Aaron was the best host ever. Really enjoyed our vacation time here. Service was overall really great. Clean as all get out and just everything good a bowling place needs. Darel should go into management, his customer skills were above and beyond. Ashely is a great bartender and very friendly. BEST BOWLING HOUSE EVER.

Came here last night for my birthday!! Was so fun, great price, fantastic atmosphere. The technology on the lands is great too. The bumpers go up and down as needed for bowlers you select. Thanks!

Ive always been satisfied with what Bowlero has to offer. Unfortunately, my first bad experience was not cutting it in a plethora of areas. FIRST,, the front desk attendant turned on our second lane on the complete opposite side of the lanes after us requesting 25 (directly behind him). It took us waiting around for 10 minutes to get it switched. SECOND, our bartender who later we would find out is the food runner, attempted to take our beverage order until another gentlemen appeared then he walked away mid conversation without a turnover. Cringe. We order our cocktails, we have to bring them to the table. Thats something we can all live with as many places are watching overhead costs and have been hit hard with covid. Fast forward - we order appetizers for the group (love me tenders and pretzel dippers) nearly an hour later we have consumed one of the two apps we ordered. THIRD, wheres the pretzel dippers? It took an employee or random customer (unsure because the individual was out of uniform) to inform the front desk of our missing food. FOURTH and worst experience thus far, as we are closing our tabs I am brought two receipts. Needless to say, I requested they be added together. The attendant claims I do not need to provide my card already as I started a tab at the beginning of the evening. Wrong, he comes back moments later claiming he needs to reswipe my card. Cringe, are you evening doing this right? After departing I see TWO transactions on my account. One is equivalent to the full total of the two tabs combined and the other is for a completely unrecognizable balance. I have left a message as they are closed but I am curious to see how quickly they are able to respond to this debacle. I have always recommended Bowlero to a lot of family and friends, I am sad to sure I wont be returning. The location is typically a great time and is close to my house for gatherings. Better luck in 2021 I suppose.

Beat place to bowl hands down. Great atmosphere and a cut above the rest. It’s a classy/fun place to bowl, what else could you ask for?

This was a great time! The bowling alley is very nice and is filled with great arcade games that use a digital card system to pay with credits and the tickets you win get loaded on the card!The bowling was great, and they even had a DJ playing fun music.Be sure to get the beer tower and the fishbowl cocktail! Not too expensive for a lot of alcohol.Service at the lanes however was incredibly slow and the servers forget about you.

A decent bowling alley with 36 lanes. We went on the holiday weekend and still only had to wait about 10 minutes before we were able to get two lanes for our party. The lanes are well kept and best of all bumpers can be turned on individually for some bowlers on the same lane. This is extremely convenient when there are young kids in the group.The appetizers were good and freshly prepared. As with all bowling alleys music is loud. The staff is really helpful and courteous.They also have a selection of games which one can play with a prepaid card with points.

I really enjoyed my time at Bowlero. We were on Lane 20, and everyone in our group felt as though the entire lane sloped to the right. The lanes also dont have arrows partially down to help you aim. Additionally, the ball return is a bit close to the lane and you cant stand very far to one side if you need to. The ambiance was great and the service was pretty good, but pricing was a little high for Saturday night. This is probably the busiest night, so Id suggest the late night Friday night special.I wouldve rated 5 stars if it werent for the uneven lane and the proximity of the ball return.

The bowling alley was very nice. They told me I had to rent bowling shoes because the manager was walking around and would notice if I didnt. I noticed other people bowling without rented shoes! An employee gave us complimentary game cards because we had so much positive energy! The server was very nice! Wouldve given them a 5 star rating had it not been for the issue with the shoes!

When you walk in the place has great atmosphere. The wait staff is fantastic and the bar is wide open and really very nice looking. Unfortunately the equipment for the bowling is terrible. The lanes are not oiled and you cant see the arrows on the lane because of the lighting. Lastly the equipment had belt issues that made a mess on each of our balls. Everyone there is really nice and they agreed to have our balls cleaned professionally but it is very clear that the equipment is not in good shape and the lanes are not cared for. Its unfortunate because this could be a great place to go.

A bit pricey. Each game $6 per person an shoes $5 each. Good sanitizing conditions and each other lane empty. Just re opened.

