Love bringing the kids to see movies at harkins! They love that they can use the machine to buy the tickets. We also have a refillable cup and the popcorn rewards so we are able to save a ton of money getting drinks and snacks which makes going to the movies way more enjoyable for the parents too!

The atmosphere looks good and the foods are always fresh and delicious. Such a great experience and place for moviegoers like me. Thank you very much and have a great day ahead.

My friends and I went to this fascinating and breathtaking movie house. The movies they have were all worth it. We shared some laughter and smiles. Also, we were blessed enough that the staff accommodated us too well. We always appreciate their excellence and goodness. Because of our satisfaction, we wanted to come again to this movie house. Located in the heart of Hollywood. Always was able to book tickets last minute. The seats are wish to be better and more comfortable.

We love this theater! Its clean every time we come here. The staff are mostly young adults but they seem to know their jobs and do them well. Theyre very friendly and always smiling. Great prices (on tickets) for a mainstream too! We only buy popcorn and drinks so I can say much about anything else. Have fun!!!

Its been awhile since I visited last and not because of Corona. This cinema is always kept neat and tidy. Those that work there have always been polite and helpful. I think Ill make more of an effort to catch films at this location for future viewings.

Today my wife and I were driving by Harkins Theater and we were so happy to see that there are actually people out front selling popcorn and other items and we pulled up to support the employees. We cant wait till they open their doors and life can start getting back to normal again safely . Thank you Harkins Theatres for thinking about us I love your popcorn.

Even beats the Senior ticket price. Join in the popcorn perks program and get even more for your money! Oh, and buy a loyalty cup and be sure to take it with every time, for more savings. So, today, I saw The Good Liar, an upgraded bag of popcorn and a diet coke for $9.50! Excellent movie, picked my seat ahead of time, all for under ten dollars.Best movie deal in the valley.

I love this location. The admission price is $7 for all screening. This Harkins is older and it hasnt been updated like some other ones. But thats ok. The premises are kept clean and the staff is friendly. Plus Harkins is a local business, so I like to support them by spending my money at their theaters.

They finally built a theater close to my home and it is terrific. The reclining seats are comfortable, the popcorn is terrific, and I love being able to reserve my seat in advance. The staff is friendly and the rest rooms are clean. It is a well run family business. Lots of choices for current films.

Uncrowded and clean. $7 movies at all times! Love the upcoming movie displays that make great photo ops and literally dozens of upcoming movie posters. Free popcorn with the Harkins Club card upgrade and dollar fifty drink refills! Its good to support local family-owned businesses and Dan Harkins is a pillar of the community! I met his wife shopping at Whole Foods and she gave me a movie pass!

Very cool place. There was very happy staff and even during the busy rush. thats a feat all in itself sometimes in customer service... looks like they were rocking their shifts with smiles on their faces! what a happy team of workers!

Movies for $6?!?!!! Chairs are comfy, not the reclining ones... But a huge theatre and they always have so many good movies playing at once! Popcorn staff are always nice and most of them call me maam, so thats unfortunate.. We come here often, always my go to theatre.

You gotta go! $7 movies all day everyday! All seats AND you can reserve them! No they dont recline but I dont need to fall asleep. Same great snack bar with excellent service. I used my loyalty up and got my large $1.50 soda plus medium popcorn for free with my loyalty card. You just cant beat it! Nice and clean as always. I love Harkins!!!

The movie going experience has been fine tuned for cell phone and computer users only who plan hours and days in advance. No longer can you go to a movie on a whim and expect to get a good seat. All seats are now per-chosen during on line purchase or when you purchase at ticket counter. First come first serve seating is no longer available.We came early to the movie to find we had to choose our seat before going in. When we sat down in our less than great view seats the theater was empty. People showed up all the way through the opening credits and into the beginning of the movie (I can only guess because they do not have to be on time to get a good seat ? ) Our seats were horrible in the section too close to the screen which caused a neck ache and it was hard to follow the action as you could only look at one part of the screen at a time. Miserable experience. Attempted to talk to the management about assigned seating and how it made the experience bad - they assured me that they were catering to what their target group wants and were not interested in the feedback. I used to look forward to the movies; arriving early for the good seats, enjoying my popcorn, coke and advertisements on screen before the movie, not any more. It would have to be a great movie, an over the top great movie to make me want to come back .

