tasted like it was not fully cooked im not sure but cold chicken just grossed me out. The games were stickered i will be fixed wasted so many tokens. The bathroom was a nightmare maybe bathroom crew left early and none of the sanitizer stations worked. We didnt complain but I feel for our first visit at peter piper pizza we deserve a do over. My 4 year old loves places like this and she was not as thrilled as she is when we visit chuckie cheese but now that we moved here this location is convenient so we were really hoping to make this location a new outing spot for us on Fridays. Not sure thatll happen anymore.

Was very messy. The tables werent cleaned and taken care of in a timely manner. The entire restaurant was a mess. It was very busy, the pizza and wings were good but the place was a mess. The tables cleaned off shouldve been wiped down immediately but I didnt see anyone wiped down tables.

The restaurant was cleaning the staff was friendly, unfortunately, a lot of The game machines were not spitting out the appropriate number of tickets, if any at all. I probably wont return to this Peter Piper, but my family does love to go to Peter Pipers in general.

So I just went to Peter Piper Pizza at metro Center with my daughter and my two grandsons been a long time since Ive been to Peter Piper Pizza back in the late 60s or perhaps even the very very early 70s I went to the Peter Piper Pizza at 43rd avenue and Glendale back in those days there were no arcade gamesand Im pretty sure this location had a small theater stage I may be wrong but thats what I remember but even way back then the pizza was delicious just as it was today Peter Piper has a very distinct taste and texture to their Pizza and I was not disappointed I highly recommend Peter Piper Pizza at the metro Center location it was a very nice and enjoyable experience

Considering the outside of the location barely being populated with businesses due to metro center mall being run down this Peter Piper Pizza is actually pretty nice inside.Has new games, tvs, clean carpets and seating, etc.And of course the PIZZA IS PIPER! Definitely recommend this spot for the family and kids.

Really nice location! Looks like they just updated it. Fun games, good food and prizes and they have a small climbing structure (nothing crazy but considering the one we usually go to doesnt have one, its a nice touch!).

Their Buffet is A Joke!! NEVER have food ready!! It can be super Dead inside and Still No Food Ready!! Im not sure if they are Understaffed All The Time! Or just Dont Care!! I walked in today, They had ONLY 2 Pizzas on the Buffet bar. My family and I turned around and WALKED OUT!! I Love Peter Piper Pizza!! But This Location Sucks!! If I could give it a Zero I would!!!

We had a large birthday party for my 5 year old grandson. The ages varied from 5 years old to grandparents. Everyone had a good time. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this place for a fun night out with the family.

I had my son birthday party here today, the place was clean, the bathrooms were clean, even the drink machine was clean which is really good, the waitress was really nice but I see she tried to charge me 14.99 for a personal pan pizza that suppose to come with the party package I got, and then the ice cream was horrible and I couldn’t get my money back for that, and when I told her she said yes that’s how it’s been coming out lately, I love the location but I won’t have another party here again,, thank you for your service today,

I never had an issue with this location until today. So take this review with a grain a salt. Today I had a cup of maybe $3 worth of tokens stolen by a grown man. Those were for my niece. Sounds ridiculous and absolutely childish right? Well unfortunately that is the state of Metro Center currently. This area has fallen so low that its definately worth traveling much further. Not to mention there were homeless camping by the door. The pizzas not great either. Fortunately the store manager gave me some tokens to make up for what was stolen which was great, so my nieces had a blast but he seemed reluctant. Let this area rot to hell. Metro Center is dead. Watch out for your belongings, even your kids shoes.

The absolute best fun arcade for kids parties.Buy a bunch of tickets and let them loose into a magical gaming room. Adults can have fun playing games with the kids too. The pizza is really very good! No muss no fuss. Bring your cake, enjoy family and friends over pizza and go home to a clean house!

I love Peter Piper! This one is very clean and all the games work. the little pay center is kind of wack and very small and enclosed. But the buffet is the best thing ever! The games could be more affordable (like chuck e cheese) but the customer service and food are waaaay better. This is a great location