This place is awesome! Was in town from Chicago to visit family in December 2019 and we went here on a Tuesday night. Huge alley, nice arcade, awesome decor, good service! I was also not disappointed that they had hockey on the screens behind the pins! Will definitely be back.

Came here for a work event. Food was much better than expected for a catered event at a bowling alley. Staff was very friendly and we had a great time. Would definately do an event here in the future...not a big bowler so probably would not come back on my own but a fun place for a group or work event.

Fun place! We went on a Thursday evening. The place is very new, less crowded. Bowling and shoes rental rates are very normal too. The place has a nice ambience too. They have a lot of arcade games too. The food options are also pretty good with a lot of varities. The staff here is very friendly too.

Super fun, staff is really friendly!

This is the first time Ive been to Bowlero and this place is great. Went on Monday night and they had some specials going on & plenty of lanes were available.Staff was quick and we got on to the lanes within 5 mins. The ambiance was awesome. The food service was quite a delay as we were waiting for almost 25 mins in the lane and no one even approached us as we had to reach out to one of them ourselves. The food was decent and the quantity was huge. Will definitely suggest this place!

Staff was friendly and tried but need to give it another 5 months to work out the kinks. Bar was comical took 30 min with no one in here to get basic drinks.Then took 30 min to get the bill. Keep in mind there were 10 people total in here. The manager was rude when we brought up the concerns and tried to do it amicably. I would think they would at least learn how to use the register.Highly highly suggest skipping this place. Management needs to go to training

I had my 5 year olds birthday party here today. I can only say thank you. What an amazing experience the girls had. 8 of them! The staff was great but Mackey, the manager, was amazing! He went above and beyond to make my daughters day special. And if youve never seen a bunch of 5 year old girls bowl, the laughter and the fun.... it was perfect. I highly recommend having a party here! Food was great!!

Fun, bright, and full of friendly staff. Its only been open since May 12, 2018, so its still clean and new. They have great daily deals so its an affordable time out and about (dont forget to treat your waitstaff well, even if the drinks and tacos are only $2.88 on Tuesdays after 8- they work hard and have a lot of people to take care of). Even on the low priced Tuesday night it wasnt insanely packed, so it didnt feel overcrowded or cause a long wait.

Bowlero is a fun spot for bowling, parties and drinking! The staff were super friendly and helpful..... When you could find them. They could have just been short staffed when we were there, but we had to wait 10-15 minutes at the bar for a bartender, as in, there was no one behind the bar, at all.The bowling system was easy to figure out, including bumpers for the kids. But once again, we had to hunt down a server to order at the lane. She was overwhelmed, but very nice. The kids cheeseburgers and fries were good. We also had the red pepper hummus. It tasted fine, but had a lumpy consistency.Overall, we would go back! Its a great summertime in Phoenix place (as in dark and cold). Id just like them to work on their service systems so I dont have to work so hard to order a Moscow mule.

The bowling alley is large, hip and very clean without the smoky air that some bowling alleys seem to have. The large TV screens are a great way to spend time while waiting for your turn, and there also several arcade games. We went on a weekend, yet there was plenty of availability for lanes.

We had a really fun time here. The ambiance is amazing and there’s a large bar area. We didn’t order any food, but the menu looked extensive. Lots of burgers and shareables. There was a server who came to our lane several times to make sure we were doing well. I didn’t experience anything wrong with the service. The staff at the desk when you walked in were very friendly and knowledgeable. We’re looking forward to coming back.

The place is awesome. What Bowlero has done to transform bowling alleys is simply amazing. The decor is cool and fun and the food is perfect for the environment. Big portions and decent quality. The only complaint that I have is the bowling lanes (at this location) dont seem very good. Im not sure if they are regulation length or if they just werent oiled properly. Regardless, everything was great except bowling. Go figure. With that said, for kids parties or group events; this place is outstanding. For serious league bowlers, I dont think this would be up to par.

Its a fun arcade/bowling alley to visit. The servers are always friendly. Ive only ever had a couple beers when visiting so I cant speak to the food. All machines and lanes Ive used have been well maintained and functioned as expected. My son loves to visit this place with me.