Has a nice shady spot on the east side of the building where I ate my lunch. Its closed for covid19.

I see movies there every once in a while. Other than the changes with assigned seating (blech!) Its a great place for a solid movie experience. Order tickets ahead of time, though, it can get pretty full on busy days.Mornings on weekends are great times to visit. Well staffed, not too crowded.

This is a decent movie theater. However, they do not rank high on my list of theaters. I had a poor experience with a hard of hearing member of my family. The equipment kept cutting in and out, or recieving other theater movies instead of our movie. When we told the staff all they said was sorry about your experience. Also the food area seemed a little unclean and sticky. A minor discrepancy in my opinion, but still just one of many that I had with this establishment. I find other theatres are cleaner and more receptive to complaints.

Harkins is awesome home grown Arizona business. We have been fans for years when we lived here. Now that we are winter vistors, we visit as often as we can because theaters where we live now do not have the perks and customer service offered at Harkins. Best Movie Value in the West!

Wasnt impressed with how the staff behind the food counter. Took extra long time preforming simple tasks and seemed to not care that people want to get back to their movie without missing 25 min of it when only 3rd in line with 5 lanes working . But the rest was just like any other Harkins.

It was fairly clean and my daughter enjoyed the experience of her first movie but tickets for 3 people cost less then it cost for 1 medium popcorn, and 3 drinks. When did they start assigned setting at the ticket window? Plus I think I gained a hitchhiker on my cloths but cant be sure if it was in the movie theater or outside. All I know is I got bit on my arm several times. Needless to say we all changed and did laundry right after getting home just in case. No wonder we dont go to the movies anymore.

Best Harkins in the West Valley! Love the reserved, luxurious leather reclinable seats. Lots of room, even when people walk in front of you. Great sound system!

Awesome place to see a movie. So glad the prices have come down to see a movie. I have gone more than 6 times this year compared to once or twice a year. Harkins is way better than AMC.

Went here to see Dr. Sleep (good movie btw) and it was just fine. I went on a Thursday morning and there wasnt a line and the theater was almost empty. The customer service was good and everything was clean. Its a good Harkins.

Always clean when I go to the movies here. Stadium seating but not the reclining seats so the prices are lower and you dont have to worry if you are in the correct assigned seat.I have the popcorn awards and the refill Harkins cup, best way to see a movie. Free medium popcorn but I always upgrade to the large for $1 and you get a free refill. $1.50 for the softdrink(no bar at this location yet) so a total of $2.50 for my purchase at concession stand. Plenty of theaters at this location and large parking lot.

Best place for first run movies. They have a great loyalty program with refills for $1.50 and dont forget the popcorn rewards. With most locations offering alcohol, a night at thr movies is even better now! Lets bring back smoking sections! Just kidding.

I would like it more if they had the pour your own butter feature. Still, a good theater in a convenient location. $7 all day, every day!

Wife and I went to see the ( finally, thank God, no more) Star Wars movie. What a waste of time. The following week we went to see 1917. Both times the sound level was SO HIGH, I had to tell the manager to order the operator to lower the sound or return our money. ALL OF THE OTHER MOVIES WERE JUST AS LOUD!!! WHY? NEVER COMING BACK!!!

The price for the movie was 7.00 dollars that was the best part. The seats were very uncomfortable and the armrest would stick so sometimes you couldnt put up or down. The games all were rigged either taking our coins or the claw was loose so you couldnt win anything.

It is a movie theater. Nothing special about it, Ive seen a bit here and I cant say Ive had a bad experience due to the theater itself.That being said I just saw cats and highly recommend not seeing it

We had the rides people behind us. Someone kept kicking my seat. A young person kept laughing thru the whole movie. Turned and gave looks but nothing changed. We will have to go again to enjoy.

