Great experience for my son and his best friend. They have 2 store locations right next to each other and lots of different VR options. I called and explained I was driving out from the West Valley and wasnt sure if they would be able to just walk in, or have to wait. The guy not only held a spot for them, he also gave a discount AND let them go over time since they were having such a great time! I felt safe enough to let them play while I shopped. We will definitely be coming back! Amazing owner and employees. An above and beyond business.

Great experience trying the vive and valve index. No one in the area has friendlier staff with good computers and the latest gear. If you are remotely interested stop by and try playing in VR.

This is anawesome place. First time I went with my son we both played. Then recently I took my son and my nephews and left them there and I went and got a massage. Kids loved it.

VRPHX has been a great find. Our son loves heading here while we are down in Phoenix for spring break. They have a ton of games and experiences to choose from and the staff is very helpful in selecting from all of the options. Weve been here during the day and have been able to get right in. If you are in the area, stop by and experience it for yourself. Young or older, they have something for you.

The kids really enjoy this. Only thing I wish they would invest in is the ability to have multiple people in the same vr world. If they do that.... I this place would be perfect.

Fun for kids AND adults. Seriously! Almost as much fun watching someone as it is participating. They have a TON of different games, including FPS zombie modes, race car and flight simulators... Hell, you even climb Mt. Everest. This puts you in the game!! Staff is awesome and accommodating. Give it a try.

Love this place. Its great not only for children, but parents as well or older adults. The customer service provided by Kyle was excellent, extremely helpful and kid friendly, but most important had the utmost patience when the place became extremely busy. I would highly recommend this place.

Sucks that this place wont be here for much time but it is a really fun experience. Amazing for first time players. It is 15 for 30 minutes but after that they gibe you cards in which you get half off. Special deals go through the week which is pretty convienientnfor those who want to save money! I really recomend this place to people.!

What a wonderful time with the children. The man running the systems was patient with my younger son in getting him set up, and lent extra attention while he played so that he had a great experience. I enjoyed skydiving through Dubai and summering Mt. Everest myself. Great time. Can’t wait to go back.

Great place to experience the wonders of Virtual Reality if you are considering buying a VR product. I would recommend going on Wednesdays, as they do 1 hour for ten dollars for any game they have.

My kids and I visited here on our trip to Phoenix. We had a great time.My daughter played a job simulator game where she was a short order cook. At first she tried to get everything right, but then she realized it was just a game and started doing crazy stuff like boiling the cook book.My son played a cartoonish zombie game he didnt really have much fun with that, but then he switched to some star commander training game. He had a lot of fun with that.I played Brookhaven, this was a more realistic zombie game. It was slightly terrifying, but I had fun with it. The most unsettling part of the game was the size of the zombies. They looked like they walk up right next to you and they are life sized, unlike a screen where their size is limited.

The clerk was friendly and informative. They have a good variety of games to keep you entertained for many hours. There a dozen or more HTC Vive headsets and one Playstation VR headset for the driving game, complete with wheel, pedals and seat. They werent listed on the directory when I visited, but they are very close to Dilliards, as shown on the map.