My daughters birthday party at Bowlero North Scottsdale one of the best experiences and the most fun weve had a family in a long time. Mackey White went above and beyond with his service. He was very kind and always checked to make sure we had everything we needed. The bowling alley was awesome with the Arcade games on one side, a nice bar in the middle and places to take memorable photos with props on the other side. Everything was easy, accessible, and kid friendly with no hassles. The ball sizes were easy to use and all sizes are available, they even have bumpers on lanes that go on off when needed. The shoes were good quality and the place was clean. It was so much fun to do something out of the norm and actually have a good time while truly enjoying yourself. The food was good and the party packages make it easy to choose what you want and the food is bought out buffet style for your party guests. Everyone that attended the party had a blast and are ready to come back again. Thank you to Kali and Mackey for all of your help and readiness, making sure everything ran smoothly. You guys did a great job! I highly recommend you bring the family out for fun night at Bowlero North Scottsdale!

I really enjoy the concept of this family fun place, however, the service is terrible. The food is good. The games are fun. And, we had a blast bowling. However, finding someone to take your order, get your order correct, or close out your tab was extraordinarily difficult. One would think that they would focus on improving service for every aspect where they make money. But, they just would not come ask us if we wanted more to drink or to close out our tab at the end of our bowling.

Such an amazing manager that gave us a memory that we will never forget. Please dont skip out on this truly marvelous place

For those hardcore bowlers, these lanes arent regulation length. Theyre a bit shorter. Luckily, Im not a bowler, so I have my best games at this alley.Its got a great atmosphere, lots to drink, and the food is surprisingly tasty. We come here for work events and always have a good time.But if Im being honest, Id come back for the short cute brunette girl alone.

Review is based mostly around my interactions with the staff on 2/20/20. Walked in 20 till 9 and asked for the Thursday special. No one in line and the ally has almost no one in it. I was declined but asked a manager anyway as most of the time. They also refused which was fine. But the male manager told me to have a drink and relax, nothing particularly wrong with that but I look 18 on a good day so that was concerning.9 comes up and I noticed a line forming of people who were back for the special and that wanted to pay. At that moment the only cashier leaves and goes to do something for 5+ minutes until someone goes and gets them. There was already a person complaining to the managers about the line to pay(dont make people wait to pay).After finally getting a lane about 10 past 9 the server was pleasant with taking drink orders. The only highlight of the night.During the night the ball return failed twice which is usually no big deal but the managers(took 2 to fix it) took their time with that process.Night ends and I ask for a print out of my scores. 2 pages come out but I noticed the bottom page said 3/3 and top said 1/3. I say I think Im missing a page I have page 1 and 3 here. Male manager take the pages and starts counting like Im 3 years old oooooonneeeeee flip the page over twooooooooo and three. Not a great way of telling the customer is printed double sided in my opinion. I suppose I could have checked before hand but at the other places I have bowled it had always been single sided.Regardless the male manager really made my night, and perhaps other peoples nights memorable.

Bowlero is far different than most bowling alleys. I think my coworkers and I found our new hangout spot on Thursdays! Love this place and the people. Jordan, Dee, and Destiny have been such a pleasure to have when we come in!

Attended a birthday party. Bowling setup was great, rails came up for my sons turns. Was fun to mix in a little arcade. Pizza was not good, but rest of the food was great. Few technical issues with our lane, but no big deal and was corrected quickly. My wife had an issue getting a drink, but was sorted out. I recommend this place, overall was top tier bowling experience.

Omg. So much fun bowling ! This is almost a night club atmosphere. Lots of games for both adults and kids. A little expensive unless you go for the deals. And they play music a little too loud. Otherwise its a great time. Glad they are here in this area!

Great bowling alley, and more. Really good food and cocktails. Service was really quick, but they were not too busy, but seemed to have a lot of staff available, which is awesome. We asked the counter guy to give us lanes as far away from the kids birthday as possible. He agreed and put us at the far side of the building, PERFECT!

Nice facilities and concept but the service is so lacking it is hard to enjoy yourself here. Whoever thinks they are saving money by understaffing should look for a job outside of management. Our tab would have been twice as large if we could have ever gotten service. We had a large group and many of them would go next door to get food and drinks when they werent bowling.

This was a fun place to bowl!My girlfriend invited me to her company Christmas party, and there was unlimited bowling for a couple hours.Food here is pretty good, and I ate tons of it because it was an endless fajita bar.The servers were very nice, and checked back often if we wanted drinks.The music was awesome because they had a DJ, and he knew how to pick great songs that were lively.

Friendly staff, fun atmosphere, and clean!