The Gentleman that took our tickets was a joy to talk to about the movie we saw which was the movie Yesterday. We loved some of the same parts in the movie it was fun to connect that way. After all thats what movies are about connecting with each other with stories we watch on a big screen and in real life relate to the story being told and then with each other.

Great price...$7.00 any movie, any time is what was advertised. I had a couple of Harkins passes, which they took with no problem.

I love going to Hawkins all the time. I like their rewards program. The app is super awesome. This place is always clean. They show Bollywood movies which is also cool. I only wish they had the reclining seats like the Arrowhead Harkins has.

Great location with a BIG parking lot, dont have to really find a spot. Movie experience was great, went to see Creed 2, no issues with audio nor video. Great image, very clear, huge plus was a manager walking through the Isles to insure no one talking or on the phone. Bathrooms, theatre, and lobby were all clean, staff was / is very helpful. Will suggest especially if you want to bring your kids to watch a movie. Also, NO STICKY FLOORS!!

All movies here at this location are 7 bucks all the time! My favorite place to see movies although I am a bit disappointed they moved to the reserved seating concept at this location. Harkins popcorn blows AMCs popcorn away. Love the popcorn rewards and their loyalty rewards too.. and dont forget the reusable refill cup.

Went to a movie. Some people got shot. Some things got blown up. A good looking girl wore something slinky and revealing. There may have even been a plot. If so, it got lost in the noise and the cleavage.

Friendly Customer service. They do not have new seats so you will have to pick your seat when you get into the theater.Easy access right off the freeway of the 51 by the 101.

Good and clean theatre with decent sized screens. Plays Indian movies..the location is very nice, easily accessible and has quite a few good places to eat after the movie.

I swear they have flying bugs here!!! i checked the seats with my phone flashlight eewwwwwwwwww!!!!! full of stains and dirty. popcorn and chocolate in between seats. bed bugs? picture says everything

Its a nice place with an unexpected arcade, but as far as a movie going experience, the actual theatres arent like the upgraded ones Im used to. Maybe it was a small one because we saw a fairly old movie. The sound quality couldve been better too.

Older seats, but cheaper tickets. I still appreciate being able to pre-pick seats. Theater was crowded as expected for opening day of Frozen 2. Of course there was that one family who brought a crying baby who cried the whole movie! I wish theaters at least would ask people to step out if their child is crying/screaming the whole time (Im a parent too- I get it, but dont ruin it for everyone else)

I love Harkins, the hometown theater. I like that I can get a reasonably priced soda by bringing my loyalty cup. The sound system is intense and the seats are luxurious. If I snag a chair in the front row, I can put my feet up and not end up with aching back and legs by the end of the movie.

$7 for everyone all the time.Only 4 cuz it always creeps me out when Staff walks in during movie with their clipboard. I understand whats up but still I only notice this at every Harkins.

Always my go to Harkins! Seats are comfy! Theaters clean. The staff is so helpful and accommodating. I was having an issue with my rewards on my phone and a employee named Mason took the time to help me overcome the technical issue. Love this theater!

Totally worth what you are paying, the popcorn is great!! The team members (staff) is always there for you (I left my debit card and they keep it safe for me until I realized I lost it.The audio and video quality is superb, clean seats, spacious leg room and very comfy Over all.The food and snacks can never go wrong specially nachos and hot dogs!A very nice place for any movie lover!

Not so clean any more the snake counter area was sticky and the floor made me not want to come back. Looked like there was 6inches of oil and dirt all over the floor.

We Fandango- ed our tickets the previous evening. Day of, we picked up our physical tickets quickly and easily just inside the Harkins doors at the ticket machine. Easy. Gave our tickets to the nice ticket collector who directed up to the proper theater. Great screen and sound, comfortable seats, and clean theater. Nothing negative to take our attention away from the story we came to see.

I went to see a movie on my day off. The staff was very friendly and very helpful with directions. I received my snacks in a timely fashion and I will be back.

The movie screens everything like that they were all good but they dont have the comfortable seats that recline but everything else thats perfectly fine