I spent my money to go bowling and to be honest other than the cheese fries this was a disaster. The lanes had zero oil on them and I have my own ball that has a slight hook. Needless to say I bowled the absolute lowest games and I really tried. The guy who works there said they didnt have enough time to oil the lanes. So I wasted my money basically. They seem nice but I cant rate them high because my experience could have been avoided.

Such a nice spot for hanging out. Saturday from 9-11 they have the older teens and older people they have dance battles, a dj that take song requests, arcade. The food was pretty good as well. And the drinks!

Went there for a private event, and it was great! They have a good arcade and very nice bowling alley. The food that was brought was very good for a bowling alley! I would definitely recommend others to go, and I saw they have really good Sunday specials.

Visited Bowlero for the first time with the family and everything was great! From the moment we walked in and were greeted, to the moment we left.!It was definitely a family fun Night. The food was great, the staff was so nice and friendly. The arcade was fun and perfect for the kids. We will definitely visit again !

Clean and lots of fun. They have many bowling lanes, arcade, full bar and kitchen. Look online for deals before going as it can get pretty pricey at regular rate.

If you truly bowl, dont go here. Lanes are horribly managed- 0 oil on them AND on top of that- the lanes are 6 ft shorter which I found out on the way out. Didnt have a single person check on me which is typical of all Bowleros- terrible service

Good times were to be had but at a price my friend. 6 dollars a game per person is expensive if you want to play 5-6 games and then 5 bucks for shoe rental. Anyway, its fun with a fist full of cash. Personally, I think the drinks were a little weak and I am a light drinker. The atmosphere was great and the more friends you go out with the better.

Beautifully decorated, open space with booth seating with bar area, arcade, and many Lanes for bowling. The pizza is decent and pitchers of beer is limited. Staff is only one of, not very friendly... Server spilled beer on me while passing it to my bf and did not apologize. Regardless I eally enjoyed our family time here. The bowling system is easy to navigate and I like how you can turn bumpers on per person for the group instead of manually pull it up for the entire group or not. I would come back.

No. Just- no. When we first entered we were welcomed by an unfriendly cashier. We had 3 people and played 2 games. The cashier said that there was a wait and we would receive a text when there was an available lane. We waited about 20-25 minutes before we notice that people who had JUST ARRIVED got lanes. We then received a text about 5 minutes later. We arrived at the lane and we started a game. As we were playing, we noticed that our waiter was no where to be seen, only to show up after we ended our first game. We ordered water and that took waaaay too long to show up at our table. After we received our water he never came back. We were planning to order pretzels but I guess that was out of the question. After we finished, we went to pay, but before we did, my buddy got a notice that his credit card was suspected of fraud and the bank was closing the card. We confronted the manager about it and he was no help. Thanks, Bowlero

I enjoyed going there but its way, way, way out-of-the-way it caters more to the Scottsdale crowd.

The bowling was fun. The food acceptable. The online reservation process was horrible. Had to use it despite difficulties. The company rep told me that i was lucky and that she would enter my card by hand. Slow checkin at the bowling alley despite the online checkin. Was charged for two shoes not used. Was told at the front desk that the online people would correct it. The online people told me tough luck--no refund. Will only use cash in the future with this company if I go back.

If you enjoy bowling and dont mind people and kids jumping in front of you as u bowl.....go for it. No manners no etiquette . Crazy free for all.

The 70 convertible mustang was super cool. Free roam in and around it. The video games were, very entertaining. Pro tip; but the hour long game pass. You cannot win tickets with it. Though, you can play unlimited during that time. Even adults can enjoy this. A woman and I played most all of the games.

Great bowling modern and kid friendly

This place has a great ambiance but the service is absolutely horrible. Mistakes on bills, servers who dont know the menus, and 20+ minutes in between check ins when we were the only table in the section. The food was extremely oily, there were 2 difference brands of chicken in our tender basket. This place really needs to get their act together if theyre going to justify their prices.

Employees have no training whatsoever. We waited forever to get a lane while there were 10 open. Finally the girl admitted they had lost us in the system.I was a VIP at the grand opening of their Florida location and was expecting a lot more from the Scottsdale location. With what they charge per player there is no room for mistakes. Its a nice looking place and a great location, whoever takes it over after it closes should do well

Great place for bowling. Good food and appetizers, and lots of other arcade games for the kids. Still, as a fam of 4, two rounds of bowling with rental shoes it was about $75.
